If You want to meet the history of John Paul II and his early life, I think it’s the best choice! We took so many pictures! Our driver was very pollite person and drove us very gentle all the time.

Great trip! I think it’s a must-do tour when You’re in Krakow and You’re devoted catholic. That tour made my day, I was able to focus on sights and prayers with no rush. Just us, no other participants!

It was a lovely JP2 and Devine Mercy tour, made even better by a knowledgeable and accommodating guide, Jacob. He was patient, attentive and knew his stuff well. He very considerately prepared packed lunches for my wife and I. Highly recommended!

Jacob was very well organized, had everything planned but was still very flexible when circumstances changed. Changes were very much to our advantage & he was a calm & considerate presence throughout the day. Also, he was a very cautious driver which we greatly appreciated. I enjoyed every minute of that day & will remember my time at Chapel of Divine Mercy for the rest of my life💕☺️.

Had a great day with Jacob, he was very informative and easy going and made an extra effort as it was my girlfriends birthday to provide a surprise for us. Well worth the money and would highly recommend!!

We left the city at 8.45am and took the 9.30am English tour - back for around 12.00 noon. Jacob of Visitus looked after us and provided breakfast bags too :) We enjoyed the tour.

Jacob of Visitus really looked after us on both airport transfers and tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. So polite and punctual - breakfast bags on the tor days too.... Auschwitz tour was 8.30am-4pm ish with traffic and Salt Mine was 8.45am-noon. I really recommend you use Jacob when visiting Krakow. His prices I found very reasonable too and he sorted all of the entrance tickets so there was no waiting in queues.

We (5 of us) used this company for Airport pick up, transportation to Auschwitz and return trip to airport plus taking 2 from our group to their final destination an hour outside of Krakow. Jakob our driver was very polite and punctual. He had waters waiting for us after our long flight. Van was clean and comfortable. We even texted Jakob for a last minute trip to the salt mines and he was able to arrange everything for us. I highly recommend him!

In general - the package and offer of VISITUS Tours & Transfer is great! But I am here to share my/our personal experience as there could also be good offers but what matters is the imprints we had during the tour and with our tour guide. :) Before the tour - upon booking; I immediately received a message acknowledging the booking and agreed on a time for pick up.😮 This is very important as we have to book train tickets going to Krakow and it helped me decide. The itinerary was well planned and organized - I was shocked/amazed on how smooth our tour had been considering it was a weekend; there are still some that are on holidays and that we would be going to famous places. Jakub is absolutely amazing! Not only did he gave us what was promised by the tour itinerary but we can say it is beyond that! He gave us smiles and wonderful memories especially to my mother. He made us feel safe - seat belts, heating and the music :) He absolutely demonstrated customer service but what is important and stands out from my experience of having tours is that it is PERSONAL which means he connects to the us. He is always smiling, approachable, kind, courteous, understanding, great conversationalist and he has this exceptional passion on sharing the sites we visited and Krakow itself. This is very important because when we travel; it is the experience that we have that will be memories that we will be carrying through out time. We are blessed that we are able to make it to the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy and able to see the overview of Krakow from the tower in the Divine Mercy. It was my 2nd time in some of the places we visited and first for my mom -but it feels somewhat also my first time as I had learned something that I did not knew on my first trip. :) After the trip - my mom unintentionally left a pair of her gloves and Jakub was kind to try to return it to us to the hotel but we had already left Krakow. But this is really ++ and we appreciate it. Based on the experience we had - Jakub is an absolute treasure! Both VISITUS Tours & Transfer and Jakub are highly recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had the most magical day ever. Absolutely amazing day trip to Zakopane with 3 friends ( all women over 50). Jakub our guide was the most patient, informative and knowledgeable person. Jakub stopped off when we wanted and directed us to the best value stalls etc. Would recommend this tour and guide to everyone. A MUST DO tour while in Poland. Views stunning, all just so special. Will not forget ever !!

If you only have one thing to do while in Poland , this trip is a must do. Jacob was amazing . He made me and my daughter feel like royalty. My daughter forgot her bathing suit and he went out of his way to find a store to buy one . The view from atop of the tatra mountains was absolutely amazing. And the thermal baths soothing with breath taking views

Had a great day exploring Zakopane with friends who came to visit me in Poland. Our guide Jacob was super nice and made sure our day trip was exceptional! It ended at the Thermal bath with an amazing sunset.

I had a fantastic time and the guide was engaging and thoughtful giving time to stop and take pictures as well as explain areas along the tour.
