    Salt Mine Tour
We had a wonderful experience on this tour, and overall, I would highly recommend it. Our driver, Jerry, was absolutely amazing. From the moment he picked us up at the hotel, we knew we were in good hands. Not only did he take us to the salt mine, but he also went above and beyond by taking us on a drive around Krakow, showing us the hidden gems around the city. His knowledge of the area and his sense of humor made the trip even more enjoyable. He truly made the experience special! The team also send you message via WhatsApp with a list of recommended restaurants, bars and places to visit! They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a great time in Krakow! The only downside of the tour was that the time spent in the salt mine felt a bit rushed. It would have been nice to have had a little more time to explore and take in the full experience. But overall, Jerry's excellent service and the sights we saw more than made up for it. I couldn't recommend this tour more – Jerry our driver was fantastic, and the journey was well worth it!

    Educational tour with stunning monuments.
Nothing like I had expected, in the best way possible. Tour was very educational and breathtaking. The Chapels were beautiful. Our driver, Jerry, went the extra mile by showing us around the Jewish quarter after.

    Salt, salt and more salt
30 minutes to get there in a comfortable 9 seater Mercedes bus. Our driver Peter was very informative and respectful on our travel to the mine and pointed out lots of places of interest on the way there and back. We were booked in for 10.30am. Our guide in the mine was very humorous and told us all about the history and the workings of the mine. The carvings in salt were brilliant. Lots and lots of steps down in the mines, I counted nearly five hundred and then I gave up. The mine is well worth the visit and we came out in time for the 1 O’clock bus back.

    Great trip, fantastic guide
We booked the trip to the Salt Mines when we were in Krakow, and it was well worth the visit. Pick up from our apartment was an added bonus. Our driver Peter made the trip an exceptional one as he was so friendly and interesting. Throughout the journey he provided us with loads of great information and clearly had a passion for his city. He also showed us extra interesting locations along the way and answered any questions we had. Thank you Peter 😊

This was a brilliant tour, we had an amazing driver named Peter, and he made the day for us, he did a personal tour around the city. The tour guide in the salt mines was amazing as well. The salt mines are well worth the trip and would highly recommend.

    Couple trip in the mines
Everything was good. Organization and communication were perfect. The driver was was polite and helpful, just speaking a little bit too fast with an uncertain English, but he makes himself comprehensible. We were in time everywhere. The guide in the mine was simply brilliant, excellent English and super informed. Thanks!

Wow what more can you ask for.
Can not recommend enough. Our driver Martin went above and beyond to not just provide us with a transfer but he took his time to also show us and explain some of the history and places to eat and visit. We definitely got more that we thought we was getting. We got a tour to the salt mine and another on the way back.

What a great way to see some of the sites in Krakow!

We were picked up on time, it was freezing cold but the buggy had a great heater, so we were very cozy inside!

Our tour guide was brilliant and showed us all the main sites & areas, then dropped us off in the main square after.

Really enjoyed this and if you have a couple of hours to see the Krakow, would 100% recommend

Booked via trip advisor, with hotel pick up. Tour guide Boden? young tall lad. Very knowledgeable and a local guide. Tour lasted just over 2hrs and it was worth every penny. He had very extensive knowledge. It was an 8 seated golf buggy, though we was lucky as it was only us 2. Would definitely recommend this trip. Would recommend booking via trip advisor, you can book on the day with a golf buggy anywhere however they are known to rip you off and make up prices there and then.

This trip was one of our Krakow Highlights. Peter our host was absolutely fantastic, he arrived early and as we were ready set off early and he actually gave us an extra hour. The information he provided was so interesting, we learnt more than we could have imagined, we visited some stunning churches, the Ghetto, Schindlers Factory and so so much more. We will spend more time in the Jewish Quarter when we visit again.
If you get the chance ask for Peter, and tip these guys they could charge so much more it was worth double what we paid.
Thank you Peter, we had a great time in your company.

