Our guide Hana was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and adaptable. Importantly, my mom has mobility issues and Hana modified the itinerary to suit us. Our driver Robert chimed in with lots of interesting information also. Highly recommended for an orientation to Prague. Our guide, Robert, was wonderful! We booked a tour through the Amazon of tours-Viator, and found out today, the day of our trip, (because we had to look it up online) the company cancelled all tours. As a last stitch effort, I contacted private Prague guide day tours and they got back to me within minutes. Robert picked us up in an hour and gave us the best tour! I loved the glass factory and castle, but the stories, history, and personal attention we got from Robert made it all worth while. I would recommend this company over and over again!!! We booked a 4-hour tour of Prague with a guide and driver with Private-Prague Guide from India, and the process was smooth, with the tour customised to our needs. Our guide Ms Silva and driver Robert drove/walked us through the major attractions at our pace (we were a group of four seniors), with Ms Silva explaining the highlights lucidly and Robert entertaining us with his dry wit. We learned to appreciate the beauty of Prague as well as its history and culture, and the memories of the trip will stay with us for a long time. On a recent Viking river cruise that terminated in Prague we wanted to hire a personal guide to drive us to a war memorial that had special meaning to our family. Our tour director arranged a personal tour by driver and guide Marcel Kosacky. Marcel turned out to be an exceptional historian and guide, especially when the location was so remote it disappeared from the GPS. We found him extremely resourceful and not only did he navigate brilliantly, he acted as our translator when we reached our destination. I highly recommend Marcel.

My parents and I visited Kutna Hora and Cesky Krumlov with George yesterday. The trip was originally arranged for 2020 but delayed due to Covid and the communication with Jay then and in the lead up was prompt and very helpful. George was a fabulous guide and was able to give us a great insight into the sites visited. Beautiful locations.

Jay and our driver George were consummate professionals all the way. Jay was most accommodating of changes we wanted to make and George is an historian who worked magic to provide us not only with the custom tour we wanted but showed us extra places he knew we might like, all the while thrilling us with amusing and informative stories about the area. We also asked him to show us where the locals eat and he knew just the right places. We were so happy with the Terezin tour that we booked a tour to Stalag Luft III in Poland (where my wife's stepfather was interned during WWII and the site of the Great Escape). What a wonderful decision! We will most definitely contact Jay the next time we are in Europe. Most highly recommended!

What an incredible afternoon. Our guide Milena was thoughtful, knowledgeable & rather humorous. We were grateful for her vast knowledge of Prague & Czech history. Our driver Honza made driving in old town seem like a breeze- which it is not!

We took the Prague to Munich one way transfer tour. First off Mr. Robert was amazing and awesome to hang out with all day! He made the trip way better and was very accommodating to our group. We took a stop at Pilzen, Regensburg and a castle in Czech that i can't remember the name of...It was all so amazing. We even got to have lunch with Mr. Robert in Pilzen and it was fantastic. I can't recommend this tour/transfer enough. No need to take the train or plane just take a trip with Mr. Robert.

I wanted to let you know that we very much enjoyed the tour. Eva did a fantastic job - she was very knowledgeable about the history of your beautiful city. Our trip was cut short due to flight delays but Eva gave us the best experience for our short time there! Our driver/guide Mr. George was so wonderful. Great stories, great history and funny as well. We enjoyed both trips we took! Next time we are in Praha we will for sure go back to them for some more trips!

I had a wonderful tour of Prague during Christmas Season 2007. Our private guide was George Unger, who during 3 days showed us most important historic sites and gave us an insight on the Czechs experience under the communist times. George is a very knowledgeable and experienced guide. On the second day I asked him about Karlovy Vary and mentioned we would love to go to a spa. He said it was not easy because of the short notice, but he got my daughter and I a reservation for massage at Hotel Ambiente Wellness and Spa where we were pampered and enjoyed a fabulous time. We had two tours with this company and were pleased with them both. The guides were personable and overflowing with knowledge. Both were able to personalize the tours around our needs. We had a private 4-person tour of Prague that was mostly in the car, but lots of getting out to look at the good stuff up close. We had this tour at the beginning of our 2 week stay in Prague, so it was so helpful for us to a get a good overview of the city and helped us to organize the “deeper dives” we did on our own. Our second tour was out of town to Kutna Hora. We had to cut our tour a bit short, and the guide was very flexible. I had many suggestions and recommendations from guide books, and believe I selected the best tour company in Prague.

An excellent all day tour with our own personal guide & driver. George our guide was a real authority on all things World War 2 as well as the Cold War & Czech Republic. He was very attentive & we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to spend the day with. The tour was easy to arrange & all confirmed by email from Jay. If you are interested in World War 2 this tour is an absolute must.

Our experience with Private Guided Tours was totally positive. Jay had provided all of the information we needed when we were in the planning stage, including timing and payment information, and sent a reconfirming note the day before our tour with the name of our guide.
