You can always trust a Rick Steve’s recommendation and Personal Prague tours is a perfect example. We were lucky to have Sarka (the owner)as our guide. At first I was wondering whether to pay for a personal tour but PersonalPrague is an experience where you get what you pay for and more! Sarka took us to places (ie castle overlooking Prague) and helped us bypass long lines with her expert advice. I loved her laminated History timeline which she often referred to as she explained the fascinating history of beautiful Prague. When you are on a tour with her , the city opens up in a way you would not absorb on your own. Art, History and secret spots to view famous sites were all part of our walking tour. Kutna Hora ( next day side trip from Prague with a driver and Sarka) was a gorgeous old town with a fascinating history . We paired that with the Czech Folklore museum (outdoors) which turned out to be a real gem. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and fun Sarka’s company provides!

Our Guide was Alzbeta - Betty. She was an amazing guide. My wife, daughter and granddaughter and I really appreciated the two three hour walking tours we had with her over 2 days. She gave us an extensive historical background of the old city pointed out highlights and pointed out many high points for us to explore later in the day. The second day we visited the castle area and had the same wonderful experience. Betty speaks very clearly, recognizes confusion on our faces and responds with more explanation. We could not ask for more! We will definitely ask for her on our next visit!

Sarka is amazing and very professional.! She allowed us to split our time into two days with 3 hours per day which we do recomend. Sarka was also able to focus ort time with our interests. She is very knowledgable and loves teaching people about Prague and it's history and she knows a lot about the architecture. Sarka also knows how to get around the city and where the good spots for photography are.. She came to our hotel to meet us each day . We can not say too much about Sarka and her staff. She is very friendly and it was a joy to be able to spend time with her. She made our trip to Prague fantastic.

Our family of four adults had the privilege to see Prague with Tereza as our guide for a day. She spent time with us to understand our interests and took us on a wonderful journey through Prague that we will never forget. She had a wealth of knowledge about the city and led us to memorable places we would never have seen on our own. Her personality was delightful and her enthusiasm contagious. One of many blessings was her skill in adapting to our group's needs and interests. Our day with her was the highlight of our trip. As an unexpected and appreciated touch, on the day after our tour she sent us list of all the places we visited, a selection of recommended restaurants, and a welcome list of special places that we might like to visit on our own. We left Prague with the best of memories.

Our heads were turning all the time with beautiful sights! We had amazing tour guides that enlightened us about so many important and lovely buildings, churches, statues and of course, the castle area too. Our personal tour with Lenka Zelena was wonderful. Lenka was extremely knowledgeable of Prague’s long history and in a conversational manner she brought us through the remarkable challenges and victories of the people throughout the ages. She educated us concerning the architecture of this beautiful city and had graphics to help us understand the timelines of history and of rulers. She answered our many questions and insights throughout the tour and gave us options that allowed us to focus on some personal interests. We highly recommend this tour. The 4 hours flew by and we left this experience far more knowledgeable and understanding of this great city!!! Lenka was amazing!

Honza was an amazing tour guide. The tour itself was super accommodating. We got to see the castle and even make a stop at Pilsner brewery! Honza was super knowledgeable, he had a wealth of information and the tour felt extremely personal. We would 100% book again!

We started planning our family trip to Prague in 2023. I decided to use the Personal Prague Guide service and Lenka Zelena, one of their guides. Lenka spent 4 days with our group (13 people) touring both in Prague and in the countryside visiting relatives. Lenka was very knowledgeable about history, art, architectures, food and all aspects of Czech life. I highly recommend using Personal Prague Guide when visiting Prague. We contacted the company as we tried to figure out our trip. Jana was so incredibly helpful and kind that we ended up booking 4 days of tours. We started with Marek (begged for him since we share a name) and toured the city with him for 2 days (4 hours each day). He is very knowledgeable and personable. We laughed and shared stories, he talked well with the children (15 & 10) & met them at their various levels of engagement...he even created a game for our 10-year-old that created a map maze that led us to a fabulous restaurant for lunch and sweets. He was very professional and delightful. Honza was our guide outside of the city. We first went to the Bohemian-Switzerland National Park and had a great time with. We laughed and shared stories on the drive to and from. He was personable and shared his experiences of growing up in the communist Czech Republic and what it was like with the Iron Curtain fell. He was a great hiking/restaurant guide and very helpful in ordering and navigating. On our final day, Honza drove us from Prague to Cesky Krumlov and we spent 3 hours there before heading to Vienna. Honza toured us around, taking us into the best shops & arranging a beautiful lunch on the river. I wished we would have stayed overnight in Cesky Krumlov. It was a hot day and we would have loved to have played in the river and had time to just sit and relax in the beauty of this town. But nonetheless, getting to spend a few hours there was great. This company is exceptionally run, dependable, and trustworthy. I would use them again in a heartbeat...all thanks to Jana :) Go and ENJOY!

This was the best tour of our vacation! We cannot speak highly enough of our guide, Veronika. We learned so many interesting things about the history of Prague, and the Czech Republic all while eating delicious local cuisine. Veronika went above and beyond what we were expecting. She was also smart, kind and witty which made the tour extra special!

This tour was a show stopper! Veronika was our guide but felt like being shown around the city by a friend. She was our first tour in Prague and set a very high standard! IF you can request her by name, please do! We spent the majority of our time outside the Prague castle and she made history come alive. Highly recommend!

Our private tour of Prague with Tereza was absolutely amazing! She showed us so many incredible hidden gems in the city, delved into a lot of history, and she was wonderful company for the day. She showed us great places to eat authentic Czech cuisine and the coffee shop she recommended to us was the best coffee I had in Prague. So glad we did this during our trip!
