We had four couples and two singles on my tour; nice crowd. Our entertaining guide Marek took us to three bars with contrasting themes and feels. The snacks at the first stop could be an early dinner as it is substantial. Six beers were very good and the tour leaves off at the Dluga main district. Marek also provided tips on the good bars to go to to avoid the total tourist scene. Very enjoyable and worthwhile.

We had the trip on Friday Jan 31th. 4 couples from Brattvåg and Jessheim in Norway on a weekend celebraiting our friends 50th birthday. Together in the group with a couple from Kautokeino Norway and a couple from Århus Denmark. Great people and Kaia was the perfect guide. After lots of laughs and fun for 2,5 hours, Kaia went on to a vodka-trip, while the rest of us had a perfect dinner together for the rest of the evening. Thanks all for a great night!

As a traveler to many countries, i have never met a tour guide as Marek. So knowledgeable and kind. He is so fun and charismatic. Do not hesitate to book a tour with him. This is a real review and i wish Marek the best in the near future

I booked this tour a few weeks before arriving to Gdansk... and on the day of the tour got a message saying that the tour guide is sick 🤥 who still believes these cheap excuses? 🤣 and on top of this they ask me to cancel the booking 😂 because the tour is 24h cancelation policy so if i was canceling 🤷🏼♂️ no money back 🤣 nice try. hope people will avid this scam tour in the future 🤷🏼♂️

we are very happy that you are reading our answer to slandery review. We are sorry that you have to waste time to read this kind of negative arguing and thank you for your understanding.
The only true which contain this review is the fact that the tour was cancelled due to suddenly sickness of the guide. Our employee gave the Customer alternative tours to choose and emphasize that the tour can be cancelled with a full refund of his money. For no reason Customer tried to cancel the tour on his own which failed. Instantly we have cancelled the tour and Customer immediately GOT a confirmation of FULL REFUND of his money.
However, we don’t have any influence on whether, accident or suddenly guide sickness… Customer could be angry due to the fact the tour was cancelled but the slander review of Customer is very unfair and nothing can be justified.
Despite the very unpleasant for us the allegations and lies of our client Mr. Cornela, we want to end our statement positively. Gdansk is a lovely city, we organise here dozens of Beer Tasting tours each week and always on the tour there are many fantastic people from all over the world! Over 140 reviews mainly excellent and very good rates on TripAdvisor means that many foreign tourist have trusted us and were definitely satisfied.
We hope you will join one of our group and learn the Polish culture from beer perspective and you will make new amazing friends!

My husband and I went for a beer tour and were happy with what we got - interesting conversations with guide about Gdansk, great beer and small tour around the city. We went to three bars and loved each one of them.

Learned a lot about the history of Gdnask while enjoying some local beer and traditional Polish food. Karina was amazing, she was personable and very knowledgable about the city and beer! Great experience!!

The tour was exelent! Our tour guide Marek told us stories from his life in adition to sharing all his knowledge about Polan, Gdansk and the world. I learned so much this day and we visited nice pubs and restaurants to taste some good beer

We were a group of friends visiting Poland and Gdansk for the first time and decided to try the bear tasting tour. It was a really fun and interesting tour. We visited a few of Gdansk´s many pubs and tasted different interesting beers in all price ranging - and got a little taste of polish food culture. Apart from that - our guide Krzysztof was so much fun and gave the tour the extra rating - he was funny, informative and knew both his beer and polish and Gdansk history. It gave us a great inside into polish modern culture, and of course into polish beer culture. Thank you so much Krzystof :)

Regarding the review, "Waste of Time" by Ilie Cornel. I'm concerned that their tour was cancelled because your guide was sick and getting their money back does not address the real issue of their vacation being disrupted--they are only there a short time. Do you arrange some other company to provide the same tour?
