About the operator
- H7644BYpablos00Relax and good viewsEverything perfect!! Mike is a crack!! The views amazing. Zakopane is very nice.. Mike is very kind and help us a lot. The wood village beautifully. The only problem with the thermal water is that there is a lot of people
- patrickcU168YL00Karolina was great. Springs were great. And Zakopane mountains were stunning. We really enjoyed the trip. Karolina was super knowledgeable and friendly. Super open comms and very prompt. The springs were the standout part of the day, but it was all really good. The cheese and vodka tasting was 👌 too. Would definitely recommend.
- vanessapG4336VM00Mountain and thermal spa pools.Excellent tour guide Matt who was informative and considerate and a very safe driver. Thoroughly enjoyed the day, activities and company
- janicejI3404MF00Exceptionaly friendlyMathew was our driver. Alice was our tour guide. They were fantastic and very friendly. Gave us a lot of information about Zakopane.
- Y4873ZMkelseym00Amazing!Really good trip with Alice who was well organised and looked after us all, thank you so much! Would definitely recommend :)
- M7902ICzoes00Zakopane day tripMariusz was excellent! We really appreciated the recommendations he gave us whilst visiting Zakopane. He was chatty and made everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. I’d recommend this trip to everyone.
- Nomad77015900Fun, informative and absolutely amazing guide and driverWe went on the trip on the 9/08/23, Mathew was our drive and Alice was the guide.. both were absolutely amazing and so helpful and friendly.. Alice made some suggestions of attractions and restaurants in Zakopane and made it so easy by sending links with directions to us.. both made the day fun, had photos with with us all and was like she was part of the tour both and were absolutely fantastic.
- Simongalloway0800Superb tripFantastic trip. Highly recommended. Alice was a great tour guide…very friendly and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel very welcome. Matthew the driver was a very good driver also.
- hennajo00A nicely busy day trip!Matthew (our guide) was friendly, helpful and explained everything in depth and clearly. The tour was swift and varied. We feel the time spent in each place was perfect. We covered a lot of ground in a short space of time and we're back in Krakow for dinner. There wasn't much walking and the guide recommended lots of good places in person and through WhatsApp. We felt it was definitely well worth the price we paid and the stress of sorting everything ourselves was gone. Our guide even made sure we go into all the attractions successfully (helping put our tickets in). All ticketing was sorted beforehand and there was almost no waiting around. We appreciated the efficiency. The only thing we can think of that would improve this trip is we wish we bought flip-flops for the thermal pool. Itinerary: Around 1 and half hours to the first bus stop. We were told about the highlanders and their architecture and saw a church (short around 15 mins) The second stop was cheese and vodka. They were both delicious. The third stop was Zakopane. Matthew took us straight to the mountain train (funicular). This was helpful as it meant we didn't waste anytime. The 4th and final stop was the thermal spa. We found the best bit was the outside bar/you didn't need your phone or card and everything is put on your watch and you pay afterwards. Thanks for a great trip Matthew. You have been great!
- V4795WWdavidp00Great day outSuper day out thanks to Alice (guide) and Matthew (driver). Highly recommended. Zakopane and the hot springs especially
- Brandon89w00Amazing Krakow TripAlicjia and the driver truly exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service. Our journey through the vast landscapes of Poland was nothing short of incredible. They expertly guided us through the country, ensuring that every moment was filled with awe and wonder. Their deep knowledge of the area's history, culture, and hidden gems added a layer of richness to the experience that we wouldn't have found on our own. From charming villages to breathtaking natural wonders, every stop on the trip felt carefully curated to provide us with a genuine taste of Poland's beauty. Their attention to detail and genuine passion for sharing their homeland with us was evident in every aspect of the journey. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were traveling with old friends rather than tour guides. This added a unique touch that made the entire experience even more memorable. In short, I can't emphasize enough how exceptional Alicjia and the driver made our trip. We were truly immersed in the heart and soul of Poland, and it's an experience we'll treasure forever. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend their services – a 10 out of 10 doesn't even do justice to how fantastic they are.
