- Passport2670492005300Brilliant serviceFantastic tour seen the main sights by water. Weather was fantastic..server was lovely. Would definitely recommend..made a mistake with booking and it was no problem
- J6634BXjohng00Must do cruise!Very well organized and well run. The ship was modern, very clean and comfortable. The ship left promptly at the scheduled time and returned to the dock on time. A tasty buffet with plenty of selection was included. It was well worth the cost and very glad we took it.
- AsdTripper00Good experience despite being priceyRomantic, but a bit too overbooked. Lots of people, the food is mediocre and the buffet is a bit too crowded as a result. Even water is not included, so charges add up. Overall, it's not a bad experience, the singers were great and you get a good night view of the city. I still recommend it, but we few adjustments is could be a lot better. Get the basic plan as the more expensive don't really add a lot to the experience - after dinner you can just exit and get a great view anyway!
- Y6489AEmegann00Very very disappointingViews was good. Drinks was good… however, the food was so dry and simple there wasn’t any Prague style food and wasn’t a lot of many choice when it’s comes to variety of food :( the 3 hours of the ride was rubbish. Thought we would see a lot of the buildings but only 1 hour of it. The rest was being stuck in the canal (abit like m25 traffic)… was not worth the money at all… a pure rip off.
- 703sherik00Boring.We spent 20 minutes waiting to enter the lock and 20 minutes in the lock itself. In other words the boat was not in motion most of the time. They do not narrate anything but instead play annoying 90s American music the entire time. So 80 minutes of the two hours we just sit still.
- 75charub00Worth it!Getting tickets was easy online. The departure area was well labeled. Boarding process was streamlined. The boat is huge and spacious. The seats (benches) were clean, well spaced and comfortable enough for a 1 hour ride. The beverage service was fast and the servers were courteous. I picked the time an hour before sunset and that proved to be great, being able to get in the sights and not burnt by the afternoon sun. Over all a great experience.
- Mike192400Crystal Dinner CruiseHad a wonderful time. Beautiful views of Prague at night. Music and food was amazing. Would definitely recommend if visiting Prague
- Peter H00Enjoyable relaxing lunch with viewsVery professional lunch cruise. Great staff excellent food. A great way to spend 2 Hours in Prague. We had a window seat which I would recommend for the little bit extra.
- Joan O00Great experience don’t miss it!Overall it was great experience, but the only complaint I have was that people were confused when getting their meal at the buffet. There was not a clear separation between the two lines for the salad bar and the entree/ main course.
- Kelly N00AverageStarted very nice. Music was very loud and unable to visit or even hear waitstaff trying to take our drink orders. Needed to have organization as to when tables each went to buffet. Ended up people just going up to buffet and then not being able to get back to their table because of lines. Nice waitstaff and nice boat!
- peakyblinder12300Fantastic tripReally enjoyed this trip. Staff were really lovely and table service if you wanted a drink on board. It was an electric boat really smooth, easy to walk about too take photos
- 929lolat00not perfectwas a big mess with lines and we almost lost our boat team in the office wasn't nice and make us feel stress jumping between boats choosing a correct boat
- davidmO6487KX00Smashing Boat TripWorth doing this trip great value for money and very enjoyable food was excellent and the trip its self very relaxing. We really enjoyed this trip
- Patricia A00Don’t do it!The cruise was to 2 hours. We spent over half that time in a lock on the river. The boat was stationary all this time, waiting for the water level in the lock to either rise or fal - depending on which way you were going. During this time there was a bad smell of sewage.
- 1964Jim001 hr view of trees and brick wall in lock :(Went on the 2 hr grande cruise. Should’ve read the reviews before booking. Stuck in the lock for 1 hr if the trip staring at brick wall on one side and trees on other. No commentary onboard. Very expensive for what it is. Could’ve achieved more FREE OF CHARGE by walking up one river bank crossing a bridge and walking down the other river bank. A pedalo is much better value gir money. So don’t waste your money.

Our very informative, witty guide (Vosta) educated us on the history of the river and the city. The smaller boat meant we could navigate the Devil's Channel and see areas that would have been impossible on a bigger boat. Would highly recommend this trip.

