10/10 our tour guide Michael was very informative and knowledgeable on the thermal baths. Also great music taste would recommend for a good time.

My partner and I went to on the auschwitz-birkenau tour with pickup from krakow and I cannot fault it! Our driver, Piotr, was amazing and was very prompt. He even provided suggested activities on what to do in Poland and little guides of things we were passing by on the side of the road. Our tour guide in the camps itself (unfortunately I cannot remember his name!!) was also so amazing and I highly recommend. The history of this tour is so devastating and was truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you Legendary krakow.

I had booked this tour well in advance of my visit to Krakow as I knew it would be busy on a weekend. The company cancelled the tour the evening before citing that “the activity could not go ahead due to a political event taking place at the destination”. This was not true. Fortunately I was able to book last minute with another company who got us to Auschwitz without a problem. I wonder whether the original company tend to overbook their spaces then end up cancelling some people’s places. Which is really poor practice and not fair on customers who go out of their way to plan ahead. I would not recommend booking with this company.

Enjoyable day out very efficient service by Viktor. Zakropane was very scenic (if a bit tacky) and the visit to the cheese tasting and choclotaw? were good experiences and fun. Thanks Viktor

Lovely place to experience. Trip took just over two hours to get there and hour and a half return and three hours there which was plenty. Place very clean.

He was certainly a good and safe driver. Very polite and friendly with pedestrians. Punctual. I appreciate his messages before and at the end of the visit. Very comfortable. Thank you

Incredible experience- went with four of my friends and didn't expect such a phenomenal time. No matter what vibe you are looking for, you'll find it. From the relaxing spa to the outdoor bar, everything was amazing. The guide Michal was hilarious and very friendly- he had loads of helpful advice and tips. Could not recommend more.

A long day with Piotr picking us up on the dot at 6am. Everything about the day was outstanding from the pre tour communication to the excellent service provided by Piotr and the organisation of the whole day by the company. Best guided tours we’ve ever had and whilst a long day it makes perfect sense to do it in a day.

Just a perfect day trip , everything went to plan from been picked up at our apartment and dropped back 11 hours later . Our driver Jacob was very friendly , punctual and had great suggestions and recommendations. If we do any more day trips in Kracow we hope Jacob would be the driver . Too many.

Great experience - Michael our guide was friendly funny and professional and very informative. He did set our expectations on travel time as it was rush hour and said it would be a little over 2 hours. The thermal springs were fabulous - it wasn’t at all crowded and we managed to grab a cocktail at the swim up bar too. 3 hours was about right to experience all of the different pools, saunas, jacuzzis and water jets I would absolutely recommend the tour company and the experience and a great way to finish our stay. We had the best time at chocholow Thermal Baths .well worth the visit. Are driver Michael was very kind and funny and told us a lot of knowledge about krakow. Top man.
