The tour was very well organised and informative and wasn't rushed. Dominik our driver, picked us up at our hotel at the time advised and was helpful throughout our time with him.

To be clear, the museum staff guide you around the camps, what you are booking is just for someone to drive you there and to secure tickets. (It’s possible to do that yourself if you book well in advance online or to queue in person on the day - arranging a car or taking the train.) For this particular tour I arrived and then the guide buys tickets which means you may have to wait for him to get them and then wait again for your time slot - in some cases several hours - we waited an hour which wasn’t too bad. (It seems for some unlucky people they have arrived and there are significant waits or even no tours in their language) What this means is that you may choose an 8am or 9am pickup but they will tell you the real time the day before - anything from 6am to 1pm. This seems to be the same for all the operators unless you take the super expensive private option. The tour I booked cost more as you go in a smaller group (approx 8) and therefore avoid lots of pickups/drop-offs and are more likely to leave your hotel at a more reasonable time (e.g 7.30am instead of 5.30am I was asked to do for a cheaper option.) - I assume the large tours arrive earlier as there are so many more tickets they need to arrange. So overall I think you have to accept that regardless of the operator, the arrangements are highly changeable and inconvenient. The price you pay may help lessen the potential waiting/delays/unsociable start time, but it’s not guaranteed so just be prepared for the worst! I found this operator , ComFort to be decent enough, responsive and provided a good lunch in the short break that you get.

It was a very interesting (and for EVERYONE) necessary tour. My driver(Dominik) picked me up at my Airbnb on time and was super friendly and helpful through the whole trip. The guide was well informed and handled the difficult subject very professional.

They picked us up from our hotel on time, which was great. It was an early start, so it was nice they did not keep us waiting. The driver was very polite and helpful. The vehicle was clean and spacious. They gave us plenty of time to see everything on the tour. I would highly recommend using this Company’s services.

We had an amazing trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau. The trip was well paced and informative. Then we went to Salt mine, which was another great experience. Dominik timed everything well, no rush through anywhere.

We had an amazing day. We had a small group of 8 in our van. Dominic was our driver, very nice safe driver. He picked us up at or hotel and 3 other stops for people and we were on our way. 7 - 3 was the trip. Arrived at Auschwitz and were quickly taken inside and connected with our tour guide. Amazing tour, our guide was very informative and spoke really good English and answered all the questions the group had. I highly recommend this tour.

Our trip to Auschwitz- Birkenau was very interesting, thought provoking and sobering experience. Our transportation to and from was enjoyable with our ComFort Tour driver Dominik who picked us up on time outside our hotel. Once everyone was aboard Dominik explained how our day would go and was happy to answer any questions we had for him. Half way through our visit we were provided with a packed lunch which was perfect and just what we needed at that point. At the end of our visit Dominik was waiting in a prominent position so we could see him and return to our mini bus to take us back to our hotel. Thank you Dominik for being a friendly chatty young man.

Overall great experience! The communication was on point. Our driver, Kacper, was on time, friendly and very helpful. They van was very clean and comfortable. I would use Comfort Tours again for sure!

We took the Aushwitz Birkenau tour, with hotel pickup from Krakow. It was a very moving and sobering experience. We were very pleased with our ComFort tour organizer, Daniel Mieso. We were picked up at our hotel exactly on time. The lines at Aushwitz were quite long but thanks to Daniel, we got through the lines and on our tour very promptly. A trip to Aushwitz could be overwhelming, but thanks to Daniel our day went smoothly.

Damian Fort was an excellent tour guide and showed me exactly what I wanted to visit. He was very knowledgeable, and his English was perfect. I highly recommend Comfort Tours Cracow and will use them again.
