A long but worthwhile day
An amazing day but harrowing at Auschwitz. It must never be forgotten.

Doing both the camps and Salt mines make for a long day but glad we did it

Great especially for a short stay

Highly recommend booking this tour. Long day, but perfect if you are only in Krakow for a short time. Very knowledgeable guides at each site. Only thing I was disappointed about was the gift shop being shut at the salt mine by the time the tour finished at 16:30. Would have been keen to get a wee momento.

Not to be missed

Trip to concentration camps was sobering, emotional and very informative. Guide was excellent. Party of 25 was too big and often had to wait a few minutes for the stragglers to catch up. Would not have missed it.

Great trip. Obviously a very heavy day but definitely worth doing. The guides were educational but also fun and the driver made sure we were well looked after.

Interesting and amazing visit
Nov 2021
We had an amazing and interesting day and were well looked after by our coach driver who picked us up right outside our apartment and drove us to the salt mines, then Auschwitz and Birkenau. Our guide for both the salt mines and the Auschwitz & Birkenau visits were so very knowledgeable and informative - making both tours extremely interesting. It's a long day, but worth every minute - I would highly recommend it.

Excellent but be prepared for lots of walking!
Picked up on time by our driver Raphael who looked after us well in between our visits. Our guide at Auschwitz-Birkineau was absolutely brilliant- knowledgeable and kept our interest throughout. The associated bookshop is small but offers an ideal opportunity to explore some related literature.
Our guide at the Salt Mines was very good but be prepared for an awful lot of walking! I believe the tour could be halved in time and I was disappointed by the gift shops which could have had a lot more health and well-being related goods (bath salts, scrubs, respiratory treatments).
Overall I would highly recommend this tour.

Bucket List ✅
Amazing, and tiring, day that was totally worth it! While it makes for a long day to do Auschwitz and the Wieliczka salt mines on the same day, it is nice to have something to do after Auschwitz that is not so grim. The most walking comes during the salt mines, just FYI.

A very thought provoking visit with an excellent guide
Oct 2021
We were unsure about visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau and unusually decided to take a guided tour. I am glad we did, our guide was thoughtful and helpful and helped us to understand the enormity of the crimes perpetrated here. The scale of the larger Auschwitz-Birkenau site defies the imagination and learning about the planned doubling in size almost defies imagination. Learning more about the people running it and the prisoners helped us understand this terrible part of hitlers plans.

The lunch included a gluten free option for my partner and was followed by the interesting visit to the salt mine, Very dramatic chambers and artwork.

I dont think we would ever return to Auschwitz but I am glad we made the effort.

They collected us from our apartment within about 2 mins of the expected time and as requested dropped us off in the city centre afterwards.

10/10 service!
Despite a very early start (6.20am!!), our day trip with Mr Shuttle was faultless! The driver was right on time and picked us up from the hotel, we were the first to be picked up so it took about 30 more minutes before we were on the road to the attractions. The bus was comfortable and a documentary was show which made the approx 90-120 min journey feel a lot shorter. At all points during the tour the driver was very clear about where we would meet him after the attractions and taking us directly to our guides at both Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. The lunch was adequate and there were plenty of opportunity for drink / toilet breaks.

We did not catch the name of the driver but we were group 2 on 23 nov 2021 and would like to extend our thanks to him here. I would definitely book with my shuttle again. 😃
