      Horrible experience with Grayline tours.
This tour operator is not one I would recommend in the future, as the company did not take responsibility for the mistakes made by the guides on the tour. In the middle of our tour, our guide made us take a tram to speed up our tour, after already removing significant landmarks from our itinerary (note that the tram was not a part of the walking tour). Once we got on the tram, and attempted to buy our tickets, we found that the machine was instructing us in Czech. When we asked the guide for assistance, she told us to forget the tickets as it was just 2 stops, but then the conductor asked to see our tickets and we ended up paying 9000 Cks (360 euros) as fine for 9 people, when it was never our fault to begin with. Even with all this wasted time with the ticket checker we still reached the next point of our tour with 30 minutes to wait for the cruise to start. We felt cheated and betrayed by the guide, our passports were taken by the police enforcement, and we felt like criminals for a crime we hadn't intentionally committed. We were not at all supported by our tour guide through the process and upon contacting the gray line services they said it was between the guide and tourists - not their matter!!!!

      51st Bday in Prague
This was my annual birthday trip abroad. Prague didn’t disappoint nor did my tour. We had a last minute adjustment from Segway to motorized scooter which was perfect. I was the only person so nothing beats a personalized tour! Got to see all the sites and had some great beer and view!

Not to be recommended by this tour line
The guide picked us up from hotel and after picking up another 4 pax we proceeded to cesky.. unfortunately the guide knew only a little bit if English and there was no commentary on the way and very little whilst we were in cesky. It was a great disappointment, hence we didn't leave any tips, he did not deserve it. Also the guide had a very bad cold and kept on blowing his nose and coughing during the whole trip in a close van. So will definitely not recommend this tour line to anybody. Also we paid much more than the quoted price.

      AVOID
Avoid at all costs.....hold onto your money and do your own self guided walking tour.....guide was late in arriving outside(not inside as advertised) Grand Hotel....he wanted to conduct the tour in German, although I had booked an English speaking tour....the other 2 participants understood German.... anyway the guide didn't seem terribly fluent in either ...a complete waste of time...I couldn't understand a word of his heavily accented English.....and we only walked one street...I literally saw or learnt nothing.....so as I mentioned earlier....hold onto your money and do your own walking tour.

      Great Fun and Good Value.
An enjoyable night out and good value. Food was fine, and local beer and wine just kept coming. Entertainment was good fun, and they encourage you to join in, which was a laugh. They sit you at tables of 6 or 8, and our table were all up for the enjoyment so were great company. For £50 pp it is a fun way to spend a night. Collected us from the Gray Line Office no problem, and dropped us back to our hotel at the end.

      Disappointment in Prague
So very disappointed. We had Pre Paid prior to getting to Prague. We bought the City Pass after reading about it Orbitz. This was not our first City Pass so much to our surprise when we got there we were told we would have to pick it up. When we got there the women in charge told us that we would only get the tour for 1 hour and the boat ride. Out of the goodness of her heart she would allow us to stay on the bus to the castle but we had to find our way back. We also had to find our own way around the castle which unfortunately was closed due a state funeral and even the information counter was also close so we could not pick up any tickets to go to the other buildings. Furthermore I’df you are over 65!everything is free including transportation. Very little English is spoken so no help. Even at this company. Not worth it.

      Prague - a Must-go destination.
Praha is an amazing city. This city has everything for a tourist, majestic buildings, superb architecture, a beautiful river, great food and drink, amazing restaurants and fantastic shopping destinations. We ended up buying quite a few items in PRIMARK store. Prague along with Budapest were the two best destinations in this entire trip that also included Vienna and Munich.

      Nice castle tour
Started off slow as the driver was 20 minutes late in arriving due to local traffic. Only eight participants on the tour so we went in a mini van. The van was comfortable enough. Driver was friendly and made up some time getting us there. When we arrived, is about a 1-1.5 kilometer walk uphill to the castle. You can take a cab most of the way, but we all chose to walk. Once there, we were given a guided tour of the castle, which was quite informative. Castle is nice enough but not grand by any means if you have seen many castles. Nice view over the countryside and village below made for good pictures. Overall good place to visit and tour took about five hours total (not four).

      Must see Brno
Brno seems to be industrial city. Don't be mistaken. It has gorgeous old town. Recommend walking tour using your cell phone. One of the cities that you can scan QR code and enjoy guided tour. Beautiful architecture, fascinating history and of course, farmers market

A unesco protectorate, this city is so lovely...
A unesco protectorate, this city is so lovely... I don't know what is my favorite... the old city, the river with the canoes and rafters, swans and kids, or the castle in Loket, a bus ride away at 20 minutes.

      Knowledgeable but awkward
Unfortunately the guide was not very sociable or friendly and I had hardly any opportunity to ask questions. His knowledge seemed good but I could not recommend strongly.

Unknowledgeable guide for a non-Mozart walking tour
This was not a Mozart walking tour. The guide did not know anything about Mozart and could not answer any of our questions about specifics, such as why Mozart preferred Prague over Vienna, when he got married, the inspiration for some of his operas, (etc.) and gave us wrong information numerous times (i.e. – she said the statue in front of The Estate Theatre was of the character of Don Giovanni, when it is, in fact, Il Commendatore.) We tried various times to engage the guide but she gave us one sentence answers, some of which were wrong. Half of the tour involved bringing us to a music museum where she played with instruments while we wandered around the museum completely bored. This was not a Mozart walking tour and should not be advertised as such! We ended up leaving the tour early because of how terrible it was.

      Great day in Pilzn
Our driver, Viktor, picked us up at the hotel. He was a wealth of information all along our travels. The glass factory tour was a great time ( I even got to etch a crystal glass myself.). We bought a few items and continued to Pilzn where we enjoyed a wonderful lunch a brewery tour. Great food, great beer, great fun. Thanks Viktor, for hosting our wonderful day. We learned so much!

      Great experience with airport transfers!
The driver, Viktor, was there on time and looking for me. He was very gentlemanly and insisted on carrying all my luggage. As it was late afternoon, we were stuck in rush hour traffic, but Viktor used the time to give me an informal tour of the city, pointing out everything along the way. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable man who knows and loves Prague and wants you to as well. Viktor carried my bags a block in the snow to my hotel and didn’t want to take a tip but I insisted. I was lucky enough to get him for my return to the airport and he was just as punctual and nice this time as well, although he did scold me for not putting on a coat that morning. But hey, I’m from New England and we’re a hearty lot, used to single digit temps on winter nights. Would definitely use Grayline again for transfers, and most likely for their tours as well.
