Great trip, very informative, the weather was very bad but it didn’t distract from the experience, definitely recommend Our guide was very knowledgable and later helped with information on Krakow( bars /restaurants)

Excellent tour with brilliant guide. Really friendly and informative. We booked this tour for our first day in Krakow. It was a great size tour and lovely to chat with other tourists. It was lots of walking but all manageable with appropriate breaks. We had a brilliant day and would highly recommend this trip. Great value for money.

First of all I need to give a shout out to our driver. I had my wallet stolen at Auschwitz-Birkenau. The thieves spent $5K in the 30 minutes before I noticed. Our driver looked everywhere, filed a police report and got my phone number so he could update me. Outstanding service! Where to start…we were picked up at our hotel at 6:15 by Mr. Shuttle. We picked up others along the way. Our driver took very good care of us. Our tour guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was okay. She was very informative. We did feel rushed though. The horrors of the Nazis were well presented. The salt mine was outstanding if not long. It’s beautiful down there. There are 7 levels, tourists go to 3. There are salt sculptures and 40 chapels. And you can lick the walls if you want to lol.

Very well organised & a great day out! A great opportunity to see so much in the space of a day. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit these places.

The operator didn’t even turn up to pick us up, never use Mr.Shuttle again, please avoid, totally unproffesional, terrible service.

Overall a good day. I was texted and emailed the night before about our pick up time. The driver was prompt. Guide at Auschwitz-Berkenau was very informative. Using the headsets was great to hear everything she said. It was a very hot day so was good to do the Auschwitz visit first then the Salt Mines in the afternoon. Lunch provided was fresh and generous. The Salt mines were amazing and again the guide was very good. Didn't feel rushed at any point. Plenty of comfort break opportunities. The only reason I have not given this day a 5 rating is that the driver, Mark, used his mobile phone in his hand very frequently on the journey to Auschwitz. I spoke to him about this on arrival and requested that he did not use his mobile while driving and should use a hands free option. When asked if it was illegal to use your mobile while driving in Poland, he indicated it was but the police did not really enforce it and he saw no problem at what he was doing. On our return journey to the mines he did connect up and use the hands free option, but on return to Krakow he did not and used his phone in his hand several times while driving. For a company such as Mr Shuttle offering this sort of day trip, I would expect the drivers to respect the law of the road and consider the safety of their passengers more than Mark did!

Very well organised, very comfortable, transport driver and tour guide wonderful. The guide was Extremely knowledgeable and insightful. Lunch was included and was also very nice. On the whole a brilliant day if not humbling in the concentration camps. The Salt mine was incredible. On the whole excellent value and thoroughly enjoyable.

A worthwhile day trip visiting places of significance around Krakow. The transport was clean, comfortable and on time. The guides on site were informative. The lunch was very average. Not enough pre information provided and we blindly booked the day trip- you must be physically fit as a lot of walking and stairs and if you are claustrophobic the salt mines are not for you! We were not prepared by the information provided that the salt mine tour was over 2 hrs deep underground- I had to leave after first 300 stairs down but my husband stayed and said it was amazing down there! More information provided by Trip Advisor would have seen us book just the trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, an unmissable experience

Very well organised, punctual coach, friendly and knowledgable tour guide on the coach who handed us over to guides at both locations who walked and talked around both locations. The food that was provided for us at lunch was nice, normally a picky eater but was happy with the chicken pasta and meat sandwich in a bread bun. Would definitely recommend booking with Mr. Shuttle tours. Only tip, don’t sit on the rear of the coach, the air flow was poor and it was very hot!

It is grim, of course. But the tour of Auschwitz was moving and done with dignity. Our guide was excellent. Viewing the remarkable statues in the salt mine ended the day on a beautiful note.

Well organised trip. We were picked up outside our hotel at 6.25 am. Nice new mini coach with good air conditioning. We didn’t get a documentary to watch however as advertised. Our driver gave us clear instructions thoughout the day. We stopped for lunch. Lunch was huge, a pasta meal, ham salad roll, biscuit and a bottle of water. You could buy coffee, ice cream etc if required. A very informative trip. After very long day we were dropped back with a 7 minute walk to our hotel. We had to use Google map to find it. We found this a bit cheeky as we agreed to be dropped on the corner of our road. The trip cost us around £170! Hence the 4 star rating for a really good trip.
