- Freedom81200000Wieliczka Salt Mine TourVery good tour, friendly drivers and guides, on time dropped off at hotel If you are wanting a trip in Krakow go with Mr Shuttle, you will not be disappointed
- kellymle00Mr Shuttle Airport Transfer Łódź to KepnoExcellent service - reliable, easy and friendly, prompt. Highly recommend. Thank you Mr Shuttle Airport Transfer Łódź to Kepno
- Discover5412834286500Exceptional serviceWe have used mr shuttle before so felt confident to book the aushwitz trip , the driver was on time and provided exceptional service , we missed the bus connection to go to birkenau as someone in our group was using the facilities so the driver took us so we kept with the group tour . The packed lunch was lovely fresh Greek salad , fresh crusty sandwich drink etc . Would highly recommend.
- allysonp37800Best service we've received in a long time!!!!If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! We didn’t take a tour but booked two transfers - round trip to and from our cruise. I don’t remember a time when we got better service. They communicated timely, clearly and professionally. They answered all our questions before and after booking. The vehicles were clean and rode well. The driver was polite and on time. He was a safe driver and made the trip enjoyable. There is nothing I would change! VERY pleased with the experience. HIGHLY recommend!!
- terribletuba00Mr Shuttle superb companyWe used Mr Shuttle for our airport transfers and tours last week in Krakow. Our flight was nearly 2 hours late arriving so we had to wait approx 7mins for our driver to arrive. We used Mr Suttle for our tours throughout the week and found them to be punctual and comfortable. Our return journey to the airport was on time and comfortable all with English speaking drivers. we would definitely use this company again and can recommend to anyone travelling to Krakow.
- M1651BOlaurenb00The best car serviceOn a recent trip to Poland I used Mr. Shuttle's transfer services three different times, between the airport, Zakopane, and a wedding outside of Krakow. Mr. Shuttle is the best company I have used for transfer services. The cars were large and clean, the drivers were very friendly, and the customer service representatives were helpful and attentive. I cannot recommend Mr. Shuttle enough - book them now!!
- atchell201600ON time, smart, polite, knowledgable, clean seats, helped with luggage.Ready and waiting for use with names on his sign,at Krakow arrivals, helped my wife with her case, smart, good spoken english, drove carefully to hotel in jewish quarter, unloaded to the door, gave us comentry all the way,a young, polite man in a Mercedes people carrier, spotlessly clean. This cost HALF the quote of a return airport transfer with our holiday company, came early and waited on the return,
- Maps324763005 Star tripAmazing service, collected from Elmas airport Sardinia, the driver was waiting for us with a very clear sign with our name on it. Very helpful in taking our bags to the very comfortable SUV. A very pleasant drive to our apartment. Return journey was very impressive the driver again was very helpful and on time. Would definitely book this service again.
- Ffiona W00Must do visitWe chose this tour because of the hotel pickup and they were prompt (much appreciated). The journey was smooth with a very informative video on the route to Auschwitz and our driver gave clear instructions on timings and what to do and where to go (though some people still didn't seem to be able to follow them!!!). The actual visit is guided by an expert from the Memorial. I don't know the name of our guide but she was excellent. Her personal experiences added so much to the tour and although the sites were truly difficult to see, it was a clear reminder of the atrocities that humans can inflict on each other. We combined it with a tour to the Salt mines which was interesting but I think the Auschwitz trip on its own would have been sufficient. It was a long day (7:20a.m. to 6 p.m.) Mr Shuttle were very efficient.
- Mandi F00Great serviceGreat service. Prompt & professional. Gave lots of tips about what to see in Krakow which was handy.
- puffingbillytwo00Give Mr Shuttle a miss.Booked Mr Shuttle for airport transfer. Unfortunately 3 or 4 flights arrived within a short period of time resulting in 45 minute delay in getting through passport control. When finally arrived at airport pick up, 50 or so private transfer drivers waiting for their customers, but Mr Shuttle had shuttled off, resulting in us having to pay again for pivate taxi. No refund giving as we had exceeding our wait time. I would recommend using taxi outside airport arrivals, slightly cheaper fixed rates than Mr Shuttle and no rip off.
- Laponian00Flawless ride to airport. As Bolt had been a bit unreliable and we was 6 persons, a shuttle seemed better. Went from Krakow to Airport (took train from airport before) at 04 in the morning. Minutes after ordering a nice lady emailed about how big the kids where regarding booster seats I ordered. That felt safe. Also got a confirmation and exactly on time a BIG van rolled up, stuffed kids and luggage inside and took us there. As the long queues almost made us miss the flight even though we was there more then 2 hours ahead we are most greatful this transfer went so smoothly.
- christinerB4081SY00ExcellentExcellent service, picked up promptly, well spoken, helpful drivers.Would recommend to others. Would definitely use this service again.
- 582joang00A complete screw-up!Hired a shuttle to take us from Braga to Oporto Airport. Tried to call and confirm the day before but only got a recorded non helpful answer. No show on the shuttle at all.

