Really enjoyed the trip and the tour guide was very good and very informative. Was a bit busy with a lot of people but it was good. I would recommend the trip.

Driver was friendly and ended up being very helpful although a judgement error on his part meant that we missed our time slot as a group if 13. He told us to wait and our guide would greet us. That did not happen. We stood as instructed by the mine entrance and did as instructed not realising we should have joined the queue for the group tours when the announcement happened!. We had to go as a group to the information office and ask if we could change to a later time 1.5 hours later. We did and we all enjoyed the tour. Our driver waited for us and was apologetic. He didn't really do anything wrong. But note to others when your timed ticket is announced join the queue and a mine museum tour guide is given to you INSIDE the building. They could definitely do with headsets and microphones as the lovely informative guide voice was not loud enough at times. The mine and museum was amazing. Note...When you have finished your tour you may possibly have to walk for another 15mins back to lift and parking. It was a lot if steps.

Booked at hotel (Radisson Red) reception for the salt mine tour last minute after being disappointed by another local company. The service was exceptional and the salt mine tour is a must! The guide from the salt mine (Kate) was friendly and informative bring the salt mine tour alive as we made our way through. Would definitely recommend SeeKrakow and the Salt mine tour. Transport and driver provided by SeeKrakow very good.

Pleasant travel in small group setting. Pick up near hotel. Guide very informative, good pace to walk around. Would have liked a little more time to read / view information boards. Guide also answered individual questions. Good to visit both camps and time for hot drink afterwards.

Met outside the museum and introduced to our guide. There was about 10 of us. Guide was informative and knowledgeable. The museum is very busy, and rightly so as it is very interesting. We were very moved by the history. If you do one thing in Krakow visit this museum. Even without a guide you will see the story.

A very well organised tour and informative and passionate tour guide. Comfortable Mini bus from Krakow square about 1½ hours each way. I would have liked time in the bookstore at Berkenau but felt I needed to get on the bus as it was a bit later in the day. Nothing was said but I didn't want to hold up proceedings. I would also have liked to have seen inside the hospital at Auschwitz but it was just pointed out. Otherwise a good trip with great information

Our guide was excellent bringing alive the story of Krakow and sharing her own experience and stories relating to her grandfather and great grandfather! I shed more than a few tears. It wasn't what I was expecting but I was not disappointed would definitely recommend the tour.
