    Great day in Pilzn
Our driver, Viktor, picked us up at the hotel. He was a wealth of information all along our travels. The glass factory tour was a great time ( I even got to etch a crystal glass myself.). We bought a few items and continued to Pilzn where we enjoyed a wonderful lunch a brewery tour. Great food, great beer, great fun. Thanks Viktor, for hosting our wonderful day. We learned so much!

    Great experience with airport transfers!
The driver, Viktor, was there on time and looking for me. He was very gentlemanly and insisted on carrying all my luggage. As it was late afternoon, we were stuck in rush hour traffic, but Viktor used the time to give me an informal tour of the city, pointing out everything along the way. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable man who knows and loves Prague and wants you to as well. Viktor carried my bags a block in the snow to my hotel and didn’t want to take a tip but I insisted. I was lucky enough to get him for my return to the airport and he was just as punctual and nice this time as well, although he did scold me for not putting on a coat that morning. But hey, I’m from New England and we’re a hearty lot, used to single digit temps on winter nights. Would definitely use Grayline again for transfers, and most likely for their tours as well. Amazing Art Nouveau restaurant with great service and food
An amazing Art Nouveau restaurant with great atmosphere (perhaps to keep that refined atmosphere photographs are not permitted in the restaurant). Although it was late lunchtime we were lucky to secure a table without booking but reservation is advisable. Despite it being rather busy service was impeccable with food and drink to match - a real experience. We wish we could have stayed on longer but it was the prefect prelude to an evening at the opera a little later. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful all day tour of Prague
Out tour guide was fantastic! We were the only 2 people on the tour, so it was very personalized. This was a wonderful way to spend our first day in Prague. She was very knowledgeable and took extra effort to make sure we understood what she said. She also was considerate to keep at our pace as we were a little slower than normal.

    Beer tasting
Steve was interesting and well informed. It was a great way to spend an evening, learn a bit and sample a few beers. Well worth the price. Also a great location close by the astronomical clock

    Do NOT use them
Less than one hour to go and they cancelled our tour -obviously a numbers game. It was to be at 1pm so unlikely it was a sick staff member. They just didn't get enough numbers. But waiting and giving only an hours notice shows no care for the customer. Very little chance of us finding another tour at such short notice. This was to be the most important element of our trip to prague. Terrible service - shame on you Gray Line

Absolutely not worth it. A complete waste of money. The pictures which were shown in the Ads were not true.

    Vienna Day trip with Family
My family went on a day trip to Vienna Austria with Gray Line Tours with Mr. Victor who was an excellent tour guide/ Historian from Prague. He oriented us to the Prague vicinity & related places that truly inspires and gained new knowledge about the places we've been. Upon arriving in Vienna a City full of history & amazing building structures. The place is a haven for history seekers & learners. A day trip was not enough but definitely worth the trip.

Great Exposure to Old Prague In One Day.
Our tour guide was Dana and she was great. Like most European sightseeing tours, be prepared for a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes. Excellent way to see much of Prague in one day and to serve as a basis for followup visits in subsequent days.

With perfect weather and a beautiful historic city, we were looking forward to the tour. The guide clearly had an exceptional amount of knowledge, but was not really able to communicate this. His English was poor and he was often seeking for words. Worse was that interaction with the guide was difficult, making the tour a rather endless one-way conversation.

Our guide Eliska, who has lived her entire life in Brno, was very knowledgable about the history and architecture of the city. This was a great experience for us at the beginning of our trip to get us oriented and help us find some places we wanted to come back to visit or tour on our own. We are very glad we did this tour!

I do wish that Gray Line Prague would add contact information to Walking Tour description and to their confirmation email. I had to contact them to request a change in tour time, and it was very difficult to get ahold of them.

For our day-trip (from Vienna) we booked the afternoon-tour less than 24hrs. in advance and got it.
Being off-off season, we were the only guest an enjoyed a private tour of old town. Therefore, we were able to step in at places like the lobbies of the Grandezza and Barcélo – experiencing the mixing of history and contemporary. – The rooftop at the Lipà was not open, we’ll do it next time.
Lots of nice details an visual surprises – interesting what happened to Brno in the past 30 years. Even on a gray winter day, the city offers good vibes.
Spending part of the day with a “private tour” – for us turned out a great idea!

Nice, old town with magnificent architecture. The traffic is very nicely arranged, the city is well accessible with a car. The prices of hotels in the city center are favorable, but the best is beer "Starobrdo".
