          Full day out
Minibus picked us and other couple up from our hotel . An hour to get to Auschwitz where we had 80 min guided tour .( only 5 ladies toilet cubicles so expect long queue at busy times). There was cafe , vending machines . Then onto Birchenau where 70 min guided tour. Both very moving , informative and respectful . Another hour travelling to salt mine where we had 2 hour guided tour - quick 10min break in cafe . Lots of steps to climb down and used miners lift to get back up . Could have spent longer there as we didn’t go in museum or restaurant . Eating drinking places outside the mine too. Amazing things (statues, the New Testament carved in rock salt and salt lakes and chapels ). You can lick the walls if you want to. Then another 30 mins to get back to our hotel . Great , full day out - well worth the money .

The trip was amazing! Only criticism was the headset quality for the first part of the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was really poor - it was muffled and you could not hear what was being said. The lady for this part of the tour was also very quiet so when she didn’t use the headset we all had to huddle in to hear. Apart from that really good

Loved the service and remember to prepare for the sun!
My partner and I went on this full day experience and loved it! Communication with the service was prompt and easy. Our bus guide picked us up with no issues and we had a comfortable ride between sites with our tickets covered. It was very hot, and while the bus was nicely air conditioned, the walk from parking to each location was sometimes hard. I recommend riders bring some extra water bottles and a parasol with them in the summertime!

          Great tours, long day
Excellent day tour. Really good communication and very well run. Each venue guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable, and informative. This is a whole day tour with travelling between each place and a decent amount of time to spend at each venue. There is a lot of walking, so be prepared. Order the packed lunch. It was reasonably priced and really nice. 10/10

          Can do at age 81!
Well worth the trip to the Salt Mine. I definitely recommend the hotel pick up - I even changed my hotel reservation to one that was on the pick up list. Since we were not going on the rest of the trip to the concentration camp, the tour leader arranged for a taxi back to our hotel. Although I had been wary of the steps down, they were easy to do with great railings and steps. It's a long walk through the mine, but the trail is straightforward, the pace and with places to sit down, it was manageable for me at 81.

          Excellent Tour
Starts with an excellent ride to the tour sites. Eva our tour guide was excellent with a vast knowledge and an excellent way of relaying this information. She answered all our questions and was very polite and courteous. Excellent tour guide.

Salt mine tour needs headsets so we can hear the tour guide
Although the salt mine tour guide really needed a microphone (and us headsets) the salt mine tour was very interesting. I actually didn’t catch much of what he was saying in the cavernous mines with louder tour groups before and after us. This was partly because of his French/Polish accent while speaking English and partly due to a large group in large spaces. Auschwitz and Birkenau guide, Matheus, was outstanding. He knew history, especially from a Poland perspective.

Excellent tour. Bus a bit cramped. I was on back seat. But not tourers fault. Some people on bus taking up two seats You will walk a lot 18000 steps Tour guide at austwutz needs to slow down at second camp. We were all pretty walked out by then But all in all excellent

          Underwhelmed
I do not think they manage to portray how horrofic it must have been for the people within the camps and the evil that they suffered. I expected to feel something when I got there, but I didn't. I was fully prepared for it to spoil me holiday after visiting. After watching the Tattooist from Auschwitz and crying at every episode, I expected to feel more. Our guide wasn't the best, a retired artist, that just seemed to go through the stats, she wasn't good. I kept listening in on another groups guide, who was a man and had so much passion for what he was talking about. Maybe if we had had him as a guide our experience would have been different.

          Great experience
Just wanted to leave a review about the organised trip to Auschwitz and salt Mines we used. The communication was excellent, received a text the day before telling us where our pick up point was, name of the driver, vehicle and registration of the bus he was driving, that put us at ease knowing that we were getting on the right bus. We were also asked if we wanted a packed lunch for a small charge as it was going to be a long day and not much time to visit places for lunch, I must say what we had was delicious and more than adequate for the price, we were both glad that we taken the option to purchase them.First we were taken to the salt mines where the driver organised the tickets for us to enter the mines and we had a very knowledgeable young man who then guided us around. We got back on the bus where our packed lunches were given out to us, we then travelled to Auschwitz when again the driver got off the bus and organised the tickets for us to enter when another guide took us around, it was a long day but can’t praise enough how professional and well organised including the communications regarding the trip. I would definitely use them again and have also recommend to family & friends.

Excellent trip, well worth the money
Excellent day drip, very informative, the guides at both sites are knowledgable and make the tours interesting giving information that you would not know if you took the tour independently.

          I would do this diffrently...
Organisation, pick up, driver, transport, punctual, professional. 5 stars. Lovely lunch for 30 zloty extra. Salt mine. Enjoyable tour. Lovely guide. Though lots of walking, steps, so if not good mobility, not recommended. Now aushwitz was rushed, tour guide was mostly half inaudible (not talking in mike), flat delivery, birkenau was even worse, forced march. People had given up, chatting about football as they went. In restrospect i should have chosen to do a self tour and take my time. I learnt nothing i did not already know and had no time to reflect or pay respect. Again, a warning: 16000 steps=12 km+ walk in the day. Lots of standing. I hope this is useful.

Heavy but important day at Auschwitz-Birkenau with the Salt Mine experience preceding it
This was a very heavy day, as I expected, but the tour was done very well. We were picked up in a timely manner near our hotel and transportation was done on a comfortable and air conditioned bus. We had the option to purchase a box lunch as well, although my husband and I brought our lunch. Our bus driver and overall tour guide for the day was Peter. The first stop was the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Wow! Mind blown. Had no idea how beautiful and interesting it would be, especially the chapel! Our guide through the salt mine was Piotr as well. (spelled differently) . I liked doing this first as the next portion of the tour was heavy. Our visit to Auschwitz - Birkenau was breathtaking in so many ways. It's a must do in my opinion. It was of course very solemn but our tour guide did it very well. We had ear pieces in so we could hear him even when we were a bit further away. I cannot remember his name unfortunately but we went on June 11th around 1:45pm with an English tour. I just wanted him to know that I appreciated the way he presented the information.
