Was a well organised trip thanks to cyprian, easy to know where we was going and where the bus was at all times. Very glad we booked this trip.

If I could give 10 stars to Wojciech Marchut I would ,really knowledgeable and gave us little gems of historical information throughout, he took time to answer our groups questions and even took us on a walk after to see Schlinders villa and the original back gate at the rear of the factory. So glad we booked this ,thankyou Wojciech.

Cyp our guide on the coach was brilliant , he gave a really informative talk before we went Auschwiz , giving us a brief history of Krakow and the German occupation. On arrival to Auschwiz myself and my husband got left behind the tour and he made sure we caught up with the group. The guide in both destinations was excellent , giving us her extensive knowledge of what happened. I would highly recommend this company for any tours in Krakow and if you get Cyp as a tour guide it’s a bonus. One point beware both destinations involve a great deal of walking.

From start to finish the trip was fantastic. We were well informed at all times, before and during the trip. A WhatsApp group was created by our group leader Cyp where he kept us upto date with bus locations and meeting points on the day but also gave us information prior to pickup about toilets, tour length, mobility access etc. We didn’t have time to stop for lunch but we pre ordered a lunchbox for 40 zloty which was yummy. The tour itself was very in depth, the tour guide from the museum and memorial spoke English very well. She was easy to understand and very knowledgable. It was a surreal experience and very eye opening. Would 100% recommend booking this trip with Discover Cracow. I believe Cyp said the company has over 15 years of experience which is demonstrated. During the bus journey, he told us about landmarks as we drove out of Krakow and gave us a mini history lesson. Thoroughly enjoyed this 🤩

This was a very well organised trip, before hand I received WhatsApp messages from Cyprian the tour director informing me what was required and even including a photograph of the exact location fort he bus pick up. Cyprian was a well informed person giving the party and insight into the history of Krakow en route to Auschwitz. Upon arrival at Auschwitz we were introduced to Jack the guide, Jack done a very good job during both tours. I can recommend this tour and the tour director Cyprian did an excellent job.
