Worst excursion that I had expreinced in my life
First of all they changed the time of excursion from 8am to 5am just before 10-12 hours before departure with wp message. Then they spoke with us very unpolite way whether we come or cancel the tour. We arrived there around 6 oclock and waited on queue 3 hours only for buy the ticket standing outside with cold weather. Later we again waited 45 minutes to enter the museum at the same queue. It was the worst excursion that I experienced

          Worst Company Ever
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We woke up at 5 AM for the tour, and after a 1.5-hour bus ride, we arrived at Auschwitz. We had to wait outside in 0-degree cold for 3 hours. When it was finally our turn, they told us there were no tickets left. So, we had to return to Krakow. All my plans were ruined. The tour operator only apologized. Even though the tour description said tickets were included, they don't guarantee your entry at all. The chances of not getting in after waiting for hours in the freezing cold are very high. Don’t participate in any activity with this tour company. my entire vacation was ruined

          Fraud
Paid for the trip and the meeting spot was our hotel. They never showed up. Hotel called and the company said they weren't going to come. Don't book with this company.

Amazing full fun day with magical and relaxing experience… will be doing again
Was an amazing day trip out! Highly recommend we went through the treetop walk in the morning time, which was so magical then to the zakopane… went on a mountain gravity slide which was so much fun and tried traditional polish cheese! We then enjoyed the thermal baths after and got to relax in the spa. Highly recommend. I will be going again!! Well worth the money :) Thankyou !

A great way to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau at your own pace
We booked the self-guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau via Booking.com a few days before our visit of Krakow. I read lots of reviews of tours before booking and felt that this tour would suit us better than the guided tours as we would be able to spend longer in the museums and to walk through at our own pace. I'd looked at making our own way to the camps, but it's quite a long journey by public transport and would have involved several buses and a good two hours minimum each way. Then there's no guarantee that you will be able to enter the site as an individual. This tour was extremely good value to get us there and back quickly in comfort and to guarantee entrance and all of the information needed to fully appreciate the visit. I'm so glad we chose this company, we had clear instructions on our meeting time and place. Our bus driver, Marco, gave us lots of interesting information about the two sites and played a documentary during the journey to further prepare us for the visit. He also laid out clearly the logistics of our visit, a recommended order in which to visit specific areas of the site, where to buy food and how to travel from one side to another and when on the free shuttle bus. He also gave us a guide book to use during the visit which was marked with not to be missed sites. On arrival at Auschwitz Marco accompanied us to the counter to collect our tickets, then drove us to Birkenau to start our visit handing us each a bottle of water, even an umbrella to use as a parasol if required. It seems that most tours begin at Auschwitz before visiting Birkenau and this meant that we got to Auschwitz as the crowds had cleared from this smaller site and were able to walk around without queuing even in peak season. It was great to be able to linger at the areas which most interested us rather than being rushed though by a tour guide in a large crowd. Marco's directions for Birkenau were spot on and we exited this site to climb straight aboard the shuttle bus to Auschwitz to give us a full two hours to visit the site there. We had plenty of time to see everything and to read all the panels alongside our guidebooks and Marco was waiting exactly where he'd said he would be, as we expected at this stage. Auschwitz is, I feel, the more emotionally draining of the two camps and it was a relief to know on leaving that our journey back to Krakow would be straightforward and comfortable. Thank you Marco, you did a great job at making our visit as stress-free, comfortable and informative as possible considering the nature of the visit itself.

Booked through get your guide. Never showed on the day. No communication. Wouldn’t pick up the phone. Complete waste of money and ruined my whole trip. Was too short notice to book with another activity provider. Do not book with the company they are a complete scam!!!

          Fabulous day of adventures
Started our day with the treetop walk, strolled a bit in Zakopane, and ended at the thermal spa for a few hours to unwind. The treetop walk was easy and the views incredibly beautiful! The thermal spa was such a relaxing experience! Highly recommend!

