Your local guide with your driver will pick you up at your hotel. Firstly you have a circle sightseeing tour around the city center to get your bearings. You notice it is really easy to orient yourself in Prague: there is the castle, river with Charles bridge, Old Town square and Wenceslas square. The center is within these areas. You discover them all.
The main highlight of the tour is the Prague castle. You walk through the gate to the complex with your guide, walk around while your guide tells you the history of the Prague Castle – seat of the Czech kings and presidents. You also enter the great St. Vitus Cathedral in the middle of the castle. Slowly you walk through the complex (through gardens from spring to autumn) downhill to get back to your vehicle.
The second area to discover is the Small Town below Prague castle – find the Valdštejn garden with Senate, John Lennon Wall, Kampa island, and lastly the Charles Bridge. You cross the bridge and end up in the Old Town.
The last area to get familiar with is the Old Town and the Jewish quarter. The tour ends in the Old Town Square or at your hotel/restaurant.