- Ben G00GreatGreat trip, Mateusz was very helpful and Friendly, Ran on time to the minute, Nice Vehicle in good condition, would recommend
- danielbB7274XQ00Well worth the investmentThe tour guide was ver accommodating. Bring sandals for the spa. The mountain tour was incredible. I highly recommend this tour
- H7612SIemmaw00Wonderful time in ZakopaneMe and my mum booked this tour to celebrate her retirement and had an amazing time. Zakopane is a beautiful town with gorgeous views. The views from the top of the mountain were gorgeous. The sheep cheese tasting was amazing - absolutely loved this part and it felt really authentic. The thermal springs were definitely a little misleading - it was a mini water park with lots of pools and 3 slides. However, the time there went quite quickly and we hand a lovely time in the sauna and salt chamber upstairs. There were some hot baths which were also really good. The actual pools were fun if you like water parks. Our tour guide was Matthew and the driver was Matthew, also. Both were wonderful. Matthew, the tour guide, was very knowledgable, very friendly and made the whole trip great. He even helped us to book our train to the airport for the next day. Thanks to both of them for such a great experience!
- kreativemum00Excellent tour and tour operatorDuring my stay, I took 3 different tours with 3 different operators but this tour operator (thousand miles) was the best experience. The guide/driver was friendly, warm and very professional. The tour includes cheese and drinks which was very interesting part of the trip. Zakopane was amazingly beautiful, including the villages on the way. We got enough time in Zakopane to do 3-4 activities there. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour started when Wojtek picked me up at the hotel. Our first stop was the John Paul II Sanctuary in Krakow as the Divine Mercy Chapel a few miles away was having cleaning done at the time. We returned there later as Wojtek and I were flexible.
The Sanctuary had some of John Paul's vestments as bishop, archbishop of Krakow, and then as Pope. It had the vestment he wore the day he was shot at the Vatican with blood stains still on it. Other portraits and taped speeches of the Pontiff were very interesting.
The next stop was Wadowice, the boyhood home of John Paul II. I had free time to enter the the boyhood church of Karol Wojtyla next to his birthplace.
Next stop was the John Paul II museum, which is the building where young Wojtyla grew up. Museum touches on every aspect on his life from the small apartment where he grew up to the Pope's final days on earth.
The museum was put together by some of the finest architects in Europe as our guide informed us. Some of the visual presentations and effects were incredible. For example, one presentation shows a crowd scene in Poland and it superimposes your image on it as you walk by. Quite impressive,
After this, we headed back to Krakow to view the Divine Mercy Chapel and Saint Faustina's convent. The chapel had the Divine Mercy vision of Faustina flanked by John Paul II's portrait and Our Lady of Czestochowa. In the convent, Sister Faustina'a room is displayed so visitors can see.
After this, my driver, Wojtek, dropped me off at the airport to catch my flight back to the states. This tour with Wojtek's help and patience was the perfect way to end my trip in Poland. My highest praise for my driver as well as Cracow Top Tours
For me, this was the best tour I took in Krakow as everything was flexible and I really wanted to see John Paul's museum and hometown.
One thing with this tour or a tour similar. I tried for a couple of days to get on this type of tour as it is not offered very often or for less than 4 or 10 people. I booked this on TripAdvisor on another day and was told it was pending until they got back to me and said they, unfortunately had to cancel. Luckily I did make this trip on my last day in Poland.
One other thing I would note. I am a devout Catholic and an admirer of John Paul. I
enjoyed every minute of the tour. If you are not religious but are curious about the man, this tour gives a wealth of insight of Poland, Europe, Catholicism, and of twenty first century history. Again, awesome job...

We had a really good day with Gregor. He picked us up on time. He is a very nice young man (a bit quiet and shy though). We had to alter our tour in Wadowice because the day before we were already there and visited John Paul II's museum, so we ended up spending more time at the church and attended a mass, instead of going back to the museum. Our tour was at our own pace and not hurried, which we appreciated. A religious and educational tour.
