- Palaimmma00Terrible serviceWe booked tour via headout website for tour on 6th of august 12:00 pm, the service provider was super Cracow. We arrived 11:45 and were informed that super Cracow changed tour time to 11:00 (1 hour before booked time). The company’s representative informed that we were informed via WhatsApp and it’s not their problem that we don’t use this app 🤷♀️ we were left without guided tour
- 215melissa00Fascinating destination. Disorganised company and guide.Loved the tour when we finally got started. It was originally booked for 9am. Notified the day prior it was changing to 11.20. The guide arrived at 11.50 after many guests messaged and called the company. Sorting tickets caused an additional delay. No apologies. Wrong bus information given for transportation between sights and a real mess. Wouldn’t recommend this company. However the destination is worth visiting.
- Q8598IAjennyb00Excellent tourExcellent company. We booked the transport and guided tour from Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The transport was excellent. We were picked up nearby from our hotel and the mini coach was comfy and the driver was brilliant. Our guide overseeing the tour was great, well organized and clear. The guide for the camps was great too, very informative and engaging. We had the packed lunch option and would recommend as opportunities for food were limited. Highly recommend.
- Bubba-Augen00No tour and money gine!We were issued what we thought were tickets for the saltmines in Krakau, and waited in line, only to discover that they were not for the mines, but for the supercracow guide who we never saw- we missed the tour and lost all of our money (for 5 persons!) We had to buy new tickets again and wait another 1 1/2 hours to get in. NEVER AGAIN!!!
- JamesHuntee00This must be seen and never forgotten. Tribute to victimsVisiting Auschwitz Nazi camp was an experience that left me feeling grateful for all the freedoms that I enjoy today. The atrocities that occurred at this site are unfathomable, but I'm glad that I had the opportunity to pay my respects and learn more about this dark period of history. My guide, Kondrad, was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of providing historical context and personal anecdotes that brought the realities of the camp to life. His expertise was evident as he took us through the various sites, explaining the significance of each location and answering all of our questions. Kondrad's ability to paint a vivid picture of what happened at Auschwitz was both harrowing and humbling. The gravity of the situation is not lost on him, and he does an excellent job of conveying the tragic events with sensitivity and respect. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Auschwitz with a knowledgeable guide like Kondrad. It's an emotional and educational experience that will leave you with a new perspective on the horrors of the past and the importance of never forgetting them.
- HanneloreH77700Well organised guided tourBooked it last minute via TripAdvisor as wasn't sure of weather and it is an outdoor activity mostly. Had no issues whatsoever, pick-up and timing kept as promised, the tour guide/driver was knowledgeable and respectful to the subject. No faults.
- ionuts49600AVOID SUPER CRAKOW AS THEY CAN RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYSTerrible experience. AVOID SUPER CRACOW. we booked our tours with them and 48 hours before we recived an email informing that our tour are cancelled with a pathetic excuse of political events taking place there, which is not true as our friends have chosen a different tour provider in a different language in the same day and everything went fine for them. IT TOTALLY RUINED OUR TRIP as in 48 h there are no other tours available .
- coffee21200Bad organizationI booked this through a site which turned out to be a booking platform, and the local provider was Super Cracow. I was worried because I had heard nothing from them 48 hours before the tour, which was to be a 9 am pick up. They did not answer their office phone. With less than 24 hours notice they changed the pick up to 6 am with no other option, except to request a refund from the platform . At this stage there were no other tours available so we had no choice. I suspect foul play as I think I have read that Auschwitz Museum is free at that time in the am! there were tickets for all the other travellers on the bus , but the guide got our tickets when we arrived so I guess they forgot us. Others on our tour experienced the same change of time. Super Cracow are just interested in filling their bus and taking your money. The tour itself was fine but the experience was stressful and it should not have been. The guide at Aushwitz was Oscar, he was great, but goodness knows who he works for. AVOID SUPER CRACOW
- Karen G00So disappointedI have just returned from Krakow. We had booked a trip to salt mines and auschweitz through Supercrakow tours. This was cancelled the night before by them, we could not book with anyone else as fully booked. I have sent 2 emails and still waiting for response !! I would advise not booking with this company.
- Taru_Meritie00Almost everything ok, but even at ticket said- lunch never came.Everything was ok. Little in hurry. Guide was excellent. But there should include to price the lunch. Never had that.
