- emmipink0 contributionsGreat insite into the schindlers historywell organised enough time to see everything and you do feel that they cover the full history.ear pieces work well as you move aroundWritten February 5, 2025
- toyetraveller0 contributionsA must do tour if in KrakowWe had a brilliant guide called Barbara who gave a great tour, very informative and detailed, and her English is very good. So much to see and hear about. A great experience and I’d highly recommend.Written January 29, 2025
- Rosamond S0 contributionsGood tourGood tour although it is mostly about the history of KRAKOW during the war years and very little about Schindler although is in the old Schindler factory. Our guide was excellent and explained everything to us.Written January 26, 2025
- APKJTJB0 contributionsFantasticFantastic. Our guide was so knowledgable and communicated her passion and depth of knowledge excellently. She took questions and answered them all.the booking process was straightforward and information on where / when to meet sent straight away. would recommend using.Written January 17, 2025
- 80sianp0 contributionsGreat Tour!We did a tour and so glad that we did. It was great as it was a small group (3 of us) our tour guide had a great sense of humour, the knowledge they had was incredible. It was a shame that we didn’t see the dragon that breathes fire we had to do that a different day and we were never given the opportunity to ask questions. We were recommend to see the bell at the top of the fire, I don’t recommend this part if your not one For heights or claustrophobic. Still very worth the visit and money and time spent. I recommend.Written January 14, 2025
- AngieH2340 contributionsNot what I expectedNot what I expected. However the story around what happened in krakow during world war 2 was very interesting. Although I understand the need to know what happened during this time. It would have been better understanding Schindler and his contribution to saving all of the people that he didWritten January 12, 2025
- Dreamer639439509930 contributionsA walking tour well worth doing even in coldThis is a longer tour but it certainly did not feel that way. The tour guide was superb. She gave us little known information that really helped me understand the culture, structures and landmarks. The Schindler Museum was so well done and it was wonderful to be able to skip the line and walk in with our group. Considering it was January and really cold outside I would still consider this a do not miss.Written January 7, 2025
- 999andjelad0 contributionsexcellent! The guide was amazing. Museum is extraordionary for every Shindlers list fan. Gift store is full of amazing books. I Would recommend.Written January 5, 2025
- theclarken0 contributionsNicely Laid Out and InformativeThe museum is excellent with really nice displays. The organization of the exhibits helps you understand the progress of Nazi occupation in the area and how this impacted the Jewish population. The guide for the tour was knowledgeable and answered questions from the group. She also provided additional insights that would not have been apparent by just walking through the museum.Written January 5, 2025
- Des23050 contributionsGood but not greatGuide was informative and knowledgeable but due to the large number of people in the group and others visiting you were isolated from the group and really you were visiting on your own and just listening to her commentary - you were like a room behind what she was discussingWritten January 4, 2025
- Y5788LBnicoleg0 contributionsFantastic tour for my husband, myself and teens. Our guide Dominca was amazing! She clearly communicated so much information non-stop for hours about life in the Jewish Quarter, the Krakow Ghetto and thru Schindlers Factory.Written December 31, 2024
- raneyl20160 contributionsA great way to visit the Wawel Castle and Cathedral!A great way to visit the Wawel Castle and Cathedral. Our guide was very informative, thorough, and thoughtful. Skipping the line is also a great advantage as these two sights are extremely busy. We highly recommend this! Thank you!Written December 28, 2024
- altasscrew0 contributionsTo get the most go on a guided tourThis is not just about the factory it’s more about Schindler himself - to get the best of the museum definately use a guideWritten December 26, 2024
- stevenbP916SA0 contributionsVery informative tour. With a lady who had ancestry in Krakow. The lady ( who's name we didn't get , unfortunately), was an excellent tour guide , who had extensive knowledge of the Krakow during its history during German and Russian occupation. She also had family history to add to the tour as she and her ancestors were from Krakow. She portrayed the picture of what went on and the reality of the situation with extensive knowledge.Written December 18, 2024
- T2688UKandrewg0 contributionsSchindler Factory KrakowEverything went smoothly on arrival. We were given ear phones and a box to listen to our English guide. At times it was hard to hear him, especially when next to another group. It was mainly the history of Poland and Germany in the second WW and the Jewish ghetto in Krakow. This was interesting and important but we were a little disappointed there wasn’t more about Oskar Schindler, his factory and how he helped the children to escape. Faces of some of them were shown at the end of the exhibition. Our feeling was that you would get as much or even more by just visiting the museum/factory and reading all the notices and articles, as we felt a little rushed through and no opportunity to ask questions.Written December 18, 2024

