Alicia picked us up and a very comfortable and clean car. She was very friendly and refreshments for us. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Auschwitz Birkenau. This was a must do when in Poland, private transportation and Alicia made this trip even that much better we had lunch at a very local restaurant before we went down into the salt mines Delicious local Polish cuisine. Dariusz was an excellent driver and an exceptional resource about all things relating to Krakow. I would not hesitate to use this car service again should I return to Krakow for another visit.

Interesting but over long. We had limited time in krakow and whilst some areas had a wow factor one hour tour would have been enough for us.

Alicja was absolutely fantastic! She picked us up outside our hotel promptly in her Mercedes and drove us to Auschwitz. Although the journey was 1.5 hours, Alicja gave us a great history about Poland during WWII and made the journey go fast! She made sure we got where we needed to be and we were handed over to our official Auschwitz tour guide. She was waiting for us on our return with lunch and was such a friendly and kind person! The tour itself although very sad is a must and would recommend everyone to do it to make sure what happened is not forgotten. Thank you Alicja!

We can only repeat what others have said - Alicja is the ultimate guide for knowledge, flexibility and fun. We did the city tour, which combined history with delicious local snacks, and then Auschwitz. It was the first time we had ever used a city guide and the experience was perfect. Recommended.

This was one of the best day trips we have ever taken as a couple. When we decided to go to Zakopane and the thermal baths, there was one specific place we wanted to visit, which was difficult to come across in other tours. This is how we came across Alicja and Krakow4you tours. Alicja was knowledgeable, accommodating and the entire experience was both comfortable and easy going. She allowed us to determine the pace and what we wanted to do, showed us all the interesting spots (touristy and otherwise), recommended good food and the whole experience was one we thoroughly enjoyed. This is an experience anyone coming to Krakow or Poland should try. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

The trip organiser/driver was excellent as was the guide but I felt that the tour was over long with a lot of walking and steps. The carvings in the mine were magnificent

Darius was so great! I had booked tickets for Auschwitz and the salt mine and needed a driver. He picked us up and treated us to a glorious day. We had extra time so he gave us a highlights tour of the city. Such a GREAT bonus! Then chose a great spot for us to have lunch so we could try some traditional Polish food. Was delicious. He ended up having free time so picked us up the following day to take us to the airport. Highly, highly recommend!

This is one of the best transfers and tour guides you can find in Krakow. We were picked up at the airport by Alicja, who was waiting for us to arrive, she was very welcoming, friendly, smiley and just the perfect host when you are miles from home. She was amazing at advising us on places/ activities to visit, places and dishes to try, what to avoid etc and gave us a very enjoyable and informative (sights) on the way to our hotel. We were that impressed that we booked for them to take us back to the airport when we we’re leaving a few days later. Exactly the same service, her partner Darius picked us up at our hotel at an agreed time and he was very friendly, chatty and just very accommodating, we felt in very safe hands. Thank you guys, 10/10
