First time shooting - Great experience

They have a good range of weapons, so everyone will find something for themselves, the prices are very fair for the packages and also for single weapons. We came there, it is in the basement of a hotel and they gave us some safety stuff to sign in the waiting room with free drinks while waiting, we then went to the shooting range and they introduced every weapon with a bit of history, handling, standing and safety to us. The shooting itself was extremely fun and a great experience with the supervisors giving us some tips along the way. 10/10 would recommend, just don‘t expect full auto shooting as it isnt allowed in the country.

Laso was a champion. Really kind guy, extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease from the outset. We are complete novices when it comes to shooting guns and within minutes, he made us feel confident and had one of the most fun times in our entire lives.

I went with one other mate, and we were lucky enough to have Laso to ourselves, and a professional active Czech policeman teaching you how to shoot all kinds of different guns made it feel like a really special time. Other people had apparently pre-booked the outdoor range months before, but considering it was September, the indoor was a blessing in disguise when it started bouncing down with rain. I would recommend booking indoors, first thing on a Saturday morning - if you can get to bed at a reasonable time the night before, you won't be disappointed as you'll likely have less people around you like we did (we had nobody else so had the entire time with Laso)

10/10, I'm seriously considering going back and trying out the outdoor range next year in the summer!

I went to Ranger and got to experience the Ultimate gun package. I must admit that being in a room with close to 10 other people, whom I had never seen before, and being around loads of guns wasn´t the most secure feeling I have had before. But Karel and Jakub (I am sorry if the names are spelled incorrectly) seemed to be prepared and in control.

It was a generally relaxed feeling throughout the 60+ minutes that passed during the actual shooting and a thorough introduction to the course, what to expect and safety measures preceeded the event.
The shooting was well paced and information about each weapon was given as well as instructions regarding stance, recoil and techniques. Each question could be answered in detail which was appreciated.

I recommend this to anyone who has been thinking about visiting a serious gun range. For the amount of weapons available and the thorough instructions by Karel and Jakub you get a lot for a relatively small fee.

A great experience for a first time shooter.

Our trip to the Ranger shooting range was a present from my wife for my birthday. We both had a shoot at the range and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon shooting.
Having never been to a range before one didn't quite know what to expect. The Range is a basement affair (as far as I can tell, no natural light) and the facility was very clean and modern with a waiting area, refreshments and toilet facilities. Registration was very easy and straight forward with a combination of electronic tablet and form filling.
Karel was our Range master and as one would expect, an ex-military type who was very professional. Safety is paramount of course and this was fully covered and one felt comfortable at all times despite all the brass flying around! As well as being professional, Karel was immensely good humoured and I appreciated his anecdotes on his time “overseas”. Instruction was good with, aiming, weapon handling and shooting position advice, as well as being safety focused. However, in such a limited time in a combined group with strangers, it is not possible for comprehensive instruction; but this was an experience after all, not a full shooting lesson.
All in all my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first shooting experience. Unsurprisingly the wife turned out to be a superior shooter to me and impressed Karel with her shotgun skills.

First of all, the nice environment, the equipment and the absolutely professional attitude of the instructor Carlos. Carlos will draw you into the world of weapons, he will explain everything in an entertaining way, he will answer what you want to know. He engaged my wife perfectly, who ended up shooting as well. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in trying out guns in a professional environment with a great instructor. It was a great experience for me and my wife. Thanks.

Me and my girlfriend went shooting at RANGER Prague january 10th. When we were invited into the building by the instructor the feeling was very welcoming and professional. The instructor was a kind and attentive man.

After a good instruction on safety, weapon handling and shooting stance we began shooting at the targets. He gave some good tips, helped with weapon handling and took the time to reflect on how everything went.

I really recommend people to visit this range both if you are new to shooting or already experienced.

The best bang for the buck
A perfect shooting action event that I can just recommend. Filip and Martin did a marvellous job explaining us their huge weapons arsenal and how to handle all of them. And despite our quite large group of 8 people everything was extremely well organised so no one had to wait for long while they still took their time to give details to each shooter to get the best out of the bullets. Would definitively do it again. Thanks Filip, Martin and the rest of the team.

Fun time with great instructors

Me and my girlfriend went here when we were visiting Prague. We had never ever handled a real firearm but that was no problem! Marek and Filip made us feel very safe and we had a great time. We bought the cheapest package (Glock-17, AK47, Remington 870) and that was a great entry package for beginners like us.

I emailed the company a bit before booking and they always replied in a fast manner.

Gun Shooting
Thanks to experienced mentors Marcel and Karel, my first gun shooting was processed so smoothly and safety. They explained and showed us all required procedures and rules for the proper treatment to the weapons.

Strongly recommend this place to those who feels unconfident and has not done than before. You will get appropriate and useful instructions from guys.

Fantastic experience

We booked the Ultimate package for my husband last minute as he wanted to try something completely different on our visit to Prague. The booking was easy and the communication of the confirmation and location instructions was very professional. Karel met us at the winter venue which was well located near the centre. Whilst being very professional and serious about the event he was also very welcoming, funny and helpful. The safety instructions were very well communicated and the information on each of the guns was explained brilliantly. Nothing was rushed and Karel took the time to make everyone feel welcome and stayed to chat afterwards. Well done on presenting such a professional experience, we highly recommend Ranger Prague Shooting for anyone wanting to something that bit different.
