The whole trip to Auschwitz was both sad and thought provoking. Daniel and our tour guide were fantastic. All aspects of the trip were explained in detail and we felt we were appreciated by going on this trip with them.

I went on a trip to Poland to go to Auschwitz, I bought the tour with this company and 4 days before the tour they cancelled everything! When I tried to buy again with another company, everything was sold out, I couldn't go to Auschwitz!!!

The tour guide very good and informative ,spoke clearly and made it easy to follow and understand the tour as a whole highly recommended

We booked this trip in June 2024 only for them to message 7 days before we were due to fly out to krakow (the only reason why we wanted to go) saying that the museum did not have the availability for the day we booked even though we booked 8 months in advance!! They said they would get back to me on the Monday I message them on the Monday no answer, messaged them again on the Tuesday no answer again absolute joke of a company!!!!

Daniel was our guide for the day, he was very friendly and informative, my husband and I enjoyed our tours definitely a must when in Krakow!

Tour guard Daniel was very good but we got picked up at 06.25 no where open to have a breakfast, when we got to auschwitz only option was the vending machine for a chocolate bar & a hot weak milky coffee , next break Birkenau 15 min to get something to eat , big queues & limited choice left, most people went all day just on a mars bar! , Nearly 22,000 steps on calorie deficit

The guide was great! Our driver, Daniel, was very polite and helpful! Would definitely suggest this activity, very good experience.

Although very sad it’s a must experience when visiting krakow,the tour guide was brilliant and it was good to learn the facts and history.would highly recommend

The trip its self was good but the tour company we went with was terrible We booked for 10.20 and got a text. The night before saying we are now being picked up at 5.20 am then we felt like we were ruched round both camps and at the end of the tour had to wait an hour in a cafe for the bus to come get us I would not recommend Headout to anyone We also booked hotel pick up that did not happen ether

I booked the tour with a departure time of 9:00. The day before the tour date I was notified that the departure time was changed to 7:40. The reason, nicely packaged, was "high season". In fact, I think they didn't have enough customers to even fill the minibus that was used for the 7:40 tour. They were punctual with the pick-up. I also didn't like the way the tour was organized. In the same minibus there were also people who only visited Auschwitz and Birkenau. So after this stage we didn't go directly to the Wieliczka Salt Mine but returned to Krakow, and they dropped everyone off at their hotel. So we wasted some time. The guide was OK.

Great experience and very well organised. Everything went very smoothly and the tour guide was very good with an in depth level of knowledge.
