Booked in advance, the updates/comms was brilliant - really helped us with arrivals and planning. The guide was very knowledgable and first class. Would recommend to others👍

We booked this trip with a guide. Our guide was fantastic, she was so knowledgeable and told about the history of Krakow. It was so informative and we were so impressed by her. We came away knowing all about the particular period of time in Krakow and about Schindler’s factory but it wasn’t focused on the factory. I feel without a guide the factory would not be worth doing.

We visited and decided to book the guided tour as the guided tour in Auschwitz had been so good. The tour is in a small space and the groups are too big. It means that when the tour guide is talking about a specific exhibit, people at the back can’t see. We had a women join the tour and bustle to the front who hadn’t paid which was annoying but I guess that means if you don’t want to pay just join a tour. The tour walks through the museum and there is so much to see and read you miss out seeing a lot by doing the tour. So my advice is go to the museum it’s really interesting but don’t pay the extra for the guided tour it isn’t worth the additional payment.

Very well ran trip, the organiser rang us 5 minutes before the start and met us outside. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything, answered questions and pointed out all useful and interesting facts. Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend a visit. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We learnt such a lot from her which, had we gone round on our own, would have missed out on.

Very tight quarters with lots of people- very claustrophobic. The guide had to speak over multiple other guides and annoying sounds of gunfire, parades playing, and other sounds coming from the displays on the wall. Interesting/sad to see all the actual possessions left behind from the victims. Had expected to see the actual Schindler factory, which this was not.

This truly is one of the best museums I have been too. An excellent emersive experience of Krakow just before the war, right through to liberation. Schindlers is covered but it is so much more than that. We were in two minds about a guided tour but she was wonderful and we learnt so much more because of her. We stayed after the tour to go back and read the exhibits as with most tours you move at a pace that doesn't allow for reading everything. Really recommend.

What can I say?.............I thought I knew alot more than I actually did. The tour was outstanding and so informative. The guide did an excellent job

We were met by the crew at the agreed place & time which was about 300 - 400 metres from where the cat was due to moor. The cat arrived about 10 minutes late. We sat on the upper deck in the evening sun - very pleasant views. If there was a commentary, we didn't hear it. If I had known then what I know now, I probably wouldn't have booked this tour.

The tour is a tremendous history of WWII Poland. Very informative. However this is NOT a tour of the Schindler factory. The factory was destroyed during th war. A must visit, but slightly misleading. Also, paints a different picture of Schindler, which was an interesting twist.

Lot's of historical information shared with us. Empathetic and meaningful. Goodtour guide. Not easy as walk in visitors constantly walked between us all during the tour. Is difficult as the location is small and narrow in places. That said, very enjoyable and worthwhile.

Very informative tour with "skip the line" access and an extremely knowledgeable guide, who provided detailed historical context. Learned a great deal about Krakow's fascinating history

We went to this thinking that it would be about Oscar Schindler, it was more about the war. We were a little surprised by it..

We had booked the guided tour, we were taken around and all areas. It was a very an informative tour and would recommend.

Brilliant and insightful experience. The tour guide was informative and clear to understand. She welcomed questions and gave lots about the history of Krakow and the Ghettos as well as Schindler’s list. Would highly recommend this tour!
