We went by mini bus which was nice. The driver also offered us a packed lunch for 60PLN each. This was jam packed with lovely food. The tour itself was very informative ( I hope you like walking) and left alot to reflect on. Would definitely suggest doing this at least once in your life.

Our driver picked us up ahead of schedule. The van was comfortable and air conditioned. The driver was very friendly and spoke English well. Our tour guide at auschwitz was excellent. Easy to understand and very informative. We also opted to use the lunch option from the tour and it was more food than we could eat-a great value!

Great trip out from Krakow. Communication from start to finish was superb. Igor picked us up bang on time & was a great tour guide & driver. Even offered to pick up lunch boxes for all. Early start but worth the trip & money .

I don’t want to give 5 star due to where we were but the educator who took us around was amazing and you can see he was talking from the heart . Everything was handled well and was fascinating but really hard to see and listen

It was an incredible experience but it was pretty difficult to comprehend the level of cruelty that went on here I would recommend you visit and hear the stories in the guided tour

Was a pretty amazing tour, myself and my husband went, the grounds are vast and over two sites so take comfortable footwear. There’s plenty to do and see. Plenty took photos and it’s generally encouraged but I felt a bit uncomfortable given the circumstances of the sites. My only gripe is that because so many tours are going on at once you feel like your on a conveyor belt which doesn’t give you enough time or opportunity to full y read all the information boards and certainly doesn’t give you enough chance to really digest what you do get to read. My advice would be slow it down slight and make sure EVERYONE is able to read the information properly themselves should they wish to.

Very easy to book through Trip Advisor. Excellent communication throughout. Our driver Paul contacted us the day before to arrange pick up time from our hotel. Paul arrived promptly at 7 am as arranged. The vehicle was very comfortable and Paul was very knowledgeable and showed us a Auschwitz video on the journey. [ A very reassuring safe driver ]. On arrival Paul really looked after us , escorting us through security and stayed with us until we met the Auschwitz guide. We had ordered packed lunches [Excellent value at £10 ]. Which we ate before going onto Birkenau. We were then driven to Birkenau and met the same guide as before . After the visit concluded Paul was waiting for us to take us back. If you are considering visiting Auschwitz -Birkenau this company is without doubt the very best. Thank you Paul for such an outstanding experience. Emma and Beverley.

Everything went perfectly from pick up to drop off . Our guide Igor was fantastic . Very personable . He picked us up on time , arranged lunch for our break and got us safely back to the hotel afterwards. I highly recommend this tour.

i think everybody who visits poland has to go to auschwitz at least once. to feel the sheer volume and substantial impact it had on the 20th century. i have personally been twice but this was the first time i have used tripadvisor for anything! it was quite easy and i would recommend getting a transfer as it makes the redemption of tickets a lot easier than getting there yourself. i would allow a full day for this trip as it’s quite a lot. Artur was our transportation and he was so lovely!! collected us all at one location. drove us safety too, offered a lunch box for 50 ZŁ (£9.00), and dropped us back too. i was able to contact both the driver and the tour operator on whatsapp which i found helpful and all together i really enjoyed it. (in the best way possible)

Excellent hotel pick up service, very friendly and helpful driver who was a good driver and helped make the trip comfortable and enjoyable. The Auschwitz tour guide was excellent in every regard and the tour of both camps was extremely harrowing but was an amazing insight to this most valuable history. It was an excellent day in all aspects from start to finish. 100% recommended.

Igor was wonderful! He picked us up from the hotel at a pre- arranged time in a superbly clean and comfortable vehicle. He explained what to expect in terms of security checks etc and provided a really generous and delicious packed lunch which was great value. At Auschwitz, Igor handed over to one of the Auschwitz guide who was very competent. He then transferred us from the first to the second camp and picked us up at the end. Throughout, we felt in very safe hands and everything was well organised. It is,of course, an extraordinary place to visit whose diabolical history was depicted sensitively but the visit has a huge emotional impact. My only reservation is that the visit is not suitable for wheelchair users. Luckily my relative could get out and walk when needs be but other wheelchair users who are not able to walk for long periods over rocky terrain should beware.

We prebooked before arriving in krakow. The communication from the company was very good. Giving timely information about pick up, who your guide is to offering lunch bags ( that are worth every penny) and the inventry for the day. We were sent a message the day before with our pick up location and time ( yes it's early) they were on time. The groups are small and the guide informative. The visit to auschwitz was well organised we quickly met with our guide once inside the camp, who was very knowledgeable. You do move along quickly and there is a lot of walking involved but still able to take everything in,take photos ( some areas you can't as it's sensitive issues) and ask questions. The whole visit was emotional and well told. It was nothing like what we expected and definitely needs to be seen.

We went on the tour yesterday, with the company organising the transport, which was punctual and very comfortable, and lunches for an extra cost of around 50 PLN (about £10 each). These were big and fresh, which again was great as you are too busy on the tour to really stop off! My mother was with me who is disabled and the driver and tour operator took that into consideration throughout, allowing her more time and also just the thought, which you sometimes don’t get.
