The plane was late, driver monitored the flight and was at the airport waiting for us. Comfortable car, excellent service. Will use this company again.

We booked the transfers from Krakow airport to the town and back. We were met at the airport on time by a lovely driver. The car was spotless and had a great journey The driver gave us lots of local information. Would highly recommend them.

Both my Husband and I flew to Krakow for a few days. Prior to travelling I found Welcome Pick Ups online. I booked and paid prior for a return journey from the Airport to our hotel! It was cheap!!!! I am so glad I did. We were met at arrivals by Margareth holding a sign. She told us where to wait whilst she got her vehicle. We were then taken in good time, in a lovely Merc to our hotel. We also experienced the same treatment in our return leg. We actually had a text stating that our driver was stuck due to snow so he would be sending a colleague. This colleague ( don’t know name sorry) was outside our hotel 15 minutes before our booked time. This time we were picked up in a Merc van and driven and dropped off right outside the airport. I would 100% choose Welcome Pick Ups again. Thank you for stress free transfers to and from the airport 😁

Having used "Welcone Taxis" in Prague, I was delighted that I could book them again for transportation for Krakow, from airport to hotel and also a return journey. The cars are clean, comfortable and on time. We were collected at the appropriate location, and kept informed by text / email on a regular basis. The drivers are pleasant and chatty. Giving useful information on thr City. Would highly recommend.

I booked return airport transfer to Kraków center. Both of the drivers were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was traveling with a two year old and they were making sure the journey was easy. Excellent timely pick up from airport and messages sent when picking up and collecting from hotel after 5 day trip to Krakow.