Transport was efficient and on time. Salt mines part of tour excellent.
Our guide for Auchwitz/Birkenau was atrocious! (Michael). We were route marched around the camps at such speed that I, and other more mature members of the group, struggled to keep up. When we arrived at each area he deemed of interest, his cold, disinterested manner failed completely to convey the magnitude of the atrocities which took place. Having visited before (and on the same combined trip, but with a guide employed by the camps) it became very obvious that many parts of the experience were omitted. Nowhere was this more evident than at Birkenau, where we were walked,at speed, for 15 minutes, to the destroyed gas chambers, shown one billet, then back to the bus. To omit the multinational memorial, especially so close to the 75th anniversary, was to me unforgivable! (This is only 50m from the gas chamber/crematoria, so it would hardly have added any time to his clock-watching itinerary) When I asked why I got a shrug of the shoulders and “we don’t have time”. I appreciate doing both trips in one day involves covering a great deal, but why was the experience so much less comprehensive on this occasion.
I contacted the company to complain and received a very unsatisfactory response along the lines of “no one has complained about him before”.......well they have now!!!

Mike was a great tour guide very informative and friendly. The tour itself was a solemn journey but worth the visit to make sure this never happens again. The salt mines were an experience not done before the carvings were amazing & you learnt of the salt mining industry thru carvings & stories. Would recommend the tours to all visiting krakow it’s a very long day & lots of walking so may be best to do separate trips if tire easily travel is 1.5 hours to the camps

Booked this tour from a friend's recommendation first thing I must say is prepare to cover some distance, I was first pick up for day our driver tomash picked me up 0715ish parked up mini bus and walked down to hotel to greet me personally we set off had about 8 more pick ups and then was on our way on the drive Auschwitz tomash pit a document about the liberation of the camo which hard archival footage of never seen for was a good documentary we arrived at Auschwitz 1 drive gatherd is out side mini bus explained how things would work an said we had a 15 min break to get a drink or toilet etc then we went in to the camp our guide was very knowledgeable and very good at explaing what had happened we spent couple hours at Auschwitz 1 then we took the mini bus to birkenau 3 mins away once again the guide took is rund explains everything we returned to bus where a packed lunch had been provided for us all and was told we had about half an hour to visit shop get drinks toilets eat lunch aswell we the. We left and headed to salt mines about 1.5 hr away at the mines we had another break beforn going in to the mine you enter the mine via a.600step spiral staircase but it's not as bad as it sounds the mine itself is brillant our guide in the mines was funny knowledgeable open to questions and spoke perfect English he explined how the mine functioned originaly how it works now and gave us infomatik. About the salt itself the mines then selves are not cramped( I'll m 6ft and olny had to Bob my head a couple of times ) and are at a plesant temptetue and constant circulation of air there's a stop bout half way through with gift sho and toilets and towards the end there's a bigger gift shop and cafe aswll as more toilets you then take a lift back up to surface we then drove back to Krakow about a half hour drive and drops off in reverse order of pick up so I was first one to be dropped back at hotel all in all picked up 0715 and dropped off 1745 ish was long day but we'll worth it

Amazing experience, definitely something you have to go see if visiting Kraków!
Auschwitz and Birkenau were an experience we’ll never forgot. The tour guide was amazing, spoke very good English and was easy to understand. Got picked up from the hotel door.
Dinner was provided which was very nice, a sandwich, chicken pasta salad, a sweet wafer and a bottle of water.
The salt mines were probably the only part of the trip I would of skipped. Quite a long time looking at the same thing over and over. The tour guide was different for this part of the trip and was a museum guide rather than our trip guide. We struggled to hear her most of the time, even though they provided head sets as they were very crackly and the sound kept cutting out. Definitely give the salt mine a miss if you struggle with a lot of walking or claustrophobia.
Overall it was an amazing day and would highly recommend the company!

Our short break to Krakow was very enjoyable, it is a lovely City with lots going on and plenty of lovely restaurants. Our first visit was to the Salt mine, which is a must and was quite spectacular is places. There are lots of steps to go down, but they're manageable . I am in my late 60s and managed it relatively easily, even with arthritic knees and at least you get a lift back to the top! The tour guide was excellent and her talk provided us with a great deal of interesting facts.
We took all our trips on local buses rather than organised tours as it is much cheaper and you see more of Krakow too.
Visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau was quite Harrowing at times, and really gave food for thought. For me, Birkenau was even sadder than Auschwitz, but I am glad I went to both. I was surprised by how many families with young children were there, but it is important for all of us to remember so that nothing like this ever happens again.

