Max collected us from our accommodation to go to the airport at the end of our stay in Krakov. He was on time and immediately put at ease with his friendly manner. He chatted to us, asking about our experiences and gave us local knowledge, we wish he had collected us from the airport! I cannot recommend him enough!

Brilliant service from Max who messaged me as the plane landed with clear instruction on where to meet. We then had a luxurious ride from the airport to our hotel in the old town where Max waited until we had safely made it into the hotel. Top top service.

The driver Daniel was good at driving and got us to our destination safely. The car had a lot of room for the two of us and spacious.

We didn’t hear from any driver or the operator on the morning of our transfer to the airport. I tried ringing the number six times, but no answer. In the end, an hour before we needed to be at the airport the manager of our hotel got a hold of them and made sure our transfer turned up. Pretty stressful, so not a good experience.

MAX SZKATULA was an excellent taxi driver and very kind. Our flight was delayed and Max was still waiting for us and collected us dropped us to the hotel. Great guy, great service

Quite disappointed, arranged hotel pick up and tour to Auschwitz and birkenua. They had arranged pick up from the wrong hotel with similar name despite me having originally sent the correct address and name of hotel. Unable to contact them to inform them of their error. So a taxi was required to get us to the destination of pick up. We shared the ride with a family of 4 others. The driver did not speak to any of us to make polite talk over the whole journey. When we exited the car he seemed rushed walking ahead of us again no conversation only to give instructions. The tour its self was amazing the tour guide was excellent and walked at a pace to allow everyone to gain knowledge and see and hear the history of the tour. She was wonderful x journey home was the same no conversation no music nothing. Everything was rushed and the driver could have made the experience a lot better with some input and light conversation.

Got in touch with gr8 way via a transport platform they would pick me up at 22:00 in the evening from the airport in krakow, due to fog the flight was delayed for more than 2.5 hours, the driver Max Szkatula would wait for me, as soon as the plane had landed I already got a message that he was ready for me, and that feels very good, the ride from the airport to the city (25 minutes) was very pleasant and felt very safe. definitely recommended to do business with this company, and if you also get Max Szkatula as a driver everything goes perfectly.

We got picked up by ‘Mike’ from this GR8WAY tours and he was very helpful and came across very friendly and it was great as it was our first time coming to Poland he went out of his way to message us a list of amazing restaurants and activities he’s gone above and beyond!