- Eviewilliams9400Not impressedOn Wednesday, myself and my friend took the Auswitz and Birkenau tour. This is a trip I had been looking forward to, as a teacher who teaches WW2 as a topic I was intrigued to find out more and really feel this history of the place. I was disappointed in my tour as going around for hours, we didn't get to stop and take any of it in, for example, in the exhibition with all the hair and shoes, they guided us in a line and walked straight past everything with just a quick glance. It really took away from the experience. As we walked in lines, if you was at the back, it meant your headset would cut out as the tour guide was too far away, and by the time you reached something, he was talking about something else. So it was difficult to get a good understanding of what you was actually looking at. This tour would not be recommended for those who struggle with mobility, there is A LOT of walking, and no breaks or places to have a little sit down. My grandmother went on the same tour in January of this year and had to miss half of it due to this issue. When we booked it said a lunch would be provided, no lunch was provided. Even if a lunch had been provided, I don't know at what point you would have eaten it. We were given 10 mins upon arriving at the museum to get a snack and use the toilet, and for smokers to have a smoke break. The line for the toilet was about 10 mins long, so you really had difficult choices to make. If you go, I suggest the toilet, because there is no place to use the toilet on the tour and you will be walking for around 2 hours before the next 10 min break...which includes walking back to the van. On the way back, everyone was exhausted, just wanting to be returned back home, everyone was on the bus, we waited an additional 15 mins past the departure time, because the only person not on the bus was the guide, who had stopped for a coffee and to mooch around the gift shop. This caused alot of frustration on the coach and everyone began to complain. Ita definitely a place to visit. To go and soak up the history, but certainly not with this tour group.
- Akkermans8600Very well guided tourWe went on the tour from Krakow to Auschwitz on March 26. I can't remember the name of our guide but he was truly great and made sure everyone was looked after. Communication with SuperCracow was good, everything was clear from the moment of booking. They are very clear where they pick you up and send email/whatsapp as well as text to confirm everything the day before. When you reach out to them they also reply fast. People complaining about the crowds at Auschwitz or not having enough time - this is nothing the guide or tour can prevent, this is how Auschwitz tours all work as you will have noticed. We all have to follow the same way and it's the same for every tour operator. Our guide had tons of knowledge and I'm very grateful I went. Thank you so much!
- TobyLer0ne00Great tour guide, not so great organisation from the operatorThe tour itself was excellent and well led by Craig. He was highly knowledgable, friendly and empathetic. SuperKrakow however as a booking agent I would not recommend. We booked the tour for 10am and once inside 24hrs of the tour were informed the start time had changed to 11.30. Reason given was visitor volumes. In reality the tour did not actually begin until 12.15 and so we were later finishing and therefore late returning our hit car to the airport. Conflicting times and locations were stated in the various email/whattsapp messages which meant meeting the guide was not straightforward. It felt more like SuperKrakow were chasing big group volumes than focused on their guests. Many of the other group tours looked better organised from what we could see. I’ll finish where I started. Our visit to Auschwitz was (eventually) led by an excellent guide and the tour was highly informative, chilling and respectful. Well done Craig. I would just urge you to choose carefully the booking site you go through.
- SamP1996A00Harrowing but a must.Transfer was great and easy to find with a fairly new bus provided for transport to and from Auschwitz. However, the guide we had at Auschwitz was outstanding, she led us round both Auschwitz and Birkenau with incredible knowledge in what is a harrowing place. The trip is a must when visiting Krakow.
- 383karinh00Great museum, really bad planningIm reviewing the company and not the museum guide. The museum is a must visit, the local guides there are amazing. Our experience with super cracow was, im afraid, less than ideal. Their job is to facilitate a smooth transition to and from the museums. We were already late to arrive at Auschwitz. Then it turned out They had booked us wrong, so we had to wait 1,5 hours outside Auschwitz 1 for our local guide to be ready. That meant that everything else was also delayed by 2 hours. The tour is said to take around 7 hours. Ours took 9 and we lost our reservations for when we got back. Would definately go with someone else next time.

What a great way to see Kraków, and good fun. Our lady driver was waiting for us and was lovely and welcoming. She took us all over and played us historical information, she also waited whilst we visited some of the beautiful churches. We would definitely recommend this company.