Boat was lovely and warm and mainly glass, so the views were amazing from the river. The captain was very knowledgeable and made the journey interesting, we learnt about the history of Prague. Group was small so we could hear what was being said and interact. The boat is also electric so it is good for the environment. I highly recommend this tour.

The promised "commentary by the captain" was basically non-existent. The captain Lenka (?) did not give us any information except for pointing out Charles Bridge and Prague Castle when we passed by, which is the equivalent of having someone point out the Eiffel Tower to you when you're in Paris.
We rode in silence for the majority of the journey, and she chatted in Czech once in a while with a Czech couple on the boat but did not bother to translate anything she said to them into English for the rest of the group.
When we entered the Devil's Channel, she didn't even say a single word about the water mill (I ended up searching for info on Google myself), and just silently turned the boat around and exited the channel.
A complete waste of an hour that would've been much better spent just walking along the river bank on your own.
Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 star because at least the boat was functional and there were no safety issues, but this is definitely not something I would recommend anyone spend money on.

The activity was not as advertised, was in a small closed off boat and not open air so could not enjoy the views. Time lasted around 50 mins due to engine being switched off, cruise was more of a float rather than a drive. Tried to request compensation for the activity but was decline with no explanation, would not recommend.

Hello Derell, regular trips to Čertovka take place on our new ecological boat Elvíra, the boat Mistr Jan Hus, or small mahogany boats and or the solar boat Elektronemo which is the one you probably were on. In the spring, when the weather is unpredictable, we sometimes choose closed boats in case of rain for the guest's best comfort.

We had a wonderful time on the river in our lovely little eco-friendly electric boat 'Elvira'. Our captain was fantastic, funny, knowledgeable and very friendly. Prague, of course, was beautiful, and this great value boat trip showed us some the Vlatava's best highlights, and the 'Devil's Channel.' Thanks Prague Boats! <3

The captain was very helpful and informative. I was given an English map of the sights we would see. She encouraged me to ask questions if I needed more information than was on the itinerary. We went up a small channel near Charles Bridge. This you can't experience if you take one of the bigger boats. I would recommend this tour.

Was going smoothly until the tour operators let on a group of drunk guys from then in caused issues until 2 ended up jumping into the river at the end. The tour operator wasn’t able to say anything and the guys where screaming at other boats being extremely disruptive.
I 100% appreciate you can’t control other people but If your going to let on drunk people your tour you should take steps to handle this effectively or ask them to disembark if they continue ruining other peoples tour

The tour itself was very informative and the captain was lovely. The only thing I think that wasn’t so great was that the captain was speaking in several languages and so sometimes it felt rushed when it got round to speaking English.
We got a full tour of lots of sites, included the ‘Devils Channel’. The is advertised as the ‘Venice of Prague’ but there wasn’t much to see other than a water mill, some stones that showed signs of flooding and some ducks.
The roof of the boat also leaked a lot and got us all wet.
We also had to turn back to pick up a couple who were late. I’m not sure why we went back, if that was me I would have made them wait for the next boat. They say eating pot noodles which stunk out the boat and they didn’t pay attention anyway!
Overall I would say that this boat tour is ok. If you’re looking to do a boat tour, maybe book a boat with dining/lunch to make it a better experience.

This was a really enjoyable boat tour! It was very intimate, where my group of six was on a pontoon boat with one other couple. It was relaxing and a great way to sit down and relax during a full day of walking. The guide was awesome, and he told us many things we did not know about Prague's history. I highly recommend this tour!

This boat tour is conducting 95% in Czech with barely any information in English. “These are old buildings” is the level of detail given in English while the explanations in Czech went on for multiple minutes. Absolutely do not recommend if you do not speak Czech. I tried to contact the company afterwards as I thought there must have been an error since English was the advertised language, but they refused to refund.

Hello, apart from Czech, English is the language we use the most. It is unlikely that audioguide would say something different in Czech and English. You might like our online guide better, which shows you information about buildings around you based on your current location.

Reading reviews before we book, is the Devil's canal open now?
Are there any public transportation to the cruise departure point dock at Čech Bridge, pier No. 5 from Charles Bridge?

We walked to the boat trip from our hotel as we enjoy walking. However we did take the red bus tour hop on hop off. Which you take you close to where the boat trip was.