Cannot fault a single aspect of this trip.
Text message 24 hours before confirming the pickup time from the hotel. They were there exactly on time. Tickets to Auschwitz and the salt mines were sorted quickly and efficiently with clear detailed instructions on pickup after the tour. Packed lunch was of high quality too. They even arranged a separate mini-bus to collect part of the group from the salt mines, splitting the group into 2 smaller groups thus ensuring everyone returned to their hotel quicker. All done by friendly drivers. Nothing was too much trouble!
The tour guides were both excellent. Lucasz at Auschwitz-Birkenau was superb. Knowledgeable and informative, he spoke with a quiet authority that seemed perfect for the sobering information he was relaying. Kinga at Wieliczka Salt Mine relayed a great deal of information and clearly had genuine enthusiasm for her job

I cannot fault the transport from mr shuttle, a comfortable mini bus with door to door service. It is about 1.5 hours from Kraków during which you watch a film about Auschwitz. You are then met by a guide and given headphones to ensure you can hear as you are guided around Auschwitz. The tour is as informative as it is harrowing. The tour is about 3 hours. You then take the bus to birkenau where you are met by the same guide. I was extremely disappointed with this part of the tour. There were no headphones here and extremely limited information provided, much repeated from Auschwitz, whereas we heard other guides explaining much more. Don’t forget 2 PLZ for that toilets here. You are then provided lunch- a pasta pot, sandwich, chocolate and water, to eat whilst you drive to the salt mines (just over an hour). The salt mines were so interesting and a good way to end the day. There is quite a bit of walking and stairs to go 135m below ground, does not feel claustrophobic though and the chambers are huge, as well as having coffee shops and a restaurant below ground! there is a lift to the top. It gets rather warm underground so be prepared to have layers for the full day trip. The whole tour from pick up to drop off was about 11 hours.

I had booked this Tour before I had arrived in Krakow. It was easy and simple to get the booking completed. I recieved email and Texts from the Company making me aware when and where I was getting picked up which made everything run smoothly.
Driver explained everything that was going on and what the plans where for the day.
The 2 tour guides we had at both sites where very good and explained indepth. Any questions that where asked where happily answered.
The lunch that was supplied was filling and plentiful.
The Tour for me was anout 10 hours in total. From about 8am to 6pm drop off at the centre of Krakow.
Although you can get to both places yourself I found it alot easier with this Tour and less hassle.

Me and my fiance came on the Auschwitz Birkenau & Salt Mines Tour as it was a gift for my 21st birthday.
Super early start to the tour as we were picked up at 6.30 am. The bus driver was so kind and lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming and informative, bang on time as well, and great with instructions of where to meet, etc.
The Auschwitz and Birkenau tour was harrowing and upsetting, but super interesting and informative. The tour guide we had was a younger woman who was super informed and clued up with everything. She was able to answer every single question we had with ease and made the experience 10/10 for everyone. Both tours took around 3 hours together. We had lunch included which was bought from the cafe at Birkenau which was a great touch, the sandwich was okay but the pasta was so good. Also included was water, an apple, and a chocolate bar. This was much needed as we were all starving due to the early start and no breakfast.
After the one-hour journey to the salt mines, we were shown to our tour guide and the tour began. We were told that the tour usually takes 1h30m but due to being busy would take around 3 hours. Personally, I think they let way too many people in at a time and oversold tickets, as every time we moved forward we had to wait on the group in front. Due to this, we were sandwiched between two groups who were noisy which made it hard to hear our guide. This part of the tour was very good but very exhausting. Would have been a lot better if it was done in 1h instead of 3 as by the end of hour one everyone was kind of over it and wanting to return to the bus as it's all very similar throughout. The chapel is the highlight of the tour and is beautiful. This tour is one of these things that you do once and never again but very glad that we can say that we have been. Our tour guide was very nice and did notice we were all tired and gave us a few extra breaks, which again did result in the tour being even longer.
Overall 5/5. Amazing day out and one I will never forget.

Shuttle driver was a safe driver and was on time. The company was extremely responsive to texts and emails. We chose this tour because it provided a packed lunch (time is short to go to both tours in one day). We had time to go to gift stores if we wanted. I strongly recommend this company and would definitely choose the, again.

It is grass and mud with stones. So weather dependant. As it would be anywhere outside. Mostly paved for camp 1. Camp 2 is outside, vast and susceptible to the elements more.
