On the way to meet our guide for our planned tour, I unfortunately fell victim to a pickpocket. Wallet / credit cards gone in a second. Not the start to the day we wanted but we decided to meet our guide and explain our situation hoping for some local assistance. Well we certainly fell on our feet. On meeting Lucie (the guide) we explain what had just transpired and asked if she could help with the local police. Lucie immediately agreed to assist. So dispensing with the planned tour our first stop was the police station. Lucie assistance here ensured that we received a very positive response from the local police and her help made what could have been a really painful process so much easier. We then had two hours to kill before having to be back at the police station. Lucie suggested that a modified tour was still possible with the remainder of our time. So despite the traumatic start we did manage to see some of the notable points of interest. Lucie is a very informative and knowledgeable guide and as you can appreciate extremely adaptive. Through the remainder of the tour while still being a very kind and informative guide Lucie remained very aware of our personal stress and was very genuine and positive in her support. Our tour ended back at the police station and again Lucie remained a great help. Lucie was both generous with her time and support putting on a positive face for Prague after our very negative start. We are in no doubt that this traumatic event was made easier to deal with thanks to her efforts. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending and endorsing Lucie as a tour guide in her city of Prague, and were we ever to do another walking tour of Prague we will certainly seek out Lucie as our guide.

Lucia was an amazing guide. She met me promptly at our scheduled time. Since I was a solo traveler and unfamiliar with the city it was very nice to have such a courteous and kind guide. Lucia was more than knowledgeable regarding all the history, art, and art history of the palace complex. I enjoyed all the information and insights she shared with me. The history of Prague and Chechnya can be very overwhelming because there is so much to cover in such a short 3 hours, yet Lucia put forward the information clearly, even reminding me of connections to information she presented earlier. I would highly recommend taking a tour with her. It was a 10 out of 10 for me.

We took tour with our family and friends from the US and all of us, including the kids enjoyed it. Our guide, Lucie was very knowledgable and made the day fun. Highly recommend!
