DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We booked the trip 4 weeks before we were due to travel to ensure we could do the trip on Saturday 2nd December as we had limited time. We arrived in Krakow at 7.30pm on Friday 1st December, turned on my phone at the airport and there was an email from the tour company saying the tour (for the following morning) was cancelled due to a lack of tour guides!!!! The email stated we could re-book for the following day so I replied straight away saying “yes please” only to receive a reply that they were fully booked! Everywhere we tried was fully booked so the main reason why we came to Krakow, we didn’t get to see. And to make matters worse, we had paid in full when we booked and we now have to “request “ a refund

Salt Mine was a fabulous experience. Picked up from our hotel by Rafal who was so so polite, knowledge and friendly. Dominic, our guide was also great and so knowledge, really invested as his father was a miner. Special thanks to Rafal for getting us there and back safely in the heavy snow. Met lovely people in our small group and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Would highly recommend!

The transport from Krakow to our hotel was first class. The driver was lovely and very helpful, gave us information about places to eat, visit etc…. The driver from the hotel to the airport (different person) was was constantly on his phone, hit the car in from when we were waiting at lights as he was reaching for charging leads and then proceeded to do over 100 in a 70. Was not a pleasant experience at all.

Peter was an excellent driver, very friendly. He was prompt to pick us up and good communication as to where he parked. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately it had been snowing and the paths and streets were very icy , making it impossible for us to walk to Birkenau , 2.kilometres on the snow and ice. no health and safety there, !!! There are lots of stairs in the museum and they were wet and slippy, also a lot of walking , some people giving up, half way thru, not good for the elderly or if you have trouble with knees etc. Long queues for the toilet in the car park and only vending machines, so take your own lunch. I was disappointed I couldn't complete the trip ,but what I did see was very moving and should definitely be seen, but it is a long day.

Collected us from Bracka 4 and contacted us before to let us know he was on his way, chatted the whole way to the airport asking us about our trip and if we enjoyed it etc! Got us there quickly and safe! Helped to lift luggage in and out! Thank you Lukas!

We were lucky enough to have David as our taxi driver to the airport. He held a great conversation which was friendly and not too pushy. Super helpful when getting bags into and out of the car and gave good recommendations for things to do when we return. Just wish we had some money on us to tip David for his great service 😊

Fabulous 4 day break to Krakow. Golden Tulip city centre hotel was lovely. Nothing to much trouble for the staff..Very friendly.. Lovely time of year to go. David the Taxi driver who took us to the airport was very friendly and he gave us more information about krakow town and the surrounding areas. All in all a great city break.

Had an excellent driver named David. He was on time to pick me up. Good level of English understanding. High service with the right touch of friendliness.

Visted Krakow for 3 nights and airport transfer service was so slick. I was concerned as 2 hotels with same base but David the Driver arrived early and was helpful with cases and was a delight to chat to on the drive to the airport. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use for any future visits.

Dawid our taxi driver was friendly and spoke very good English, chatting about our holiday in Poland..he picked 7 of us up from Zakopane and took us to krakow airport, he was early and helped us with our luggage. Really nice guy 👍🏻
