The driver arrived on time right outside the port entrance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The luxury Mercedes provided a quick and smooth ride. We were picked up right outside the camp and as requested, we dropped off in central Gdańsk. Highly recommend service.

We had traveled by cruise ship to Gdynia which stands as a port of call for Gdansk and is simply a problem with the arrival and departure. The excursions from the shipping company are not only very expensive but also offer very little freedom. The service of transportation was perfect without exception. The vehicle was in perfect condition inside and outside. The driver was very nice and courteous The driver was punctual at the pickup in the port and also at the pickup in the afternoon. What was especially important for us was the fast and uncomplicated processing by email the confirmations came quickly and professionally and we were even kept up to date by the driver during our stay. It is also important to mention that there was no annoying discussion with a cab driver on the spot what I personally hate. The price agreed and confirmed by mail was required and I paid by credit card PERFECT If you want to travel comfortably with a small group (we were 5 people) it is not only comparable in price but you gain endless time through this individual transportation.

Can’t thank my driver enough when picking me up from Gdansk Airport. My flight was delayed and I was in a pure panic as I could not contact to say however he stayed and made sure I was okay. He spoke me during the drive which helped me remain calm and also provided me with useful information for my stay. I can’t even remember his name which is terrible but appreciate it very much. Totally recommend!

Paul was a fantastic driver, arrived just before we asked for pick up and was at the entrance as we left Stutthof with some water for us as it was a warm day. Stutthof Museum is challenging, as you would expect, so to come out and have Paul waiting to take us back to Gdansk was comforting. Would definitely recommend Prestige Cars and Paul as a chauffeur.

We had ordered transfer for 7 people but car was only for 6. Driver luckily arrange us another taxi and everything went fine. Thanks for your good service.

Brilliant service. On a cruise but with only limited excursions on offer looked for a local company who could offer something different. Saw Prestige had excellent reviews so gave them a go. We had a fantastic day out on the Hel peninsula. The tour was tailored to our wishes and the driver, Dominik, could not have been more helpful. Communication was great throughout the booking process. Also we docked in Gdansk, not Gdynia as expected and changing the pickup was no problem. In fact nothing was a problem. Other excursions offered by Prestige worked out at less than half the price offered by the cruise company - and you travel in a limo. This was a really good experience. The driver was very nice and fluent english. He was easy to get hold of, either calling or text. Flexibility was also great, as we needed to change/adapt our plans during the day. Will for sure call them next time I visit Tri-city
