Visited Zakopane on a chilly, rainy Sunday. Enjoyed our time in spite of the weather. Fortunately the skies cleared up and we were able to get great views of the mountains. Our day also included a visit to the advertised thermal baths in Chocholow. This part of the trip was disappointing - the baths were nice, but overall it really was just part of an indoor water park, and it was extremely crowded. We would have rather had more time in Zakopane and skipped the water park. Finally, recommend a weekday trip if possible to avoid large crowds.

Very good tour. The thermal baths were wonderful .Zakopane was wonderful. The cheese and alcohol tasting was very good. They could cut out the wooden village to make more time in Zakopane

This is a great trip to explore. The guide was polite and informative. Great day out to enjoy beautiful views and the spa. Definitely recommended

A very satisfying experience overall. Excellent guide (Kataryna; maybe wrong spelling), and ho made us feel part of the history. Very funny and used appropriately timed humour to make the experience great. We were very pleased. We wanted to give her a tip, but she left at the end of the tour before we had the chance to do it. The mine itself was very well maintained, and we didn’t feel like we were so deep underground. The temperature was very good; not as cold as we thought it would be. Really good experience, “worth the salt” 😊.

Everything was as described and went smoothly. We were picked up from our hotel on time, and the day before, we confirmed via WhatsApp that the address was correct. We arrived, had a brief introduction, and then the fun began. The packages were as described with the number of shots for every weapon and you can take photos all the time. An employee is standing beside you nonstop, so nothing can go wrong. Afterwards, you have the option to pay extra if you want to continue. We took some additional photos with unloaded weapons and were brought back to our hotel. We have no complaints; everything was top-notch! Thank you very much! Awesome experience, we´ll come again!

This trip picked up from hotel. We traveled to a little village to look at the houses then onto a shepherds hut to try and buy local cheese and vodka. Cheese is lovely cooked over an open fire very similar to halloumi. Then it was onto Zakopane and the train up the mountain and back all included. We then went into town and what a lovely place. We ate at a wonderful restaurant recommended by our guide. Next it was onto the thermal spas. Take flip flops as it’s a requirement. We had a great time. Our guide Matthew sent us all links through WhatsApp of places we were going and things to try or visit in each place, he even sent messages later of links to what we had been giving to taste. It was a fantastic day. My only complaint was being squashed into a minibus that we could not move in. My feet were swollen by the end of the day and I’m quite active. This company need to realise a full days trip need to be in comfort. Other than that the driver and guide were so friendly and what beautiful places to visit

I told our gide Joanna sheis the best gide We have met before, Beautiful, smiling, with humor, knowledge, own eopinion. Trip to and back was so fast with transfer, mini wan.. Perfect drivers, clean bus. We will be back to climb mountains. Couple of seniors.

My wife and I took this trip and I have to say that os was well.organised and the guide Joanna was very friendly and knowledgable. The scenery and views were outstanding. So much so that we intend visiting Zakopane again for a holiday.

This trip was amazing from start to finish. The private host to drive you around was friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. The day was jam-packed with interesting stops. My only complaint is that there was no English audio, text or translation on the river rafting. The rafter had lots of interesting information throughout the whole 2 hour boat ride - but it was all in Polish. The views made up for that though. Highly recommended.
