- Juliano8600"Unforgettable Journey: Reflecting on Our Prime Tours Experience at Auschwitz-Birkenau"I wanted to share my incredible experience with Prime Tours during our visit to Auschwitz Birkenau Concentration camps. From the moment we met our driver, Thomas, I knew we were in for something special. His punctuality and enthusiasm set the tone for the day. As we drove to the camps, he shared fascinating insights about Krakow and the surrounding areas, making the journey all the more engaging. Arriving at the concentration camps, we were introduced to our private guide, Viktor. His in-depth knowledge and passionate storytelling brought history to life. With just the two of us on the tour, we received undivided attention and had the opportunity to ask questions and delve deep into the historical significance of the sites we were visiting. Viktor's ability to convey the gravity of the situation while treating the subject matter with respect was truly commendable. The tour itself was a somber yet enlightening experience. Walking through the haunting remains of Auschwitz and Birkenau, with Viktor's insights, made us truly appreciate the importance of remembering the past. It was a stark reminder of the atrocities that took place and the resilience of those who endured. I can't thank Prime Tours, Thomas, and Viktor enough for providing us with such a thought-provoking and memorable experience. The combination of a knowledgeable guide and an attentive driver made all the difference. This tour left us with a deep appreciation for history and a renewed commitment to ensuring that such events are never forgotten.
- jesper188400Excellent trip to AuschwitzExcellent trip to Auschwitz. My driver Tomas was punctual and very helpful. He made sure I found the right check-in and my group. Highly recommend!
- Extraordinary68021100Easy stress free Salt mine tourThis was our second tour with Prime and again highly recommend. Rafal took us out to the salt mine, had our tickets organised , no waiting! He was ready waiting for us when finished and took us around the ghetto and Schindlers factory. Great tips for enjoying Krakow and very informative about the local area.
- Extraordinary68021100Auschwitz Study TripExcellent trip to Auschwitz with Tomasz. Punctual and looked after us well. Made sure we were checked in correctly and then checked we were ok when between Auschwitz 1 and 2. Learned a lot about Poland along the way! Highly recommend
- ToffeePopcorn00PRIME TOURS KRAKOW, EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISHThe organisation from beginning to end was excellent. Dealing with Rafal who could not have been more efficient. Very easy communication and friendly as well. Made me feel totally at ease. He suggested a personal tour with a guide just for our party of 4, which I didn’t think you could do! A thought provoking excellent day out with a brilliant guide, and all faultlessly organised by Rafal. We also used Prime tours for airport transfers, again on time with clean modern vehicles. A big shout out to Rafal himself for the transfers, and a mention to Paul who was our transfer guy to Auschwitz. Both were excellent giving local information as we travelled and Paul, who detoured on our way back to show us the lake near Krakow, at his suggestion. I cannot recommend Prime Tours Krakow enough. No need to look at any others. A huge thank you for making our trip even better.
- annemA4352NK00Bill and Anne McNeil great tour companyThomaz and Rafal have a wealth of knowledge on the history of both the trips we done with them, on both days they were on time and picked us up from our hotel H15 Palace Hotel which is worth booking if you are here in Krakow. Both these guys attention to detail on organising trips is second to none they really looked after us and care about the client . We would highly recommend them if you are looking for hassle free trips. We will be back again with them in the future.
- kellyhF2249JJ00Emotional & ExcellentOur trip as a family was very personal as we had the opportunity to visit the POW camp where our Dad/Grandfather was held. The trip was both emotional and interesting. The trip was easy to book, and great communication for pick up and length of the trip. Our guide Tomasz was exceptional & personal, as we had some articles relating to the time held in the camp Tomasz even arranged for us to meet the museum staff and show them, after speaking with them we decided to donate our items – in which the museum was very grateful. Tomasz translated for us and made sure we understood everything that was discussed, and we were happy to donate. The museum is fantastic and very informative of what took place through the war. Tomasz then took us to the grounds of the camp and the memorial statue which again was emotional. It was a long day, but at no time did we feel rushed, and took our time to take everything in. As it was a long day Tomasz asked if we wanted to stop for food/refreshments, we asked to be taken to a typical Polish restaurant, which was exceptional and great value. Overall, a great day that us as a family will never forget. And when our items are on display it will definitely be Prime Tours we would book with to return.
- Companion7944300Auswitch Birkenau TourTomasz was our driver for the tour - he picked us up at our hotel in the mountains brought us to the tour and then directly to the airport. Everything ran very smoothly, Tomasz was a great guide, very well informed with perfect English. He immediately made us feel at ease as two females travelling together and shared his own local knowledge which really added to the experience. Would definitely Tomasz and this tour company, very high quality service.
- Kelli M00Prime Tours is the group to go withI cannot recommend this tour company enough. Our original plans (with someone else) fell through and Prime Tours stepped up, and I’m sure this experience was 100% better than anything else we would have done. Tomasz, our driver, was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He shared so much information about Krakow, Auschwitz and Birkenau during the drive. At the site, he ensured we had the best experience possible. Thank you Prime Tours and thank you Tomasz. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a reliable, informative, and overall great experience
- Trish J00Tomasz private tour to ZakopaneFantastic from start to finish, Tomasz looked after us like royalty. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone and only a couple of pounds more expensive to do your own private trip. I will not spoil things for anyone but just want everyone to know it’s an incredible tour and you will not be disappointed
- meeh00Transfers and Trips - recommend these.Did two airport transfers and two trips with them. Faultless. Rafal was friendly, answered any queries quickly and kept us upto date with timings whilst we were in Krakow. His English is also very good. No hesitation in recommending.
- Relax1353637614800Tatra Mountains, Sleigh Ride & BBQFrom start to finish this was a wonderful day. We were picked up spot on time by Tomasz. He was the perfect host, charming, knowledgeable with superb English. The day was extremely well planned and thought out - everything was taken care of, all we had to do was turn up in warm clothing, sensible boots and enjoy ourselves. The stroll around Ciche was lovely, followed by a couple hours in Zakopane, where we particularly enjoyed taking the funicular up to view the Tatra mountains - it was a clear sunny day, WOW! We were then taken to the National Park where we had a horse drawn sleigh ride through the snow and topped the day off with an outdoor bbq where we enjoyed traditional food and drinks. Many thanks indeed Tomasz for such a memorable day.
- Freedom2630606882500A must seeZakopane was absolutely beautiful and Thomas was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the area. Little disappointed I didn't book same tour company for my other excursion however will know for again. the next time I travel to Krakow I will book with this tour company only!
- Happiness43077600Zakopane, sleigh ride and bonfireAn absolutely fabulous day, Paul was the best host, the sleigh ride was an amazing, wonderful memories
- M2242KYlouisem00An amazing day in winter wonderlandAn amazing experience from start to finish. We had the perfect day enjoying the views with the beautiful setting of snow. Thoroughly enjoyed the sleigh ride through the forest and bonfire. It's a full day private tour which is well worth the money.

