The whole trip was amazing. Plenty to see and do. Everyone was very friendly. The guide was good. The cable car ride you need to do. No complaints at all.

We had booked this tour through Tripadvisor and the day before we were sent a text message from Michael with all the information that we needed for the following day. Michael picked us up at 8am and was very welcoming from the moment we got on his bus. He took us to the multiple stop points and was full of great information about everywhere we went which made the day quicker. He also sent over recommendations at every stop. The only problem with the tour was that the minibus is very cramped for space however it was very clean and tidy and the driver was also great.

We went as a small group with private transfer, Mikael our driver was amazing and made our trip special, he was informative and friendly and we had a laugh, the journey went in very quickly. The trip itself was tailored to our needs and nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this experience and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

The tour was perfect all thanks to Michael Rosner. He made everything easy and relaxing. He gave many suggestions including locations that he does not tour to. We really did enjoy this tour. Thank you from Malta!

This tour exceeded my expectations, and it was made even better with our guide Marcin. His knowledge, confidence and ability to have a laugh made for a very enjoyable and informative afternoon! They are certainly a must-see! The history is super interesting.

Pick up on time and tour guide very informative, Salt Mines definitely a must visit venue in Krakow and with a tour guide learnt so much more than you could do on your own.

Really fun trip, Joanna the tour guide was lovely and so friendly, the cheese and vodka tasting was amazing and so was the hot springs, defo worth it if you are visiting Poland, Zakopane is lovely x

Such a good trip. Well organised, plan to do it again. Amazing scenery. The spa was a bit overcrowded when we went but everything else was brilliant.

The carvings were amazing and the tour guide was very interesting. The tour was very well organised as well from start to finish.

The tour was great! Our host Arthur was very kind and we felt in really good hands with him. Hotel pick up was on time and we had enough time to enjoy the Salt Mine without feeling rushed. Definetely worth going!
