About
Visit Auschwitz and Birkenau in the most appropriate way. During private transportation your driver guide will provide plenty of information and point out important sites on the way strictly related with Auschwitz. Pick up is set early in the morning to arrive before all large group tours. After arrival you driver will explain you where and how to go around. You will also receive a map with recommended route as well as guide book which is not really needed as most of information are on special plaques located every few meteres on the route. Then you will go around Museum on your own pace reading all information as you go around and visit Blocks. You will have up to 2,5 hours in Auschwitz which is 45-60 minutes more in comparison to guided group tour. That means you will see more and have time to contemplate. Once visit in Auschwitz is completed you will have a short break and driver will take you to Birkenau. This Camp is a Memorial and visit there will last no longer than 1,5 hour.

It's a long journey from Krakow but worth every minute, we had great conversations with other travelers and Tomasz making the time fly by. Thomas was flexible and friendly with many bonus facts. We felt relaxed and comfortable as an entire family. The secret cafe was super! The chair lift option is worth the beautiful view of the mountains and the Salt mines tour was a smooth process being escorted to the correct tour line and easy meeting place afterwards to be dropped to our hotel.Written July 30, 2023

He picked us up at the hotel promptly and drove us to the Dunajec river, stopping for some pictures along the way. He is knowledgeable about the local history, architecture and culture and was able to answer all of our questions. Tomas was flexible and willing to plan a trip around our interests, so if you want to do something a bit different, ask him about it. Spending a day in the Tatra Mountains was one of the highlights of our trip to Poland!Written June 15, 2023

He picked us up promptly from our hotel, took us in past the queues and came back for us all as planned. He was friendly, informative and his English was very good. We then used him again to go to the Salt mines the next day. He was unable to take us personally but his colleague was also friendly, informative and his English was excellent. The car journey was full with information about the surrounding areas. If we were staying longer we would of 100% booked something for else with Thomas. The snow mobiles were amazing too. Fantastic service from a friendly english speaking driver. Excellent local knowledge, went out of his way to tell us stories of the area and Auschwitz and show us extras along the way. Highly recommend!
We also used Thomas and his team for airport transfers and again fantastic service. We have already recommended to friends coming next month.

we had a hotel pickup on our last day in krakow and visited auschwitz-birkenau. we first were taken too auschwitz and after the tour was finished got picked
up and then done the birkenau tour and after headed to airport! Great service would recommend!

Thomas is a safe and professional driver. Great time management, which is very important with this tour. Flexible pick up location to suit our needs plus bonus facts along the way to learn. Escorted us straight to the tour entrance. Amazing service and highly recommended. A tip for the tour is to wear comfortable shoes.