We had a guided tour with a lovely lady called Paulina, she was well informed and spoke rather well English. Felt like the security was watching us a lot which was slightly uncomfortable and it was a one way system so we weren't able to go back around again after the guide had finished. Would have loved to go back round and look at things a bit better or the stuff we missed. Overall I would recommend it if you're interested in the history of Krakow before the 20th century.

I booked a privately guided tour of Rynek Underground by accident...and I'm SO glad I did! Prior to this I had never indulged in a 1:1 tour before, and I was worried it would be awkward. Nope, not at all!
My affable and knowledgeable guide, Karolina G., was a treasure. I feel lucky to have toured with her. She took her time and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, selecting chosen objects to tell me about that she felt would be most intriguing (and they were). Her passion for Polish culture was infectious.
Additionally, I recommend folks start their journey in Krakow here. It's literally the foundation of the city-- you learn many layers of the city's vibrant and troubled history; how it came to be, how it was destroyed, and how it rose up again.
Hats off to the folks that maintain this place. 1.5 hours well-spent.

A superbly well put together and visually stimulating exhibition is well worth the visit.
The Oscar Schindler Museum would do well to pay heed to the layout of this informative museum’s history of Krakow.

The museum is beautiful with very very nice animations but the tour guide skipped a many attractions worth a closer look.
WARNING: Do not buy a guided tour if you plan to see the rest of the museum after the tour. The guards are very strict and it is not possible re-enter the museum without buying a new ticket!

Absolutely fascinating tour of excavations underneath the Old Town Square. Interesting and imaginative displays of medieval life in Krakow. Many artefacts to see, including original roads. Interactive exhibits. Very good video "time capsules", presented in English, of Krakow history. The museum is surprisingly large, which gives an idea of the extent of excavations. Well-lit and safe walkways and floors. Tours available for groups, although it is possible to visit individually. Free admission day is Tuesday.

The tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and her communication was clear.
Meeting point was easy to find and everything was on schedule.
Our group was 5 people total and our tour was on english.
Started at 3pm and ended at 430pm.
Why I gave this 4 stars is because we focused a lot on the showcases and missed some/a lot of the museum. Yes, after tour ended we could've returned and explored further. However, without the guide it's much more difficult. It is a small (underground) museum which makes this unique. I would've preferred getting to read some of the signs/displays, and seeing the areas missed.
Would do tour again with this company. Appreciated being organized, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The guide was informative & always asked if we had any questions. The young children ‘s interruptions were handled well. He did a great job. The tour itself was very interesting with nice displays of reproductions, pictures, & actual historic items. We would recommend this tour for others interested in how today’s Kraków came to be & all the history about it.

I took a guided tour of 2 hours but could have spent more time as there is much to learn, explore, read and see. The short films were very good, going back to historical times. (I didn't see all as i ran out of time). There is a lack of seating so i ended up with sore feet but nonetheless the visit was very good. I suggest that this should be the first place you visit as this will inform what next you wish to do in Krakow.

Very interesting and particular tour, made even more captivating by the use of video and digital technology. Olga, the Guide, was very nice and welcoming! Recommendation to have the experience as last in Krakow, as references are often made to other attractions that fortunately I had already visited

If we hadn’t taken this tour, we would have got very little out of the Underground Museum. Instead, we gained a much better understanding of how Krakow become the amazing place it is today. Our guide, Anya, was great: really enthusiastic and well organised.
