Never having been to Gdansk before and unsure about transfers from the airport, based on their reviews we pre booked with Prestige Line. Brilliant service and very competitive on fare. Driver already waiting on our arrival and extremely polite and very smartly dressed! Fare as already agreed. We were so delighted, we pre booked our return from our Hampton by Hilton Old Town with the driver. Again waiting for us at the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend Prestige Vanessa and Hilary

My partner and I traveled to Gdansk for five nights in October 2024. Since it was our first visit to the city, we opted for airport transfers both ways to avoid the hassle of navigating public transport. After shopping around, I chose Prestige Line based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on TripAdvisor, which set them apart from competitors. Having now used Prestige Line for both our arrival and departure, I can fully agree with the reviews. The drivers were polite, professional, and a pleasure to chat with. Our flight arrived early, yet our driver was already waiting for us right after baggage claim. Similarly, for our departure, we came down to the hotel lobby early, only to find the driver there and ready. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable, making us feel safe and at ease. For feedback, I’d recommend that Prestige Line consider implementing an online booking system. I made our reservation through email after filling out a contact form, and while it went smoothly, a formal booking confirmation and automated reminders would have added reassurance. For example, it would be great to receive a reminder email a week before the trip, and a day-before notification with driver details. That said, everything worked out perfectly as arranged, so this is just a minor suggestion. Overall, I have no complaints only praise. While Prestige Line might be slightly more expensive than some alternatives, the quality of service is well worth it. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their service again in the future.

Good professional service, 3drivers were waiting for us after our flight, comfortable and stress free with the drive & even coming back to the gate to return a lost phone for one of our group of 16people. Would recommend highly. Nice clean vehicles.

Fantastic service! We needed a big car for the 7 of us. This is so easy to book and the executive Mercedes was so luxurious. We used them for our transfer back and forth to the Gdansk airport. Reliable and very friendly driver!

They did not show up.. There was no one to pick us up, evan that we had orderd. Terrible service. They told us to sort ourselves out when I called and asked where they are. We had to fix ourselves. They also did not offer to come when we called.

The driver was very prompt for a 3:50am pickup. It was a very clean Mercedes black van with leather seats. He drove very safe.
