Our visit was well organised and very well documented from the mini bus journey, which showed an in-depth video, to the site itself. We had an excellent guide who guided us through Auschwi-Birkenau and the atrocities that had taken place there and we left wondering anew how something as evil as this could have existed.

The tour guide was great, extremely informative - would highly recommend. Lots of walking though so remember to wear comfy shoes!!

Fantastic visit. A piece of history under your eyes, very emotive and heart breaking tour. I have seen so many films about II WW and concetration camps... but when you are there you can smell it, touch it, feel it,.... a must visit for all people to remember that it can not happen again.

We only booked our airport transfers a couple of days before leaving. Very good value. Excellent service. Our driver was waiting on our exit from the airport. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Very highly recommended.

The visit was heart rendering and the tour gave a very insightful and moving rendition of what was experienced at Auschwitz-Birkenau. The tour is well organised and although there were many visitors, the flow was structured and the guides professional and knowledgable. It is not only worthwhile but important to visit this place

Informative quality tour the only reason I did not rate 5 * was due to the fact that we were on a schedule, We would have like to spent more time taking in more information but we understand that and it did not take away what a moving tour it was.

I’m a firm believer that everyone must see Auschwitz at some point in his/her/their life. To witness firsthand what we as humans are capable of…the experience was unreal. I highly recommend. Transportation to and from the camp was easy, and our guide was knowledgeable and informative.

Very emotional trip. Ensure you have good shoes and if weather is warm plenty of water and sun hat (especially for Birkenau tour part). Well worth the money.

It was a packed day. First salt mines which were not that claustrophobic had a cool atmosphere, fascinating sculptures rooms and history. A lot of steps so bring comfy shoes. Second was Auschwitz which you need ID for. You can bring water with you, which I would recommend and pack a lunch to eat on the coach. There are two parts to this tour. Prepare for a long emotional day. Our tour operator was great, any questions/concerns were answered. The organising was good,( note tickets are given to you on the coach) and the guides around both exhibits were great. Definitely worth doing.

A very interesting tour that can only be recommended. Anyone who has been on this tour will understand why it must never happen again!

The transportation to camp was comfortable, on time and the driver was very kind and helpful. He gave us precise instructions about our tour and took care of everything concerning the tickets. I highly recommend the guided tour. Without a tour guide, the experience would have been completely different, we would not have understood many things that our amazing guide showed us and told us.

We were very happy with our tour to Auschwitz. The bus arrived on time, the guides were competent and informative, everything was to our satisfaction.

It is a sad part of our human history but you hope that by visiting this site you become grounded in the need to believe as a race we can be so much better than our history shows and that all those lives were not lost in vain.

Auschwitz-Birkenau is a sobering reminder to all of us how evil we as humans can become towards one another when we forget the value that God has place on every human life, as persons created in His image. We strongly recommend that all visitors to Poland allocate time in their schedule to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau. It is important for all of us to remember and reflect on what happened here so that it will never happen again. Reading about the holocaust in history books is one thing, but being here at Auschwitz-Birkenau makes it a lesson one will never forget. Our tour guide was excellent. She spoke English very well and patiently answered all of our questions. This is a must see for teens and older.
