    Amazing!!!
They gave us the tickets on time outside of the factory. The museum was fantastic!!! Amazing!!! A lot of info, objects, themed rooms, audio, visual, 3D photos! Absolutely magnificent set up!

    Heartbreaking
Cost-effective and easy way to get to the memorial. Auschwitz itself is terrible and heartbreaking. It was horrible to see what went on there. Important to visit during your time in Poland.

    Disappointed
The guide was excellent, use of headphones very helpful. Guide's knowledge was incredible and very informative. However when we arrived, after over an hour on a bus, on a very hot day in July, we were told the guide needed a break and we had to wait an hour before tour started. Also there were 22 in our group, far too large a group, and the tour felt rushed. Wasn't enough time to read plaques etc as we were rushed onto next item in order to keep up with the group. No time for gift shop either. Weren't informed of time to be back at bus which wasn't helpful. Organiser (male) quite abrupt. Although I am glad I paid my respects by visiting Auchwitz unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this particular tour.

    Check b3 you go
Hard to find pick up point. Booked for 4 people 1 was sat near the front 3 were sat facing backwards so even though they had head phones they missed most of the sights as facing the wrong way. Billed as 3 hour tour but back in 2 hours. Stopped at schinders museum was told you can't go in as it takes at least 1 1/2 hours to go round we are here for 10 minutes only. Tour seemed very rush.

EXCELLENT MUSEUM BETTER TO BUY IN PERSON AT THE TICKET OFFICE
The Museum is exceptionally fantastic and needs about 3 - 4 hours to properly digest. No problem except without a guide it is a bit confusing.Buying the ticket in advance was a mistake as when I showed my online printed ticket I was told to wait outside until someone came to check this was after queuing up at the ticket office! Also it was cheaper to buy the ticket at the ticket office than online!

    Excellent tour.
The tour itself was fantastic only downside was we booked a 3 hour tour with an hour to do Schindler’s factory. On arriving the driver said “end of tour”and we had 15 minutes then he would be leaving. Not very chuffed at that!

    Excellent customer service
We did this tour 20 years ago and were excited to do it again with my sister and her husband. Unfortunately due to an emergency we had to leave Poland and had to cancel at last minute. They were very kind and understanding and they gave us a full refund. We will be back soon and will use this company for all the tours they have to offer.

Important tour - not to be missed
Most amazing tour with knowledgeable and empathetic tour guide from Krakov Direct.com - John Martin (and Paul, driver). Provided a perfectly pitched tour with care taken to prepare us for the most traumatic parts and examples of kindness, bravery and compassion as well as conveying to us in a factual way the sheer magnitude of the horrors inflicted. At the end of the tour John Martin thanked US for our attention and interest- I didn’t know how we could express our gratitude for the important work he does on a daily basis. Important tour for all to do if possible both to learn and moreover to never forget.

    An absolute must visit
Chaos outside the factory with so many different your groups trying to find the correct guide to get their tickets. Inside though, a brilliant, in depth, well presented exhibition which should be a must for anyone visiting Krakow.

Great museum - more info in advance would be better
Loved the museum. A really informative trip through the history of Ww2 in Krakow and of Schindler part in it. Loved the direct testimonies throughout and it is cleverly curated to keep your interest. The 3 stars is for the ticket company - would have appreciated info in advance about where to meet the representative at the factory and it was a bit of a scrum when he turned up as a result. Other than that, we did indeed skip the queue and enjoyed the museum very much but more advance info would have made this a 5 star, instead we were anxious for the time we were waiting for the rep to show.

    Poor service recovery, disappointing
We booked the Krakow: Auschwitz Guided Tour with Lunch and Pickup 2 weeks before the tour but less than 24 hours before the tour, we were told it was cancelled due to insufficient guides. That’s it. No further explanation, no service recovery, nothing. We requested to understand the situation a bit more and to see if we could join other time slots but all we got was “I can only apologise for the problem”. Tried calling but lines were busy. Left our number but no one called back. If we live in EU, we could probably find time to come back but we don’t, we only had that 1 day. We can understand that it was Easter weekend and probably crazy busy/understaffed but what we were rather disappointed in was the lack of service recovery or explanation. Fortunately we found another provider that had the last 3 slots but at such a last minute, tickets were twice as much and we had to shift the entire day’s plans. We are grateful that the other provider was fantastic though.

Crackingly good staff and service at Krakow Booking
We popped into Krakow Booking last minute after another tour operator cancelled our visit to Auschwitz. The lady in the office (next to church of St.Peter and St.Paul) was really helpful and tried extremely hard to get us an English speaking tour which were all fully booked due to Easter holiday closures. We opted for an Italian-speaking tour so that we could still go. At bus stop we spoke to the lady (Sophia?) on the English-tour and she said she would try to see if we could join that one, which after a few calls she managed to sort. We remained on the Italian tour bus until we reached Auschwitz (and were really well looked after by the tour guide there, sorry didn’t get his name) and were then allowed to swap over to the English tour. Excellent and friendly customer service from everyone involved and I would have no hesitation in booking through this company again.

    With a visit
Definitely worth the visit, on a Monday is free admission but the quests are quite long so take advantage of the cheap skip the line tickets. Around 2 hours from start to finish. Lots to see & photograph.

Great walking tour! My friend and I really enjoyed this and would recommend if you like stories of vampires, murderers and serial killers. Nicely timed and a break built in for comfort (and hot cherry vodka!) Guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

This was a great way to spend the evening with some spooky stories about Krakow's history.

Our guide was on time and took us on a tour around the Stare Miasto stopping at a number of places to regale us with creepy tales of vampires, serial killers and ghosts. It was also a great way to see things by night.

While the guide was extremely nice & spoke fantastic English, the tour itself wasn't that creepy. Yes there was the odd story but generally I felt I learned more about Poland & Krakow's general history rather than the darker side of the city. It was however a nice way to spend an evening rather than drinking.

I did this with my teenage son and we honestly loved it. The tour guide is a great woman who is extremely passionate about Krakow and its history which is fantastic to see, she engages everyone very well. We both loved learning all about the history of the old town and as ghoulish as some of the tales were, it was a tour steeped in local history.

I highly recommend it, worth it even in the freezing cold!

This was an excellent tour ran by Timas (I think that's how you spell it) who was a fountain of knowledge, and had clearly lived such a life/career to be able to really give context and answer all manner of questions on this tour. The tour itself was a little bit creepy, but mostly graphic and gory, which we loved as it was delivered with a certain element of humour. Timas's English was absolutely outstanding. The history behind some of the scenes we walked through in Kraków was so informative and detailed, we felt like we'd stepped back in time. Excellent tour, totally recommend.

We went on the two-hour long Creepy Krakow walking tour as we thought it would be a different and fun way to spend an evening in Krakow and we were not disappointed! Dominica was our tour guide and she was very funny, entertaining and knowledgeable. She told us about the myths and history of Krakow, as well as about serial killers and cruel punishments... She was also more than happy to give advice about places to eat and drink around the city.
The tour starts at St. Florian's gate and ends at Wawel Castle. En route we even managed to get a wave from the tower trumpeter! There is a short coffee break on the way round too.
The pace is quite relaxed but as Krakow is a cobbled old city good footwear is necessary. We went in November so we also had to wrap up warm!
We would recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to have a slightly different evening in Krakow.
