The museum at Auschwitz Birkenau is at a different location to the camp museum at Auschwitz. Both are essential for understanding the scale of the Nazi movement and intention at the time. Go to Auschwitz canp first. Our guide was superb and he pitched his delivery very well. The teenagers I accompanied were part of a large group and they absorbed all he had to say. He made clear that 'process and efficiency' were key to the operations there in WW2. The place is quiet and most travellers are respectful of this. My only disappointment were some other travellers who though selfies on the track, or of them at the gate were fun memories. A slightly misguided generation, mostly in their 60s. They were also noisy and 'missed the point'. There is a large coach car park and toilets at the car park. It is a long walking tour. Some camp buildings replicate what evidence was found. Go to Auschwitz camp first to understand the scale and size of the gas chambers and crematoria. There is a 3D model there made from blueprint plans. The building themselves were destroyed to hide Nazi evidence, but in the rubble you can see the structure clearly once you have seen the model. Its a very moving experience and one that I will repeat with my own family.

We booked our trip with Tutti Tours, the Museum imressed us, this place should be visited by everyone to remember and respect history. Everything was well organized, pick up at time and a pleasant driver. A good tour price and everything on schedule as we planned. Recommend Tutti Tours

This was the most shocking day in my life. I had to face the death of more than a million
people who didn't do anything bad. They were just the innocent victims of fascism. You can
read about Auschwitz but when you actually see how big this was, you see all this photos,
and under what conditions they lived you realize the enormity of the tragedy.
It's very emotional and sad trip,but I think that everyone should see this place. Realize and
open your eyes for all the horrible things that had been done. It's very important to remember
about this part of history.
The organization of the trip was perfect. I couldn’t worry about anything and focus on the
story of this place. Everyone were helpful and kind. The staff told me every important
informations about trip so I could prepare myself as best as could.
Everyone must see this place. No matter how sad it is, we can't forget about this.

The driver were kind and helpful and the minibus was very comfortable. Safe, on time and cheaper than other companies in Krakow. We highly recommend this company. We started from Krakow to Auschwitz and the old city and back to our hotel in Krakow

I booked with Tutti and though Auschwitz was so hard to tour that I couldn't do the Birkenau portion of the tour, the tour itself was very good.
A young man named Evon? Evan? (from the Ukraine) an employee for Tutti, drove me and two others to Auschwitz and arranged for me to join a larger group of English speaking visitors. After the Auschwitz tour was over, when Evon saw my distressed face, he rushed forward with an umbrella and guided me to the closest place where I could sit. He brought me a hot cup of tea and sat with me until he was assured that I was going to be OK.
He was so kind, and so attentive, and though I could not continue to Birkenau, he drove the other guests there and came back to sit with me and then drove me back to Krakow.
I can't say enough about the personal and caring attention shown to me by the employees. When the people back at the office in Krakow found out that I was not doing well, they called me twice to talk to me. Genuine concern for my well-being.
Auschwitz is human behavior at its absolute worst. But the human kindness shown to me by strangers at a touring agency went a long way in helping me see the beauty again.

I visited Krakow in February and took the Auschwitz Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine tours. It was great and very informative. I was not expecting the Mine to be so big. Everything was perfectly organized, hotel pick-up and professional guides .I would definitely recommend Tutti Tours;)

The ground is very uneven and most of the buildings have stairs, however it is possible to get a general sense of the layouts of the camps from the entrances. A further problem is that there are no seats to take a break.

Im interested in buying tickets for your tour in krakow to go to Auschwitz Birkenau guided tour Memorial and museum. We are two adults and a two years old child but there is no option to buy a ticket for her. The option for children is between 6-15. Is there any problem for going to Auschwitz with her?
