Was very organised from start to finish . The guide was brilliant and the transport . Was kept up to date with information and pick up .

Everything was well organised before the tour with clear directions in advance. The driver was prompt, helpful and polite. The guide was very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a sad place to visit but very worthwhile.

The tour was arranged perfectly, everyone involved from the driver picking us up to the guide on the tour did a fantastic job. Everyone should visit these sites to understand the inhumanity of the actions carried out in the name of someone's own warped ideology. Thank you for a well organised trip.

The trip was extremely very well organised from the contact the day before with arrangements for the day to the whole trip. Michal was our driver and guide and was very friendly, passionate and knowledgeable not just about the history of Auschwitz and Berkinau but the war in Poland as well which was really interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour company and the visit to Auschwitz is a must.

We was very happy, really good conversation with the driver, he even send us a picture of his car so we could recognize it. The pick-up was from our hotel. The entrance and the guide was excellent. It was a good day, highly recommended

Dorota is an amazing driver with very good driving skills. She was right on time waiting for me. Every time explaining very well where she would be, break times, etc. The tour itself is very sad of course. They prepared a lunch box wich was more than enough for me. In the end the whole experience was great!

For a reasonable fee, Bartek will take care of all the logistics of your trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, including booking the tickets and transfer from and back to Krakow, and optionally a lunch package. A guide from the museum will handle the tour of the camp itself. I recommend booking your tour with Bartek.

Tour operator made contact a day ahead of time to finalise timing and arrangements, pick up was punctual and Dorota took extremely good care of us through the day, really friendly and efficient. Glad we ordered a lunch box as there isn't a lot of opportunity to buy refreshments. Once at the museums the tour moves quickly and professionally through both camps, Sabine was our English guide and was knowledgeable and informative. Would recommend dressing warmly as much of the Auschwitz-Birkenau part of the tour is outdoors. Huge amount of information to absorb and most of it difficult to deal with on a human level but really glad to have experienced it and to have the opportunity to pay my respects.

Pick up was right on time, very friendly driver with all the info we needed and also allowed everyone to relax well. The tour itself and the guide was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations! I honestly don’t think you could do anything better than maybe the unexpected early start but I’m assuming that was out of your control. Amazing!

This was so worth doing. It was very informative and well-preserved, and the guide was very good. If you do one thing in Poland, this is it.

My wife and I signed up for this tour and I had a stroke back in 2015 and have a cane for walking purposes. I keep up well in a crowd but I do Tire we really enjoyed Bartak’s people. I sat up front and talked with the driver. This is the only way to go with the transportation and tickets it makes it seamless. The tour itself we found disappointing due to the pace set. It was extremely fast almost at a constant fast walk pace which I found impossible to keep up and I had to miss 50% of the tour. It was still worth seeing and nothing Bartak’s people could have done about it. The tour operators are independent of him. However, if you move slower than a fast walk be warned that you won’t be able to keep up and they won’t wait.

We got pickup up outside our apartment in kazimiers. The driver and our guide was just amazing. A very good experience. The highlight was the st. Kings chapel inside.

We had such an unreal experience with this company. Prior to the pick up, we were kept updated constantly via WhatsApp and any questions were answered within two minutes maximum. On the day, the pick up was seamless and the information about what to expect from the day was summarised perfectly. Once we arrived, we joined another group and were then introduced to Wanda, our tour guide who was completely outstanding. She was a perfect guide in all ways including the amount of knowledge she held and the way she delivered the information. It was overall an amazing experience and couldn’t think of anything negative to say.