This was one of three tours we organised with Prime tours Krakow and we definitely recommend it. We had Zuzanna as our guide and a Tomas in a taxi as our driver. Both did an excellent job with a Tomas parking in difficult locations and Zuzanna so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour visited the sites listed but Zuzanna added to it with her information about how the war affected her family. The Schindlers Factory visit was particularly memorable, with timed entry so that it wasn’t too crowded to view everything.

I learned a lot about WWII in Krakow on this tour and found the locations we visited to be very interesting and helpful in understanding the events that took place in Krakow during the war. I'm very glad I did it!

We used Prime Tours for a transfer to Auschwitz and had a wonderful experience, our driver was very kind, he helped get us situated once at the Memorial site, and accommodated our hungry 11yo...very professional and highly recommended!!
The following day, we met with Joanna our guide for the WWII private tour...she was very accommodating to our need to be back for an evening activity, but did not rush us through any of the sites. We were given an abundance of information, and enjoyed learning about how the war impacted the people of Poland and Kraków. We saw so many things we wou.d have never been able to find or know about on our own...as a mom with a yo her child on the trip (11)...I appreciated Joanna’s mother instinct to take my youngest to see other things while myself, husband and older child (17) were viewing the heavier more brutal elements of the different museums we visited...she is truely 1st class.
This is a must...seeing the Schindler Factory was incredible and very well done museum...I recommend this tour and recommend you ask for Joanna.

I would like to take this tour (late Nov), but I am a single person. Is it possible to go with another small group? I am looking at Nov 28 which is a Sunday. I will check if you even do the tour on Sundays. Thank you

We would welcome any others who would also like to do this tour rather than limit it to the two of us - is that possible? Also, how is lunch worked into the tour? We will be booking this for August of next year.
