This place was amazing! Great staff! Lucy was great she got us in early and had great recommendations. This place accommodated us very nicely!

We were initially slightly taken aback by the price when we booked online but because of all the good reviews we saw, we booked anyway. Can definitely say it was worth the money! Such a different experience nothing like we’ve ever done before, was surprisingly relaxing and with the added bonus of unlimited beer was perfect. Had a full hour in the bath with jacuzzi bubbles. Shower afterwards and did not feel at all rushed. The gift of beers at the end was a great touch and we even ended up buying some cosmetics and a glass. Would also like to mention the lovely lady Romana who was working that day. Helped to make our experience even more special. She even recommended us a local traditional Czech bar! Thank you so much.

I booked the procedure in advance for 2287 Kc. It was a special price shown in the leaflet and confirmed by the reception clerk. I paid 1500 Kc as an advance and got a voucher presenting this amount and the balance payable (787 Kc). When we came to the Beer Spa, we were told that we must pay 2690 Ks. The young lady at the Beer Spa showed me a leaflet with the 'actual price' and generously offered me a 10% discount)) This means that I had to pay for the management's (or whoever's) mistake but with a discount. I requested to give my money back. The lady refused to do so, and we decided to call the police. While my friend was looking for the police number, the young lady called somebody and got a permission to let us get 'unique experience' for the price offered to us initially. Since they do not give money back (which is quite strange for a place with high ratings and promises of complete refund) I had two options: to lose my money or try to enjoy the ‘unique experience’. I will not comment on the moral aspects of such attitude to the guests, the quality of rather conventional disinfection or jacuzzi with yeast and hops (instead of promised beer), but I would STRONGLY recommend to keep away from Beer Spa Bernard

We could not have asked for a better experience at Beer Spa Prague. The atmosphere was perfect and the beer was delicious. We recommend it to all beer lovers. Our host Vera made us feel so welcome and we would come again in a heart beat.

Terrible place !!! Hidden cameras in the dressing room and shower. Transferred to the Prague Police Department. Look at the pictures. According to the owner, "he installed the anti-theft cameras, and they do not work there." In practice, the cameras were dismantled and revealed as facts and cameras. Caution, dangerous place !!!

Superb, there's a beer spa to enjoy. I like . Great service, good food and nice baths! Would recommend for anyone visiting Prague!

Me and my boyfriend visited in February and had the most amazing experience!! It is so much fun, so relaxing and definitely worth the money!! Richard was so helpful and made the whole experience so relaxing and peaceful for us!!

Had a wonderful time at Bernard Beer Spa, Milas was running a bit late so when it was our turn he let us stay in the bath for some extra time, was very thoughtful! Beer was great, have to pour it carefully but we had plenty of time to enjoy it, room was left to ourselves so very intimate, would definitely recommend to go with spouse!

Fantastic! Was treated like gold! Beer was fantastic! I did lots of reading about beer spas before and lots of comparing with other beer spas! I’m very glad I went with Bernard’s! When they sent me away They gifted me a bottle of Bernard’s darker beers that I enjoyed with my breakfast the next morning! Our dude milan treated us like we were people and not average tourist which made me very happy! I want this in the United States!

Best spa experience we have ever had. Milan was insane, very relaxing and friendly host. The massage he gave us was amazing and the whole experience was perfect. Would come again just for Milan! :)

Good experience, skin feel so soft after, unlimited beer to drink! Package with 20 minutes massage but better to extend massage time, never enough!

Fun experience! Rekommenderar to book in advance. Be on time for the reservation. Otherwise it affects the whole schedule. They might want to have longer time between reservations to reduce the stress… Enjoy!

What a fantastic experience it was. We took the private couple's room and you drive into this fantastic beer bath. You have a free flow of beer and once done we had a great massage at the same room. Rush and book it

WOW, wow, wow!! Absolutely amazing experience, it really made our trip. in fact, it was one of the best parts of our trip. Staff were incredible, so friendly and professional. Upgrade to a massage package, well worth it! Still can't get over how reasonable the prices were. Hope to come back again when visiting Prague.