          So much to see
Wow! This was so so interesting but also very overwhelming and breath taking. What beautiful districts filled with history. The Jewish quater is also filled with restaurants, bars and love quirky little shops, but also synagogues and other beautiful buildings. You can see part of the ghetto wall as you walk around these areas and this again is an overwhelming piece of history. What an amazing place I can wait to explore more

          Best experience
It's a long day but worth every minute. Tree top walk was amazing with such views. Zakopane too. Thermal baths are something not to miss. Our driver Gregory was the best we could ever have, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were very well taken care of, highly recommended.

Interesting Tour with a top operator
I booked a Segway Tour on Friday morning and finally was the only person that joined the tour. My guide, Arthur, made a very good job. I liked the tour to the jewish quarter and I can recommend Segwaypoint. Thanks to Arthur, you are a nice person. Also Thanks to Segway point to make the tour for only one guest. I really appreciate this top customer service!

          Disappointed
We had the tour booked for 11am but nobody came to pick us up from the meeting point . I rang the contact number numerous times but nobody answered and I sent a message to the tour operator through trip advisor , again no response . There were another 4 people waiting who were also trying to establish contact . In the end I walked it to Schindlers factory myself and paid for a electric car to take me around the Jewish Quarter and ghettos . The guide driving the car was very good and informative . I have requested my money back via Trip Advisor

          Schindler’s Museum and the Ghetto
We toured Schindler’s Museum and the Ghetto which included the Pharmacy. The Pharmacy was very informative and easily done. Schindler’s Museum was very interesting and informative and very hard to absorb all the information in a short period of time. The Museum is very emotional to me since my grandmother was from Kraków.

Segway tour is one of the best way to see the old town of krakow. Our guide Arto was fantastic. He was very engaging with us and had an excellent knowledge of the city. Segway is also very easy to use.

          A real eye opener.
We didn’t take a guided tour of the Jewish Quarter but rather opted to go on our own after jumping off the HopOn HopOff bus. What a fantastic day....visiting the oldest synagogue in the Jewish Quarter and Ghetto. We had a fantastic lunch in the open air just sitting in the small ghetto square and wondering how the people could have survived total destruction and extermination. We are not of the Jewish faith but going through the information over the past few weeks we have complete respect, sorrow of such a terrific faith and how such a generation of human kind could have been desecrated. It was great to see so many groups of young teenagers/students from Israel (so we were told) taking it all in. The ghetto and the surrounding buildings just gives you a bit of insight into how the Polish Jews struggled before being shipped out. Not to be missed!!!

This tour went very well and mostly on the expected time schedule. It was a full day with efficient driving in a very comfortable car driven by a very personable and fluent-in-English young man. The visits to Wadowice & Czestochowa were as promised and worth the time and money for the visits. It was a Holy Day and a Saturday so more commotion with weddings than might otherwise be the case but we got to do and see everything including the private tour of the church. Lunch was not included but we were taken to a very popular, large family oriented local restaurant for a very delicious late lunch/early dinner of local favorites. This was a very satisfying day and we were very pleased with the whole package. Highly recommended.

I am not a Catholic but I went on this tour and learnt so much. The first stop was in Wadowice to see the school John Paul II attended, followed by an audio guided tour round the museum before entering the church. After we sampled some delicious cream cake. The chapel was beautiful and we were lucky to visit when a wedding was taking place. After the visit to Częstochowa we went for a lovely dinner at a hidden gem restaurant to have traditional polish food. Gregory the guide was amazing, with so much knowledge and the other people on the tour clearly thoroughly enjoyed the tour and found it full filling.

Do not book. It’s a scam. Ruined our holiday. We booked a short trip to Krakow to go on two tours. We booked via Viator for this. It was confirmed. Payment taken. On the morning of the tour we waited outside our hotel and after 15 minutes of no one arriving and no messages I tried to contact them. The website doesn’t exist so I instantly knew something was wrong. I tried contacting via Viator and they eventually got back to us just to say it’s rescheduled for tomorrow. No explanation as to why. No apology. They refunded but if I hadn’t chased this wouldn’t have happened. I wonder how many people have been scammed by this company. Avoid!

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
