We had a fabulous lady who picked us up on time and drove us for over an hour there and back. Fantastic driver, lovely to talk to, The salt mines were a fabulous place to visit, extremely informative, and the guides were excellent in their knowledge . HIGHLY recommend Silessia Trip and Hotels they ARE the local tours experts!

Great tour of the mining town of Nikiszowiec. The guide was very knowledgeable about the town, and the history of the region.

The trip to Auschwitz was excellently organised; I was picked up from my hotel on time, the car was clean, the staff were friendly, very helpful and spoke perfect English. It was outstanding. I would 100% recommend them.

Very well organised. The shop wasn’t open when we stopped by but they responded to my email straight away. The trip was very well organised and stuck to the schedule. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke great English. The cars were clean and comfortable and the driver was on time! I would highly recommend them.

Reliable, well organised and friendly service. Picked us up from our hotel on time, as agreed. Drivers spoke English, which helped us greatly as we speak no Polish. Buses were in good condition, seats were comfortable, with working air conditioning and heating. Tours were well organised with well informed tour guides.

It was my second trip in half year with Silesia trips company. As always, amazing service, nice, helpful guys, interesting excursions. We were 10 people and we visited Auschwitz and Birkenau memorial complex and after that we went to see the salt mine in Velichka. The tour leader guys were VERY understanding and helpful. We used Silesia Trips & Hotels to travel to the Auschwitz Birkenau, and the whole program was perfect, we were picked up by a very nice driver who told us a little about the history before meeting our guide. It was really worth a visit, historically. It was worth every penny. Recommended !!

We used the company for airport transfers and for visits to Auswitz, and also, on a separate day, to the salt mine. Vehicles were clean and comfortable and the driver we had was polite and informative and punctual. I highly recommend this company.

We were traveling with my brother and were thrilled to visit such an important place of the world history. The trip and excursion was organised the best way it could be. The guide was very interesting to listen to and Kamil, who brought us there was always there for us and explained everything. cannot recommend them highly enough, fantastic service and everything we asked for was delivered. The high point was our transfer to Warsaw where our driver was the owner of the company, a very nice young man with wonderful insight into Poland and their culture. Highly recommended.

We took three trips with this company - to Krakow, Auschwitz and the salt mine. They were professional, on time, and took care of everything as planned. Highly recommend Kamil and his team of drivers. One drawback - cash only. So make sure you have zlotys or euros. One plus - you pay at end of trip during drop off.

I had 10 hrs between the flights in KTW airport and decided to visit Auschwitz. Found Silesia trip on net and contacted them, we agreed transfers and tour. Very reliable company, good communication, great service. Special thanks to Mateus who took me to Auschwitz and told me a bit more about history of Katowice, Silesia region.
