The views were beautiful, perfect weather and great instructor! Our instructor/tour guide Sam was lovely, very patient and extremely motivating! Went on a side quest by competing in the nearby paddle boarding races despite this being my first time properly paddle boarding. 10/10 would recommend.

Really great tour - Samuel provided us great SUP tips and guidance to improve our paddleboarding skills while giving us a guided tour of Czech history. Also made it fun with a short ~20m race at the end. SUP is a great way to see the city and have an active historical tour. One of us was new to SUP and had only been once before but this wasn't an issue as Samuel gave instruction and tuition to help. Samuel is super nice and gave us lots of recommendations for the best local places to eat and what to see while we were here. Thanks Samuel for giving us an awesome day!!

We are 2 boys from the Netherlands. Super fun experience, had no experience with paddleboard but well explained and the instructor was really great! We ended with a small race which was really fun, Highly recommended!!

What a fun way to see Prague! We had great weather- not too hot and sunny. Samuel was a great instructor/guide. He started off with a basic lesson for beginners in our group (all but 2 had never been on a paddle board!), then we were off, getting used to our boards before heading out on the river. At various places, he would give us history or facts about some of the things we were seeing as we paddled along- he obviously had a love for his city. There was a place where we took a break, he provided bananas and waters and we then we headed back. Samuel was very encouraging to those a little less confident and by the end, everyone was standing and paddling. A fun, brief introduction to the city. Tip: If you are more interested in the “tour” aspect of this activity, make sure you stay close to the guide and ask questions. Samuel was happy to answer them, but if you were too far ahead or behind, it was a little hard to hear.

My wife and decided on our last day of our trip to Prague to go paddle boarding and we were not disappointed. Our guide Sam was great, very funny and very knowledgeable. Very patient with everyone in our group and always making sure everyone was okay. Gave us a history tour as we were making our way along the river as well. Would definitely recommend doing this trip as it’s a great way to see the city and a good introduction to paddle boarding for any beginners.

Samuel is absolutely fantastic. Loved every moment of the boarding! He connected with the participants on a personal level and he likes it if you come with a passion for your travels. The more you want to learn, the more that you actually will. This experience is totally worth it!

Amazing experience - we had a great time, Finbar was an excellent guide and really made us feel relaxed and at ease. He gave us an insight into the history of Prague whilst still making it fun and enjoyable. He also gave us loads of tips for the rest of our time in Prague which was so useful! Thoroughly recommend!

If you have any time in Prague, this must-have experience should be your first stop! Finbar personally led the tour I was on and it was fantastic. First off, they give great directions on how to the staring point and even have an explanatory YouTube video! The small group setting was perfect for learning the paddleboarding techniques and for seeing Prague by the water. Finbar took pictures of everyone, made sure everyone personally felt comfortable and welcome, and gave personal stories and history about Prague -- all of which made it a blast! At the end of the trip, Sam and Finbar sent wonderful recommendations about where to go and what to do throughout the entire city. I couldn't recommend them more!! Thank you, Sam & Finbar!

Samuel from Sup Prague took the time to make the experience personal with every guest. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and let us all go at our own pace. His commentary along the way helped us map out certain areas and learn the history behind the city. He also gave wonderful recommendations for food afterwards.
