Michael, our driver was excellent, great music and very friendly. Lot of advice as well which made the day even better. Definitely recommend the trip.

We were collected promptly by our driver Piotr who was very friendly We made one stop to collect another group on the way to the mine Upon arrival at the mine we had a short wait while we waited for our time slot Piotr directed us to the cafe Once the tour started the tour guide was very informative and the sights were unbelievable The tour ran for more or less the exact time predicted and the lift back to the entrance was an experience 😂 The drive back to krakow was swift and comfortable And again Piotr was attentive and informative advising us of good bars and restaurants A top trip and driver for anyone visiting Krakow

Once in a lifetime experience so beautiful there. Michal was excellent very informative and friendly. He explained how everything was very well. The thermal baths are so warm you don’t feel the cold at all and the view is excellent I would highly recommend this. Michal also had great music in the car and it was a very smooth drive there

Jacob guided us to our fun and useful ski lessons, get the right ski gear and passes and then helped us get to the thermal baths, which were very relaxing and great to warm up after skiing. We had a lovely day out with a very friendly driver who gave us some extra tips for the rest of our stay. Prompt pick up and very comfortable drive. Highly recommended day out.

This experience was executed perfectly from start to finish. After booking, the team reached out to with a confirmation, proposed a new time, and confirmed my hotel pick up. The morning of the tour, I received clear communication from the lovely driver, Pietr, who let me know when he was close by and arrived at the exact time. He issued my ticket, checked I had ID, and was very helpful when I arrived. The guide, Zuzanna, who led the tour was incredible, knowledgeable and so informative. Pietr and delivered my back to my hotel with friendly conversation and some great recommendations for Krakow. Thank you so much, Pietr!
