Fantastic tour seen the main sights by water. Weather was fantastic..server was lovely. Would definitely recommend..made a mistake with booking and it was no problem

Very well organized and well run. The ship was modern, very clean and comfortable. The ship left promptly at the scheduled time and returned to the dock on time. A tasty buffet with plenty of selection was included. It was well worth the cost and very glad we took it.

Romantic, but a bit too overbooked. Lots of people, the food is mediocre and the buffet is a bit too crowded as a result. Even water is not included, so charges add up. Overall, it's not a bad experience, the singers were great and you get a good night view of the city. I still recommend it, but we few adjustments is could be a lot better. Get the basic plan as the more expensive don't really add a lot to the experience - after dinner you can just exit and get a great view anyway!

Views was good. Drinks was good… however, the food was so dry and simple there wasn’t any Prague style food and wasn’t a lot of many choice when it’s comes to variety of food :( the 3 hours of the ride was rubbish. Thought we would see a lot of the buildings but only 1 hour of it. The rest was being stuck in the canal (abit like m25 traffic)… was not worth the money at all… a pure rip off.

We spent 20 minutes waiting to enter the lock and 20 minutes in the lock itself. In other words the boat was not in motion most of the time. They do not narrate anything but instead play annoying 90s American music the entire time. So 80 minutes of the two hours we just sit still.

Getting tickets was easy online. The departure area was well labeled. Boarding process was streamlined. The boat is huge and spacious. The seats (benches) were clean, well spaced and comfortable enough for a 1 hour ride. The beverage service was fast and the servers were courteous. I picked the time an hour before sunset and that proved to be great, being able to get in the sights and not burnt by the afternoon sun. Over all a great experience.

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful views of Prague at night. Music and food was amazing. Would definitely recommend if visiting Prague

Very professional lunch cruise. Great staff excellent food. A great way to spend 2 Hours in Prague. We had a window seat which I would recommend for the little bit extra.

Overall it was great experience, but the only complaint I have was that people were confused when getting their meal at the buffet. There was not a clear separation between the two lines for the salad bar and the entree/ main course.

Started very nice. Music was very loud and unable to visit or even hear waitstaff trying to take our drink orders. Needed to have organization as to when tables each went to buffet. Ended up people just going up to buffet and then not being able to get back to their table because of lines. Nice waitstaff and nice boat!

Really enjoyed this trip. Staff were really lovely and table service if you wanted a drink on board. It was an electric boat really smooth, easy to walk about too take photos

was a big mess with lines and we almost lost our boat team in the office wasn't nice and make us feel stress jumping between boats choosing a correct boat

Worth doing this trip great value for money and very enjoyable food was excellent and the trip its self very relaxing. We really enjoyed this trip

The cruise was to 2 hours. We spent over half that time in a lock on the river. The boat was stationary all this time, waiting for the water level in the lock to either rise or fal - depending on which way you were going. During this time there was a bad smell of sewage.

Went on the 2 hr grande cruise. Should’ve read the reviews before booking. Stuck in the lock for 1 hr if the trip staring at brick wall on one side and trees on other. No commentary onboard. Very expensive for what it is. Could’ve achieved more FREE OF CHARGE by walking up one river bank crossing a bridge and walking down the other river bank. A pedalo is much better value gir money. So don’t waste your money.
