Our group of two couples took a private tour with Jana. It was outstanding and the highlight of our three-day visit to Prague. Jana is very knowledgeable and passionate about her country. We leaned so much about the history of Prague over the centuries, not just WWII. We passed many of the top “Must see” spots in the city. A 5 Star experience, and we highly recommend.

Private World War II and Communism Tour We had contacted Jana, from Prague Journeys, to organise a tour covering both topics and she was so helpful in putting together an itinerary that covered both. She also suggested changing the day of our tour so that all the sites we wanted to visit would be open. We were picked up on time by Jana and Tomas, our driver, in a very comfortable van. Jana checked with us to find out what we had already seen so that we could concentrate on other aspects. She was very organised, knowledgeable enthusiastic and we saw places and sites both in the city and outside that we would never have found on our own. The amount of information we were given was just right - enough to gain a good understanding but not so much that we were overwhelmed. She even included snacks and water as our tour went for 5 hours. At the conclusion of the tour Jana gave us a package with maps, tourist information and lots more information about everything we had talked about, including suggested books and movies. She followed up later to check that the tour had met our expectations and whether anything could be improved. The tour, Jana and Tomas were excellent and I definitely recommend using Jana to organise your tours in Prague.

Jana is a wonderful guide!! We were with her for three days, including a tour to Terezin, and she was perfect! She is super flexible and will customize based on your interests. My teens thought she was great! Don't hesitate to book with Jana.

We were a group of 4: two couples visiting Prague, and we wanted to learn all about the history of Old Town Prague. Jana spent over 4 hours with us, and we came away with great insight into the beauty and history of this city. She was friendly, intelligent, and even ate lunch with us in a small restaurant off the beaten tourist path. There are many guides to choose from. We chose Jana and we were delighted. Three hours of information, history, top tips, sight seeing etc - all part of the Grand City Tour starting at 10.45 in the Old Town Square. We learned so much about this beautiful and fascinating city and were signposted to good places to eat and drink 'off the beaten track'. We took up almost all of them and were were pleased to have done so. Marvellous. Payment is via tips.

What a perfect way to kick off your Prague experience. Jana is so knowledgeable and wonderful to be around. We learned so much from her walking through all the historical sites. We did this on our first day in the city so we would know where to focus the rest of our stay. It was beyond perfect!! We totally agree with all the 5 star reviews already made. My wife and I (both seniors) engaged Jana to introduce us to the highlights of Prague over two mornings on a recent trip. It was a highlight of the trip, both the places visited, the history explained and meeting Jana, having the opportunity to hear about life and culture in her country. My wife has her limits with walking etc but Jana could not have been more sensitive or helpful to our needs, choosing nice coffee and lunch stops during which we enjoyed her company which added so much to our visit. We were most delighted with this enthusiastic young lady who has an amazing depth of knowledge about her home town, its history and its sites to see, on and off the beaten path! She will personalize your tour, and tailor it to your time allowance, interests and physical ability. We were four "seniors" on our "free time" from our river cruise, and she helped us make the most of it! Her personality is delightful, her command of English is excellent, and she speaks with almost no accent. She "picked up" on my husband's teasing nature right away, and gave back as much as she got! We only wish we had another day with her!
