My wife and I used these guys to transfer us from and to Krakow Airport late January 2020.
We were delighted with the efficiency and professionalism of the English speaking drivers, who drove us in brand new E Class Mercedes on both legs of the trip.
We were greeted inside the airport at arrivals and for the return a few days later, the car arrived in plenty of time prior to the agreed departure time at our hotel.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. We booked the return leg direct with the company (sorry Trip Advisor), as I foolishly only booked a single instead of a return and happened to save a few pounds by doing this.
This service is excellent value for money and we would certainly use them again.

Very easy to book - excellent customer service. Transport was waiting for us and our driver Michael was very friendly and helpful. Spotless vehicle, very reasonable rates. We did a return journey airport to city centre and would definitely recommend their services; we would have no hesitation in booking with them again.

We booked return taxi journeys from Krakow airport to our apartment in the old town. This service was excellent. We had the same driver both ways. He was waiting at the airport, had a smart, comfortable and very clean vehicle and transported us safely right to the front door. He helped with cases and he was very punctual when picking us up to return. Communication and confirmation was great with the company. Excellent value for money and I thoroughly recommend this service.

I booked this taxi many weeks in advance and wasn't asked for any payment at all, only that we should pay the driver a pre set amount of 119 PLN or 28 Euro. On arrival at John Paul11 airport in Krakow Damian was waiting and in fact whattsapped me before I'd even collected our suitcase. Nice young man with impeccable manners and a beautiful big Merc mini bus limo type motor that was pristine clean. I asked him how he wanted paying and he politely said "it's entirely up to you sir cash or card, he then quoted the above amount as pre agreed, again most politely. Took us straight to our hotel no messing. Perfect gent, can't fault this service and will defo use again.

We booked this transport company initially for airport transfer but found them so nice we booked them for the weekend, we visited Auschwitz, Birkenau, the salt mines and Zakopane. They took the effort out of organising everything, They were professional, on time and very nice, The cars we had were so comfortable. We had 4 different drivers and one was nicer then the next! We would highly recommend!

Only a 4 star review as there was a slight hiccup with us being picked up. We’d got through passport control so quickly the driver was a few minutes late. However a quick phone call and he was outside the terminal within 5 mins. Very courteous, chatty driver, dropped us right at the door of our hotel in the Jewish Quarter. We would definitely use them again for our next visit to Krakow and we will definitely be back to see more of this wonderful city.

When we arrived our driver was not there. It had taken us over an hour to get through border checks and I didn't get a signal to get the calls from the driver. No calls ever came through to my phone and the one mesaage/email came only after I let luggage claims. It just happened that I saw another driver had my name on the back of his paper. He called the driver who returned for us a few minutes later. I think there needs to be a bit better of a system in place. If I had not spotted my name of the backside of the paper the situation was not resolvable. I think if we had an actual number to call or text and the drivers made more allowance for us to get through border checks it would be better. My experience was OK but it could have been terrible

This is our 4th visit to Krakow and on the last 3 visits we have used Krakow Airport Express. Booking is easy and confirmation was quick. Arthur was waiting for us at the pre designated point, even though our flight was 30 minutes early. He was very friendly, spoke great English and was a safe driver. We arranged the return pick up time with him and were lucky to have him on our return, and he was very punctual. A great service and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We used this company for our transfer from Kraków airport to our hotel. On arrival our driver was waiting for us in the arrival hall with a clearly written sign board.
The Mercedes mini van was amazing for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and the driver was very professional. As we were saying on the main square (pedestrianised) he parked as close as he could and walked us to our hotel.
We booked again for our return to the airport.
This company offers amazing value and fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Yes - no problem, you get the option as you undertake your booking : it's 23 euros one way. Hence x2... we found our taxi company 1st class.
