- SBeaverhousen0 contributionsAMAZING - ALOT OF WALKINGDriver was friendly and ended up being very helpful although a judgement error on his part meant that we missed our time slot as a group if 13. He told us to wait and our guide would greet us. That did not happen. We stood as instructed by the mine entrance and did as instructed not realising we should have joined the queue for the group tours when the announcement happened!. We had to go as a group to the information office and ask if we could change to a later time 1.5 hours later. We did and we all enjoyed the tour. Our driver waited for us and was apologetic. He didn't really do anything wrong. But note to others when your timed ticket is announced join the queue and a mine museum tour guide is given to you INSIDE the building. They could definitely do with headsets and microphones as the lovely informative guide voice was not loud enough at times. The mine and museum was amazing. Note...When you have finished your tour you may possibly have to walk for another 15mins back to lift and parking. It was a lot if steps.Written March 21, 2025

The service was exceptional and the salt mine tour is a must! The guide from the salt mine (Kate) was friendly and informative bring the salt mine tour alive as we made our way through. Would definitely recommend SeeKrakow and the Salt mine tour. Transport and driver provided by SeeKrakow very good.Written March 6, 2025

- Bevlar19999990 contributionsMust do in KrakowMet outside the museum and introduced to our guide. There was about 10 of us. Guide was informative and knowledgeable. The museum is very busy, and rightly so as it is very interesting. We were very moved by the history. If you do one thing in Krakow visit this museum. Even without a guide you will see the story.Written February 19, 2025

- auntieLaLa010 contributionsWalking in history's footstepsA very well organised tour and informative and passionate tour guide. Comfortable Mini bus from Krakow square about 1½ hours each way. I would have liked time in the bookstore at Berkenau but felt I needed to get on the bus as it was a bit later in the day. Nothing was said but I didn't want to hold up proceedings. I would also have liked to have seen inside the hospital at Auschwitz but it was just pointed out. Otherwise a good trip with great informationWritten February 18, 2025
- lacooper190 contributionsExcellent history trip of Krakows history! Our guide was excellent bringing alive the story of Krakow and sharing her own experience and stories relating to her grandfather and great grandfather! This proved to be a very unique tour in that we were the ONLY participants, most likely due to the sudden inclement weather. The guide was nonetheless excellent, providing much insight & historical anecdotes on sites in & around Krakow Old Town. When all around were taking shelter from sudden bursts of heavy winds & rain, the guide was still prepared to continue to the end of our allocated time period, great perseverance & highly praiseworthy in the circumstances! I would most definitely recommend this tour to other Krakow visitors, perhaps participating ASAP on arrival.
P.S. The weather had been fine on previous days!!

Krzysztof did a great job of showing us around Krakow and providing a detailed history of the city and Poland over the centuries. He was knowledgeable and engaging. Took the tour at a great pace for the 4 people on the tour. Stopped near the castle so we could buy refreshments and get ready for the rest of the walk. A very nice afternoon and fully recommended.

This was our first full day in Krakow and we decided to take part in this old town guided walking tour to get a feel of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour and learned a lot about Krakow and its history. Our guide was Anna Bakowska and she did a fantastic job guiding us throughout this tour and teaching us about Krakow and its history. If you have limited time in Krakow or if you’re looking for a quick walking tour that brings you to all the old town points of interest then look no further than this tour! - Nolan

This was one of the best things we did in a short visit down to Krakow. A guide with an encyclopaedic understanding of the City’s history, took a small group on a cross Krakow walking tour that took in some off the beaten track sights. I cannot recommend this highly enough, though do remember an umbrella if the weather is inclement!

Our guide was exceptional in his knowledge and real-life experience of historical events during the liberation of Poland from communism and his participation in significant protests as a student himself. He was very informative and humorous and although we covered a lot of ground over the 3 hours (literally) his information was delivered in just the right amount to hold our attention but also allowing us to absorb it.
We were blown away by the visual beauty of the city but also of the folklore and legends as well as factual history he imparted. Would highly recommend.
I’m sorry I missed his name but I did get a photo of him (see below).

Great tour taking us all around old town and covering a lot of history and notable figures. Our guide Ewa was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Tour seemed just a little bit long (3 hours), but these kinds of tours are absolutely worth doing when visiting a city for the first time.

We were only in Krakow for two full days and were keen to learn about and enjoy the old town. Our guide Gregory was very knowledgable and engaging. It's easy to wonder about such a lovely place enjoying the scenery and architecture. However the walking tour really bought the place to life. The 2 and a half hours flew by and we kept a good pace so never really got cold. I would really recommend this to anyone who gets value from understanding a little bit of the history of the places you visit . We had 6 in our group and that was perfectly fine.

Really excellent tour of Krakow! Our guide was incredibly knowledgable and passionate about the city's history. He also sprinkled in a few dry jokes which I quite enjoyed. I'd recommend this tour to any of my family and friends when visiting Krakow without a doubt (but be warned that it is 3 hours of walking so wear comfortable shoes!).

This tour was great! We found out about it from a tourist information centre, 1PLN each for about 1.5/2 hours walking. Our tour guide Adam was enthusiastic, clearly passionate and told great stories about the town of Krakow, the buildings and all the historic legends. Tasted some traditional cheese at the end - and he showed us where was good for traditional polish cheap food around the square :) thanks

Is there any chance the group tour nigh leave earlier than 1:30pm on Oct 7th??

Hi, do you have walking tours available in Spanish?
Written September 17, 2021
The group we were in was only 3 people. There were other, larger groups, it all depends upon the demand at the time requested. Our tour started mid afternoon and so probably the larger groups would have been run earlier in the day. You will probably have to try your luck with the size of the group.

Hi, we are going to Kracow on Monday 9 September 2019. We did a tour of Praque a couple of years ago and missed half of it as the guide seemed to want to rush. She stopped to speak to her group but was off again before we reached her. How leisurely is this walk
Written September 7, 2019
The walk was lengthy, but well-paced. This was important, as we did the walk on a very hot day in June. It wasn't rushed, but this may have been due to the fact that we had a very knowledgeable and informative guide.
