Would have liked more time to walk around. Was quite a fast pace and a bit of a rush to get to each stage. The guide however was very informative

After booking and paying for this tour for 15th September and the reason we travelled to krakow the company sent a message the night before to say the tour was cancelled and would be refunded! I rang to see why and was told that the tour had sold out! I has already payed!!! No alternatives offered. Still waiting for a refund and not able to get another tour to auschwitz, so wasted my entire trip!!! . Will nit use again and will book direct.

Very well organised tour Macieja contacted us the day before the tour with pick up time and asked if we wanted them to provide lunch for an extra fee. Lunch was great. So much food. Macieja was on time to pick us up and was very friendly We booked the tour for a max of 15 people. I would highly recommend booking this tour with Krakow Auschwitz Tours. Very emotional day and the tour organisation was fantastic.

Paul was great and very prompt! He gave us clear instructions and also took us to see the real center of Europe in-between the camps. Everything was very well organized and easy to communicate with the driver. Highly recommend booking a private tour!

What should have been a moving and emotional experience, was ruined by the reality. Interminable queues for every part of the tour which meant any ambience was completely lost. Our advice is to go independently, youv'e a better chance of feeling the reality of the horrendous situation. If it hadn't been so oversubscribed, maybe it would have been better. Maybe commercial interests prevail?

Excellent for historical and educational purposes. All the movies and documentaries you might have seen of Auschwitz and the holocaust over the years comes alive in a very strange way but gives you a sense of appreciation and acknowledgement of what surely is one of the darkest and deadliest chapters of Human history. Fully worth a visit in that respect. The English speaking guide was very knowledgeable and very clear. It easily will remain an unforgettable excursion with mixed emotions, one of sadness and also one of homage paid by your visit to those who perished. Robert, who did the transport to and from Hotel was very friendly and could communicate in English very well.

It was a great service, picked up from our hotel at the time informed the day before. Great run down to the camp in an air conditioned car (mid 30s so very much appreciated). Our driver arranged our lunches, we had a 10 min break before going into the first camp, then all booked in with a tour guide, didn't have to que. The tour was very good, lasted 1hour 30, then we collected our lunch as we came out. Driver took us over to the next camp, same guide was already there to greet us. We had another great tour. Driver then waiting to take us back to the Hotel. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Very organised and very happy from start to finish. Our pick up driver was very helpful and sorted a walker and wheelchair for my mum as soon as we arrived at both sites. Also contacted us to organize packed lunches which was delicious. Would highly recommend. Our tour guide was brilliant.

This is somewhere that anyone visiting krakow should go. It was a moving and sombre experience but we are glad we visiting and learnt more about this place. Our driver Paweł was very good and he was with us at all points throughout the day. He helped us before, during and after our tour. He was in contact about our pick up and arrived at our accommodation as he said he would be on time. We are all so pleased we booked this tour, it took all of the hassle out of having to do the hard work ourselves. Thank you.

Would hugely recommend this tour. Our driver, Lucas the Cracovia fan, was excellent, as was the tour guide at Auschwitz. Everything was organised to almost military level, and we’d definitely advise getting the packed lunch. It’s £10 and you get loads for that. So thanks Lucas and good luck to Cracovia from the two Aston Villa fans!

Our tour guides Camilla and Barbara were wonderful. Theor knowledge was extensive and they answered plenty of questions. The tour is extensive but some parts were missed due to parts being under conservation,but it didn't hinder the tour at all. Very much recommended,visiting here should be on the school curriculum everywhere at least once. Thankyou Camilla and Barbara!

Transport was excellent and very informative guide. Sobering place and well organised. My only critique is that it was quite quick paced. If I go back, I’d opt for the longer tour to be able to absorb more.

This is really an excellent tour. As promised, we were contacted by our guide Igor the day before our visit to arrange a pick up time and with an offer of providing lunch the following day. I'd recommend that you would avail of this offer. There's nowhere at Auschwitz or Birkenau to get refreshments so it was great to finish our first tour and be handed our lovely fresh lunch. Igor picked us up at our hotel at about 7.30am and we were back at about 2.30. He stayed with us until we got through security in Auschwitz and was waiting on us with our lunches at the end of the tour. You only get about 15mins to eat and get back on the bus before heading off to Birkenau. Inside Auschwitz we had a very knowledgeable guide called Michal. Considering the volume of people there, the tour runs very well and there's little queuing. This tour is a must if you're in Krakow and I've nothing but good things to say about both Igor and Michal, our two guides.

Igor was a wonderful guide excellent English his knowledge was a great incite for us to understand the history we much appreciated it. Thank you from Scotland we would recommend this tour and guide.

Absolutely brilliant. Such a well informed and humble Auschwitz tour guide for a harrowing experience. Our driver was punctual, polite and helpful with great communication. The mine was excellent too but I will say that perhaps the 2 together in one day is a bit too much. We were exhausted and drained physically and emotionally. That’s the only negative though. It feels wrong to say a fabulous experience given the nature of it but you know what I mean. Well worth it
