The reservation was booked and confirmed. Zakopane and Thermal baths. The tour guide company welcome2cracow never answered any inquiries, never showed up for the tour, and denied having any booking. Recommendation: avoid this company at all costs, and book with someone other other than trip advisor. I requested a refund which is being processed, but no offer of other recompense or conciliatory gesture, they had the audacity to ask if I would like to try to book another tour at full cost. Basically the plan for the day was ruined. Trip advisor and the tour guide Welcome2craccow were utterly disappointing and lacking in any meaningful customer service. ZERO stars.

This was our first experience of visiting Krakow The trips were fabulous that I’d arranged and paid for before we arrived. The hotel was in an excellent location The architecture of the city is amazing, one of the best that I’ve been to. We walked all around the city on the Planty which was an excellent way to see the sites Excellent prices , very cheap in comparison to prices for food and drinks back in the UK- unless you eat on the square which is expensive Would definitely recommend Krakow for a city break

Amazing trip from start to finish, we just just wish there were more hours in the day. Very warming, we couldn’t fault it! We saw so much more than we expected and Slim speaking perfect English really allowed us all to get the most out of every little stop along the way and Zakopane itself. We would never use anyone else and we will recommend to everyone we know! 👍🏼

Wojciech picked us up from the hotel.He is very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. during our tour he pointed out everything of interest along the route and also recounted tales of things that had happened in the regions. As well as taking us to the tourist places he took us to other places of interest and stopped en route if we wanted to see something that we came upon - The St. John Paul II Sanctuary. He spoke with great feeling about Auschwitz and Birkenau (where we had visited on a previous trip) during our trip and gave us a different insight into the lives of the Polish people during the days of occupation. We had a visit to the wooden village and the wood carvers workshop and a very good lunch in one of the local restaurants. We had plenty of time at the top of the mountains and were never rushed during the visit. All together it was a brilliant day and we were returned to our hotel very happy indeed. (We did not include the thermal baths in the trip.- not our thing!)

Highly recommend. We pre-booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour and were looked after by the wonderfully genial Slim, who was prompt, courteous, and great company. We were picked up directly from our apartment and looked after very well from start to finish. Slim was also the official guide on the tour and is very professional and knowledgeable and happy to take time to answer questions and ensure everybody is engaged.

We booked airport pick up and drop off, also 2 tours ,1 to Auschwitz and another to the Saltmines. Everthing was perfect , Thomas our driver was great, always on time and very friendly. Also told us where to find the best restaurants and bars in town. Many Thanks Kevin

We (family of 5) booked this company for all our tours on our recent visit to Krakow, Airport pick up and drop off, Saltmines tour, Auschwitz tour and they even arranged our city golf cart tour. Collected from our hotel every time by Thomas who was always on time spoke excellent English was very friendly and gave us lots of info on various things. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They gave us an excellent price, cheaper than all the other operators.

Slim took us to Auschwitz-Birkenau yesterday and it was amazing! He was brilliant from start to finish, with lots of knowledge of Krakow and the camps. He is genuinely a lovely guy who is really easy to talk to, making the journey so much nicer! I would fully recommend him to anyone wanting to go there. He’s that good we booked our transfer back to the airport with him aswell.

We booked a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau and was picked up from our hotel by Slim. I would highly recommend booking through this company for any tours as Slim is very knowledgeable and friendly and kept in contact with us before and during our tours. Excellent service.

We took a private tour to the Salt Mine and we were picked up by Slim from out the front of our apartment on time. Slim is very knowledgeable and passionate about Krakow and Poland in general. We booked a tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau and had the pleasure of slim picking us up. He arrived on time as scheduled and was full of fun facts and polish history along the way, which made the 1.5 hour journey seem to pass by very quickly. Slim ensured we were part of the correct tour group, waiting with us and introducing us to our guide and was waiting for us after the tour of Auschwitz to taxi us to Birkenau to carry on the tour. Once finished he arrived to taxi us back to krakow and dropped us off by the castle as asked. Can’t recommend enough, thanks again.

We recently visited Krakow in July , for my birthday. Luckily for us , our tour guide was slim , who gratefully gave us the fabulous tour of this beautiful city . He certainly went above and beyond, all expectations that we expected from him. This made our trip more than fabulous. Our family had the pleasure of meeting Slim on a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau yesterday and could not recommend him highly enough. He is quite a character and made us laugh with all his stories along the way - even the grumpy teenager chuckled and that’s quite an achievement! He is so proud of his country, rightly so, and very knowledgeable pointing out places of interest and giving an insight into Polish history. He also took us off the beaten track to show us things we wouldn’t have seen on a group tour.