Despite me confirming with this company the day before location and time of pick up, no one came. I rang them and they said sorry, someone will be there soon. After 40 minutes Oskar arrived … he had clearly been summoned at the last minute . He knew very little and when we asked questions he had to google the answers! After 1 hour he stopped and said to get out to look at something - he hadn’t explained what and by then we were totally bored and disappointed. At this point he said ‘oh god you’ve got 2 hours booked’ as he was obviously unable to fill the time we had booked . At that point I said don’t worry , we will get out as he also had quite an unpleasant demeanour and made us feel uncomfortable . He said no and carried on driving around but gave very little information . No history of the city , no interesting facts . We did a free 1 hour walking tour later and got so much more information from that .
This company charged me £116 for this - if they are going to charge this much they should train their staff to have more knowledge instead of throwing them in at the deep end . If they didn’t have staff that were durable that day , for sickness maybe , they should have rung me and cancelled and refunded me rather than sending just anyone to do that tour .

His humor made the tour even more enjoyable, keeping everyone engaged and entertained throughout. Peter’s passion for Krakow is infectious, and he skillfully balanced historical insights with fun anecdotes, making the experience both educational and fun. The pace of the tour was perfect, and he made sure to answer all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. If you’re visiting Krakow, don’t miss this tour – Peter is a truly exceptional guide. We’d done so much walking that we just wanted to sit down for a bit and we saw one of these buggies parked up. We paid just under £60 for the two of us to have a ride around Old Town. Obviously, that’s expensive and if you’re just after transport then get a taxi - they’re much cheaper.

However, this was quite an experience. It was funky, quirky and actually good fun. The lady taking us around took her time and was very informative. She even offered to take a photo of us both outside one of the sights.

It is what it is ultimately - if you want to see some sights at a slow pace without having to walk then this is a good shout, and an awful lot cheaper than the horse and carriage option which is just daylight robbery.

The cherry on the cake though is that they’ll drop you off wherever you want to go. So we toured Old Town but had tickets for the Schindler museum afterwards so we were dropped off there which was great.

This was an absolutely FANTASTIC tour - we went for the 'extra' tour so also saw the fascinating Jewish Quarter, Kazimierz, and the Jewish Ghetto. Our driver, Bogdon (Dan) was excellent. He arrived punctually and was very knowledgeable and informative. He also used a backup pre recording to give us more information in between stops and showed us photos on his mobile phone to illustrate further points of interest. I not only recommend this tour and driver but recommend the tour company as well as we took another tour with them to the Wieliczka Salt Mine that was excellent too. Particularly impressive was the fact the company kindly changed the date of our tour from the Friday originally booked, to the Monday, as a result of our Ryan Air flight being delayed by 6 hours and us missing the Friday tour. I thought that was very good of them under the circumstances.

Our tour was great! My wife and i booked the full 2 hour tour as she is unable to walk very well. Our driver Bogdan met us at the main square and we were soon into our private buggy, as no one else was booked on our tour. Hes a young man and spoke good english, was very informative and knowledgeable and had a sense of humour. The buggy was warm enough, with drop down sides which sheltered you well and gave a clear view or your surroundings. It was by far the best way to have a good look around the city in comfort, learn some history and also see things youd normally miss not knowing your surrounding. It also gives you ideas on where you may want to head back too. Well worth it.

Driver arrived at given time. He was very informative and polite. It was a cold day but the buggy was lovely and warm. As there was on only 2 of us on the tour he tailed it to our requests ie we were going Schindlers factory later that afternoon so ended at that stop on the tour. We would recommend as gives you ideas of where you may want to spend more time. Only downside was we only made 1 jump off stop for 10 minutes.

We had a great time. Our guide was lovely and gave a thorough overview of the city. We did it on day one and it was nice to get an idea of what the city was like and find out more so early on.

The buggy was warm which was a nice surprise.

I liked how the company messaged the day before with the reg plate and even some restaurant recommendations which we went to before we even had the buggy tour and I thought this was a particularly nice touch.

Would recommend this tour/company.
