Well from start to finish we booked with Michael K amazing service the driver picked us up on time and right outside our hotel, the day before we received a message to confirm we are still interested as yet we have not parted with any money so trust is on both sides, night before we received a text asking if we would like a packed luck, great value for money and very nice. Picked up on the dot when we arrived the tour guild was amazing and very knowledgeable, a very good organised trip and service from start to finish

From booking through to dropping us off at the end of the day, this trip was excellently planned. We were picked up on time by our friendly driver Zibi who texted the evening before confirming pick up time. He was knowledgeable about the area and showed us some sights on the way to Auschwitz. It was seamless. On our arrival there, Zibi sorted our tickets and introduced us to our tour guide Kamil who again, was very knowledgeable and very sensitive about the topic. It was a moving and unforgettable day. Zibi was waiting for us after our Auschwitz tour and we had a short break for lunch before he dropped us off at Birkenau where Kamil met us again. My only suggestion would be that for the second part of the tour in Birkenau, it would be great if we could have had the headsets that we had in Auschwitz as struggled to hear Kamil at times without it. I would certainly recommend this trip and this tour operator.

From beginning to end superbly organised trip. We even got a message asking if we wanted to order lunch boxes as time in between camps was very limited, expensive and it was an early start. In the end we decided to take our own snacks but really appreciated the advice. Guides were good and knowledgeable. It was surprising how busy it was but we still managed to hear everything our guide had to tell us and the tours all flowed well around each other. You can go on to do a tour of the salt mines but we decided to do this on a different day, which I was glad we did but if you are short on time it’s not a problem to do both in one day, we just chose not to, as we weren’t sure how we would feel after such an emotional trip.

It was very good to combine the two tours in order to save time. The staff and guide were very polite and knowledgeable. If you have little time and want to see these 2 places quickly, this is what you need to do.

Booking with Michal you get 5 star service, I booked through Facebook, didn’t pay anything until the day. Got messages the day before confirming exact pick up time. Communication was excellent, we opted for packed lunch and so glad we did this was so tasty and you get so much for your money. We did 3 trips over 3 days and had the same driver for all he was amazing so friendly and helpful and waited at each trip for us to bring us back home. I would not book with anybody else. We were dropped of back at Hotel our choice but we could have been dropped off at any point in Krakow. Would definitely recommend Michal for tours

Krakow is a must-see If you are in Poland. There are so many sights to see, both historic and modern. The food scene is top notch and if you are into bars and nightlife, there is plenty to offer. Some sights too see: Old town Square, Wawel Hill, River Cruise, Food Tour, Pub Crawl. Definitely do a day trip to thr salt mine and Auschwitz.

Would really recommend Michal, we found him on Facebook and he messaged us straight back. Arranged the trip and gave us a rough pick up time but would be confirmed the day before. We were picked up at 7.10am by Lukas on an air-conditioned mini bus, he was really friendly and spoke good English. The day before we were given the option of buying a packed lunch from them which was well needed and a good idea. We had a guided tour with a very knowledgeable guide. I was worried about pick up due to other companies having unreliable reviews but would highly recommend Michal KR cannot fault him.

Very well organised, picked up at apartment in the time said , smaller 8 seater mini bus and was more comfortable than a standard bus, would highly recommend this company, say before we went we were asked if we would like a packed lunch with choice of filling , standard packed lunch but effective and fresh a great cost , easy to communicate. Driver was a nice guy and talked away when required.
