Our experience started off with missing our ship. The reason for this was because our ticket stated that the departure was from pier 3, with no further information provided. My family and I, along with another family, arrived at pier 3 seven minutes before the scheduled departure time of 4:15 pm. As the departure time approached and we saw no boat, we started to panic and approached the ticket booths. It was then that we were told that the departure was from pier 6. We rushed to pier 6 and arrived at 4:17 pm, only to find that the boat had already left. Upon returning to the ticket booths, we requested a refund as we had no way of knowing that the departure was from pier 6. The ticket booth attendant was extremely rude to us and yelled at us, stating that the website we purchased our tickets from, Trip Advisor, was not affiliated with their company and that pier 3 was only for check-in purposes. She also scolded us for not approaching the ticket booths at pier 3 first, so they could redirect us to the correct pier. We tried to explain that we had no way of knowing this and that our tickets only stated that the departure was from pier 3. However, she continued to yell at us and the other family in the same situation. Eventually, she changed our tickets for a later time, and while the trip itself was enjoyable and the captain was friendly, our overall experience was ruined by this encounter. In summary, our experience with this company was marred by poor communication and rude customer service. While the trip itself was enjoyable, we would not recommend this company due to their unprofessional behavior towards customers who were simply trying to enjoy their vacation.

This was an amazing cruise. We loved every moment of it. Luxurious, great food, great service, highly recommend.

The river cruise experience was wonderful. Along with stunning views, our driver provided a terrific history of the river’s landmarks.

We got what we paid for - one hour boat cruise to see the sites at night. $20 euro - the guide was good but he was also driving the boat - it would have been helpful if he had a microphone/speaker - we would have done a dinner cruise but the reviews were not good.

Our group of 7 had a great time, eat, drink and take plenty of photos. It was the last minute things, and we are glad we did it.

We wanted to do this cruise as an evening cruise to see the sights and lights along the river at night so chose the 8pm option. I would advise booking in advance as we left it until on the day and the price had increased slightly. Still cheap enough though! The cruise is only for about 1 hour but this is probably enough to see what needs to be seen in the area. The commentary was recorded and circles through different languages to accommodate all. I think it would have been better to have an actual person doing this who could give a more consistent and experienced tour of the area, but I understand why a recording can help to accommodate more people. Staff are serving drinks constantly through the experience too.

Worst cruise we have ever been too . LocarNo sight seeing at all , no lights absolutely different in pics , food very ordinary. They will charge you for every drink — tea , lemonade, Pepsi . Very slow moving and stopped twice for 30 minutes. I will never recommend it to any one .

We took the tour in the dark, which was the perfect decision. Pragues waterline roughly between the starting point and the Charles Bridge is really a sight to see. Plus the trip through the little canal was very interesting and something you rarely get to see by yourself. The guide was very professional and had a lot of information to tell. We’d do it again!

We were not able to find this company location on the river. They did not have our reservations So we ended up buying new tickets. Can you please refund me the charges?

Fantastic tour seen the main sights by water. Weather was fantastic..server was lovely. Would definitely recommend..made a mistake with booking and it was no problem

Very well organized and well run. The ship was modern, very clean and comfortable. The ship left promptly at the scheduled time and returned to the dock on time. A tasty buffet with plenty of selection was included. It was well worth the cost and very glad we took it.

Romantic, but a bit too overbooked. Lots of people, the food is mediocre and the buffet is a bit too crowded as a result. Even water is not included, so charges add up. Overall, it's not a bad experience, the singers were great and you get a good night view of the city. I still recommend it, but we few adjustments is could be a lot better. Get the basic plan as the more expensive don't really add a lot to the experience - after dinner you can just exit and get a great view anyway!

A very good leisurely boat trip along the river. The lady steering the boat provided the right level of information to make the short trip interesting.
