Daniel was our guide and was a fountain of knowledge on the history of Prague and Czech Republic in general. We originally booked into the noon tour but was asked to move to the 3pm and thank you for the ask as we got to see Prague in all shades and seeing the sun start to set looking down on the city was special. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and took the best pictures of us that we will be using as our Christmas photos. Nick makes the tour so much fun and shared some very interesting knowledge about Prague. He gave us some excellent recommendations that we used for lunch. Our only regret was that we didn't book the 3 hour tour instead of a one hour tour. We meant to come back again the following day to do another 2 hours with Nick specifically but unfortunately one of us got sick and we were unable to fulfill that desire. Just means next we need to come back to Prague and the 3 hour tour with Nick will definitely be on our must do list. What a great and fun way to explore the city! Highly recommend you do it for 3 hours on day 1 of your trip!Written December 15, 2024

The segway tour was very interesting and fun. Our guide Sezer was informative more then enough. The route pass the Castle, Monastery and some other spots like parks and old Stresovice district. Before the finish we taste the monk-brewed beer.

This is my 2nd Segway tour in a week and the best. Janna, our guide, was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. He us maneuvered through cars and people with ease while pointing out historical and interesting scenes. A trip to the top of the park overlooking the city was the absolute highlight. This Segway tour is great. Don't pass them up for another.

I had a private tour and after I felt that I had really experienced Prague - it was really great fun and the Segway while initially scary eventually got much easier. I plan to return again someday so my wife can try it too. Having a local tour guide really helped - as I feel like I got a bit of the story that wasn't in the tour guides.

I chose to book a tour with Segway Tours as they offered the best price for a three hour tour of Prague. Although we chose the group tour option as it was slightly cheaper than the private tour, as it happened, no-one else joined so it was just us and the guide, Jan, anyway.
After a quick training session, Jan took five of us off around the histories centre of Prague and then up through the Petrin Park, past the castle and back to base. The whole thing was excellent, easily the best and most fun way to see Prague, with a knowledgeable and patient guide. The Segways were much easier to control than I’d thought they would be, and it was great to be whirring effortlessly up the steep hills!
I was a little concerned that three hours might be too long but the time flew by. A nice touch was the provision of a bottle of water for each of us (very welcome, as it was a hot day).
I’d definitely recommend this as a way to see a lot of Prague with minimum effort, and such fun! Best experience ever!

This is such a good company. The tours are so easy and fun. You will see more in 3 hours on the Segway than you can see in 3 days. Do this on the first day you arrive and start your break the perfect way. Great

My friend and I wanted to take pictures and see the more historic side of Prague. We opted for a three hour tour with Prague Segway Tours. Neither of us had ever rode one of these unique vehicles, but after two minutes we were on our way, fully comfortable with its operations. Both of us packed cameras and in my case a video camera. Our tour guide, Jon, a finance and accounting student, was very knowledgeable about the city and took us to every major historic area, providing insightful commentary. I wish we had done it the first day as it really provided valuable insight into this incredible place. I would highly recommend this company. Friendly service. Very informative. Fun filled day. Both of us declared this the highlight of our visit to Prague. Well, at least tied with the beer.

We spent our first day in Prague meandering around the Charles Bridge area, and saw a ton of ads for Segway tours. On our way back to the hotel we saw the Prague Segway Tours office on Maltezske nam 7, Prague 1 Lesser town and decided it would be a fun way to see the city.
OH MY GOD! It was seriously the most fun we've ever had touring a city, and we've travelled extensively. We got to see all of the sights, get a great tour and sped up and down hills and through traffic. It would have taken easily 3-4 days on foot to see what we saw in 3 hours. Our guide was so fun and knowledgable, we got amazing photos and had so much fun. The segways were surprisingly easy to use after a short orientation, and we are now hoping to arrange for similar tours in other cities we visit.
Only to to www.prague-segway-tours.com, they have best value (we looked at all of them) and if you can afford it do a private tour with your group.

We went for an evening tour on our last night; we were meant to be with a group but ended up on our own so benefited from a tailor made tour with the knowledgeable, fun and friendly Filip. As we had seen much of the town around our hotel, we headed over to the castle area through the park and did a massive loop, stopping for a micro-brewery beer at the Monastery. Filip was informative and had an obvious love and infectious pride for his country. The Segways themselves are a blast - after the first ten minutes they feel really natural to use and we were soon whizzing about at speed. It feels a bit like skiing, but with more control and the ability to go uphill!
Would definitely recommend this to anyone - it's worth every Crown!

Booked this tour for myself and my boyfriend during our three day visit to Prague. The website described the tour as seeing the sights... this is not what it turned out to be! You turn up to the office in the city centre where they then take you on a tram for 20 minutes to the suburbs of Prague. Here you get your 2 hour Segway tour round random parks and housing estates. It's fun going on the segways, but this wasted an entire afternoon of a short trip which we had wanted to see the sights of the centre!! Absolutely ridiculous! Also they do not pay for your tram home, so unless you fork out then you're stranded at least an hour and a half's walk away from the centre! Definitely not what it is made out to be!!! Also our tour guide was pretty useless, spent more time on his phone and vaping than he did checking the group were ok or actually doing any tour guiding!! Waste of time and money :(

Booked a 'group tour' (which turned out to be just the 3 of us) for our first day in Prague. Our guide Jan was terrific. His English was excellent and there didn't seem to be much he didn't know about the city. He tailored our 3 hour tour to our more visual approach on visiting cities for a few days, ie more on the day-to-day life in the city and how it's changed over the years, the flood damage of 2002, etc. Driving the Segway was really easy to navigate and great fun. Jan took us round most of the main sites and gave us an idea on where we wanted to return on foot which really saved the legs. The weather was perfect and all in all a brilliant way to see Prague. Do it!
