Driver arrived on time and the journey was great. We had a great chat and he dropped me exactly where I needed to collect my keys.

TripAdvisor, do not recommend this company! I paid through TripAdvisor and Viator.com a week before my flight yesterday. I received confirmation. Quick Transfers sent no one to the airport last night to fetch me. At the airport, my phone was dying, so my husband called from home Quick Transfers directly. They said they were not being paid by viator.com that I paid my money to, so no one was sent. What is going on TripAdvisor that a business is not being paid for services rendered. I expect a full refund, TripAdvisor.

Excellent service. Very good communication - pick up easy and driver extremely polite and helpful. Informed by text that the driver had arrived for our pick up and they both escorted us to our hotel and carried cases. Free walking tour included which was a lovely bonus .

I have to say that this pick up and transfer to our hotel was absolutely fantastic. The chauffeur was polite and helpful, very professional and the vehicle was extremely clean.We were taken to our destination in a timely and safe manner.

This is worth doing, you can get a tram and a bus to prague for much cheaper but its a lot of messing about especially on your return trip when you are tired from all the walking! They got my dates and times wrong to start so do check the email is correct at the start!

The driver was waiting for us in the arrival hall. Shared with 2 other couples. Careful driving. Only one drop off before us. Great service. Dropped right outside our Airbnb. Recommended

The service provided was excellent - very professional and right on time. The drivers also spoke English reasonably well. Highly recommended!

My only issue is with our arrival - taxi driver was on time, very polite, however we then had to wait over an hour for another passenger as the non-eu passport queue was snaking through the airport. He was very apologetic and visibly frustrated by the long wait, surely there is a way around this? I don't mind waiting but over an hour is ridiculous. Pick up on our way back was perfect. It was the same driver and he was early ! Perfect.

Driver was waiting for us with name on a board even though plane was delayed. Transfer into Prague was comfortable and quick. Pick up on return was on time and again trip was comfortable and quick, all for a very reasonable price.

Very professional and even thoe our flight was delayed they were still at the airport. l would definitely recommend this service.

Excellent service. Both trips I received texts stating ride had arrived but no one there! But did arrive a few minutes later. They should probably wait to send text to avoid those few minutes of anxiety. Great drivers.

Received a text as soon as we arrived in Prague telling me that our driver was waiting. Excellent service. Although we'd booked a shared shuttle, we had private transfers for both. Excellent value for money, would recommend.

To be honest, I just wanted a cheap and effective means of getting to and from an airport that I knew nothing about in a city I had never visited and with the probability that my flight would be delayed. I arrived an hour late (thank you Wizz Air). First thing that happened on turning on my phone was a text message confirming my driver was waiting for me and there standing at the gate was George, dressed in a suit with my name on the board and smiling. He was polite and enthusiastic, friendly and engaging and everything I needed. I honestly couldn't believe the high standard of the car and even a bottle of water offered for our journey. My trip was shared with another couple but George was precise (and correct) on the travel details and within 30 minutes I was safely at my hotel. The return trip was just as efficient and pleasant. Text messages inc one apologising for being 15 minutes late, efficient and polite and this time a car to myself. Traffic is an issue but I do think the 3 hours ahead of flight is a little much to be taken out to the airport (may be negotiable) but I completely commend this company on the basis of my experience. Back in Prage? I will use this company without doubt

Great service when we arrived, the driver was waiting for us. Going home a bit too early for the pick up as we arrived over an hour before we could check in and the flight delay meant we waited four hours before take off.
